Abstract
To provide a metal plate capable of enhancing the accuracy of the shape of a formed open hole and used for manufacturing a vapor deposition mask.SOLUTION: A metal plate 64 used for manufacturing a vapor deposition mask includes a main phase 64c including iron and nickel and a plurality of particles 64d existing in the main phase 64c. The following conditions (1) and (2) are satisfied in a first surface 64a and a second surface 64b positioned on the side opposite to the first surface 64a.
