Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0018] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, although various technically preferable limitations are imposed on the embodiments described below for carrying out the present invention, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments and illustrated examples. In the following, regarding each direction of front and rear, left and right, and up and down, the description will be based on each direction when the direction in which the seated person sitting on the seat faces is defined as the front.

[0019] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the seat according to the present embodiment. The seat 10 includes a seat body and a seat cover 18. The seat body is composed of a seat cushion 11 that supports the buttocks and thighs of the seated person, a seat back 12 that serves as a backrest, a headrest 13 that supports the head of the seated person, and the like. In addition, auxiliary support parts such as a neck rest, armrests, footrests, ottomans, etc. may be provided.

[0020] And the seat 10 has a seat frame (not shown) that serves as the skeleton of the seat body, and a base cover 15 is provided so as to cover a cushion pad 14 (see FIG. 2 etc. described later) arranged on the seat frame. In this way, the seat body (seat cushion 11, seat back 12, etc.) is covered by the base cover 15.

[0021] In addition, surface fasteners 16 are provided on the base cover 15 of the seat cushion 11 and the base cover 15 of the seat back 12 on the surfaces facing the seat cover 18 described later, and dot-shaped locking members 17 are provided on the surface fasteners 16 of each base cover 15 respectively. Note that the "dot-shaped locking member" represents a locking member arranged in a dot shape. That is, it is a concept for a locking member in which the surface fastener is arranged in a planar shape, as opposed to a locking member in which the wire fastener is arranged in a linear shape, which will be described later.

[0022] Also, in this embodiment, the dot-shaped fastener 17 is a button like a snap button. If the dot-shaped fastener 17 is a button in this way, it becomes possible to easily attach and detach the dot-shaped fastener (button) 20 of the seat cover 18 described later. In the following, the dot-shaped fastener 17 may be described as the button 17, but the dot-shaped fastener 17 may be other than a button, for example, a magnet or a hook (see FIG. 12) described later. The same applies to the dot-shaped fasteners 20 and 22 and buttons 20 and 22 of the seat cover 18 described later.

[0023] On the other hand, the seat 10 has a seat cover 18 that is detachable from the base cover 15. In this embodiment, two types of seat covers 18 are prepared, one for attaching to the base cover 15 of the seat cushion 11 and the other for attaching to the base cover 15 of the seat back 12, but it may be configured to be attached to only one of them.

[0024] The seat cover 18 is provided with surface fasteners 19 on the surfaces facing the base cover 15, and buttons (dot-shaped fasteners) 20 are provided on the surface fasteners 19 respectively. The surface fastener 16 and button 17 of the base cover 15 and the surface fastener 19 and button 20 of the seat cover 18 are detachably engaged with each other.

[0025] In the seat 10 according to this embodiment, when the seat cover 18 is attached to the base cover 15 of the seat cushion 11 or the seat back 12, the surface fastener 16 of the base cover 15 and the surface fastener 19 of the seat cover 18 are joined, and at the same time, the button 17 of the base cover 15 and the button 20 of the seat cover 18 are locked, so that the mounting position of the seat cover 18 with respect to the base cover 15 is determined.

[0026] That is, as described above, in the conventional seat cover, for example, since it is attached to the base cover of the seat body with a hook-and-loop fastener, even when the seat cover is displaced from its original attachment position on the seat body, the hook-and-loop fasteners are joined together, and there is a case where the seat cover is attached in a displaced state. In contrast, in the present embodiment, as described above, the seat cover 18 is attached to the base cover 15 by locking the button 20 of the seat cover 18 and the button 17 of the base cover 15. And at that time, if the position of the seat cover 18 is displaced with respect to the base cover 15, the positions of the buttons 17 and 20 are displaced and they cannot be locked. The buttons 17 and 20 can be locked only when the seat cover 18 is not displaced with respect to the base cover 15.

