Stacked capacitor and method of manufacturing same

Abstract

A high-capacity multilayer capacitor with excellent moisture resistance reliability and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. [Solution] The present invention discloses a multilayer capacitor including a capacitor body having first and second surfaces facing each other, third and fourth surfaces connected to the first and second surfaces and facing each other, a dielectric layer, and first and second internal electrodes alternately arranged via the dielectric layer and exposed to the first and second surfaces, respectively, and an amorphous dielectric thin film formed on at least the third and fourth surfaces of the capacitor body and in direct contact with the first and second internal electrodes, as well as a method for manufacturing the same.