[0027] Therefore, in the seat 10 according to the present embodiment, buttons (dot-shaped locking tools) 17 and 20 are respectively provided on the base cover 15 of the seat body and the seat cover 18, and the seat cover 18 is attached to the base cover 15 by locking them. Thus, it is possible to attach the seat cover 18 without being displaced from its original attachment position when attaching the seat cover 18 to the base cover 15 of the seat body. Also, when attaching the seat cover 18 to the base cover 15, since the seat cover 18 can be attached to the attachment position only by locking the buttons (dot-shaped locking tools) 17 and 20 and joining the hook-and-loop fasteners 16 and 19, it is possible to attach the seat cover 18 to the attachment position very easily.

[0028] Note that even if only one button (dot-shaped locking tool) 17 is provided on the hook-and-loop fastener 16 of the base cover 15 and the seat cover 18 can be easily attached to the attachment position without being displaced by locking the button (dot-shaped locking tool) 20 of the seat cover 18 thereto, in this case, displacement may occur in the direction in which the seat cover 18 rotates with respect to the base cover 15 around the locked buttons 17 and 20. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, if a plurality of buttons (dot-shaped locking members) 17 and 20 are respectively provided on the hook-and-loop fasteners 16 and 19, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of displacement in the direction in which the seat cover 18 rotates with respect to the base cover 15 around the buttons (dot-shaped locking members) 17 and 20, and the seat cover 18 can be attached without being displaced from its original attachment position.

[0029] Also, in that case, if the buttons (dot-shaped locking members) 17 and 20 are respectively provided at both ends of the hook-and-loop fasteners 16 and 19, the seat cover 18 can be attached without being displaced from its original attachment position, and since the user only needs to perform the operation of pressing the buttons twice, it becomes possible to easily attach the seat cover 18. Also, as shown in FIG. 1, if the hook-and-loop fastener 16 is provided so as to extend in the left-right direction at the central portion of the base cover 15 of the seat cushion 11 and the seat back 12, the hook-and-loop fastener 19 provided at the central portion of the seat cover 18 can be coupled to the hook-and-loop fastener 16 provided at the central portion of the base cover 15 to attach the seat cover 18, so that it becomes possible to easily attach the seat cover 18.

[0030] By the way, in the seat 10 shown in FIG. 1, since only the hook-and-loop fastener 19 and the button 20 provided at the central portion of the seat cover 18 are attached to the base cover 15, it is possible to easily attach the seat cover 18 without being displaced from the attachment position. However, since the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18 is not fixed to the base cover 15, there is a possibility that the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18 may be turned up when the seated person sits on the seat 10. Therefore, several configuration examples will be given and described for the configuration to suppress the occurrence of such a situation.

[0031] [Configuration Example 1] For example, as shown in Fig. 2(A), it is possible to configure the upper end α of the side portion 11A of the base cover 15 of the seat cushion 11, which is located outside the attached seat cover 18, to be located above the upper end β of the seat cover 18. With this configuration, since the side portion 11A of the base cover 15 of the seat cushion 11 is higher than the seat cushion 18, when the seated person sits on the seat 10, it is possible to prevent the body of the seated person or the like from getting caught on the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a situation where the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18 is turned up when the seated person sits on the seat 10.

[0032] In addition, in the seat back 12, as shown in Fig. 2(B), it is possible to configure the front end γ of the side portion 12A of the base cover 15 of the seat back 12, which is located outside the seat cover 18, to be located in front of the front end δ of the seat cover 18. With this configuration, similar to the case of the seat cushion 11 described above, when the seated person sits on the seat 10, it is possible to prevent the body of the seated person or the like from getting caught on the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a situation where the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18 is turned up when the seated person sits on the seat 10.

[0033] In this Configuration Example 1, the state in which the seat cover 18 is attached to the base cover 15 of the seat cushion 11 is shown in Fig. 3. In the following, the case where the seat cover 18 is attached to the base cover 15 of the seat cushion 11 will be described, and the case where it is attached to the seat back 12 may be omitted from the description, but the case where the seat cover 18 is attached to the seat back 12 will be described in the same manner.

[0034] In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, since the seat cover 18 is in a state of being so to speak buried between the left and right side portions 11A of the seat cushion 11, when a seated person sits on the seat 10, it is suppressed that the body or the like of the seated person gets caught on the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18. In FIG. 3, a case is shown where the button 20 is designed to be visible on the surface of the seat cover 18. However, for example, as shown in FIG. 5 to be described later, it is also possible to design the button 20 to be hidden on the back side of the seat cover 18.

[0035] [Configuration Example 2] Also, as shown in FIG. 4, it is also possible to configure to provide a hook-and-loop fastener 21 on all or part of the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18. By closing or opening the hook-and-loop fastener 21, the seat cover 18 can be easily attached to and detached from the base cover 15. In FIG. 4, a case is shown where the hook-and-loop fastener 21 can be visually recognized in a state where the seat cover 18 is attached to the base cover 15. However, it is also possible to configure to provide a cover (not shown) above the hook-and-loop fastener 21 so that the hook-and-loop fastener 21 is not visually recognized.

[0036] In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the seat cover 18 is attached to the base cover 15 with all or part of the outer peripheral portion fixed to the base cover 15 by the hook-and-loop fastener 21. Therefore, when a seated person sits on the seat 10, it is suppressed that the body or the like of the seated person gets caught on the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18 and the seat cover 18 is turned up.

[0037] [Configuration Example 3] Also, as shown in FIG. 6, it is also possible to configure to provide dot-shaped locking members 22 on the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18. In this case, similar to the above, the dot-shaped locking members 22 can be configured with buttons, but they may also be magnets, hooks, or the like. Also, dot-shaped locking members are provided at corresponding positions on the base cover 15. Then, by locking and unlocking the dot-shaped fasteners 22 of the seat cover 18 and the dot-shaped fasteners of the base cover 15, the seat cover 18 can be easily attached to and detached from the base cover 15.

[0038] In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the seat cover 18 is attached to the seat cushion 11 with the dot-shaped fasteners 22 on the outer peripheral portion thereof locked to the dot-shaped fasteners 23 of the base cover 15 respectively. Therefore, when the seated person sits on the seat 10, it is possible to prevent the seat cover 18 from being turned up by the body or the like of the seated person catching on the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover 18.

[0039] [Configuration Example 4] Also, as shown in FIG. 8, it is also possible to configure such that hook-and-loop fasteners 24 and 25 are provided at the front end and the rear end of the base cover 15 of the seat cushion 11 respectively. Although not shown, in the case of the seat back 12 (see FIG. 1), it is also possible to provide hook-and-loop fasteners at the upper end and the lower end of the base cover 15 of the seat back 12 respectively. Hook-and-loop fasteners 26 and 27 are also provided at the corresponding positions (i.e., the front end and the rear end, etc.) of the seat cover 18. Then, by connecting and disconnecting the hook-and-loop fasteners 24 and 25 of the base cover 15 and the hook-and-loop fasteners 26 and 27 of the seat cover 18 respectively, the seat cover 18 can be easily attached to and detached from the base cover 15.

[0040] In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the seat cover 18 is attached to the seat cushion 11 with the hook-and-loop fasteners 26 and 27 at the front end and the rear end connected to the hook-and-loop fasteners 24 and 25 of the base cover 15 respectively. Therefore, when the seated person sits on the seat 10, it is possible to prevent the seat cover 18 from being turned up by the body or the like of the seated person catching on the front end or the like of the seat cover 18.

[0041] In addition, in this Configuration Example 4, as shown in FIG. 9, the surface fastener 16 at the center of the base cover 15 can be made shorter than the surface fasteners 24 and 25 at the front end and the rear end of the base cover 15 (in the case of the seat back 12, the surface fasteners at the upper end and the lower end of the base cover 15). With this configuration, since the surface fasteners 24 and 25 at the front end and the rear end (or the upper end and the lower end) of the base cover 15 are long, even if the surface fastener 16 at the center of the base cover 15 is short, the seat cover 18 can be surely attached to the base cover 15. And since the surface fastener 16 at the center of the base cover 15 can be made shorter, the cost can be reduced accordingly.

[0042] [Configuration Example 5] In the above Configuration Example 4, the case where surface fasteners 26 and 27 are provided at the front end and the rear end (or the upper end and the lower end) of the seat cover 15 has been described. However, it is also possible to configure such that surface fasteners are provided at the left end and the right end of the seat cover 18 (and each position of the base cover 15 corresponding thereto). The same applies to the case where surface fasteners 26 and 27 are provided at the front end and the rear end (or the upper end and the lower end) of the seat cover 18. However, when surface fasteners 28 are provided at the left end and the right end of the seat cover 18 respectively, as shown in FIG. 10, two - layer portions A are provided at the left end and the right end of the seat cover 18 respectively, and the surface fasteners 28 can be configured to be provided on the back - side of the two - layer portion of the seat cover 18.

[0043] Note that in FIG. 10, the case where the surface fastener 28 is provided at the left end of the seat cover 18 is shown, and the base cover 15 (not shown) is located on the lower side in the figure. With this configuration, the surface fastener 28 is sewn only on the back - side of the two - layer portion A of the seat cover 18 and not on the front - side. Therefore, the seam between the seat cover 18 and the surface fastener 28 can be made invisible from the front - side of the seat cover 18, and the design property of the seat cover 18 can be improved.

[0044] [Configuration Example 6] In addition, in the above Configuration Examples 4 and 5, the case where the surface fastener of the seat cover 18 is coupled to and attached to the surface fastener of the base cover 15 has been described. However, it is also possible to configure such that the base cover 15 is not provided with a surface fastener and only the seat cover 18 is provided with a surface fastener. Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 11, a surface fastener 28 is provided on the back side of, for example, the double-layered portion A of the seat cover 18, and one end side of a strip-shaped surface fastener 29 is attached to another position on the back side of the seat cover 18.

[0045] Then, the other end side of the surface fastener 29 is inserted into the slit of the base cover 15, passed under the insert wire 30 embedded in the cushion pad 14, and pulled out above the base cover 15. Then, by coupling the other end side of this surface fastener 29 to the surface fastener 28 provided on the back side of the seat cover 18, the seat cover 18 can be attached to the base cover 15. Note that it is also possible to form the above surface fasteners 28 and 29 with a single surface fastener.

[0046] [Configuration Example 7] In addition, in each of the above configuration examples, the case where the seat cover 18 is attached to the base cover 15 with a surface fastener or a dot-shaped locking tool has been described. However, it is also possible to configure it to be attached with, for example, a hook. In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 12, a hook 32 is attached to the lower end of the hanging cloth 31 of the hanging portion of the seat cover 18. In addition, a recess is provided in the cushion pad 14 at the slit portion of the base cover 15, and a fixing member 33 having a U-shaped or U-shaped hook attachment member 34 formed on the upper surface is disposed in the recess.

[0047] When attaching the seat cover 18, the hanging cloth 31 of the seat cover 18 is pulled downward and inserted into the slit of the base cover 15, and the hook 32 is hooked on the hook attachment member 34 to attach it, so that the seat cover 18 can be attached to the base cover 15. Although not shown in the drawings, the fixing member 33 is disposed in the recess in a state of being connected by an anchor to a fixing base provided, for example, in the cushion pad 14 below the recess.

[0048] Also, it is also possible to attach by a hook as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 13, a substantially columnar engaged portion 35 is provided at the lower end of the hanging cloth 31 of the seat cover 18. Further, an engaging portion 37 capable of engaging so as to surround the engaged portion 35 is provided on the upper surface side, and a hook portion 36 having a hook 32 is prepared on the lower surface. Further, an opening 38 is provided in the fixing member 33 provided in the recess of the cushion pad 14 at the split portion of the base cover 15.

[0049] When attaching the seat cover 18, first, the engaging portion 37 of the hook portion 36 is engaged with the engaged portion 35 of the seat cover 18 so as to cover it, and the hook portion 36 is attached to the hanging cloth 31 of the seat cover 18. Then, in that state, the hanging cloth 31 of the seat cover 18 is pulled downward and inserted into the split of the base cover 15, and the hook 32 is inserted into the opening 38 of the fixing member 33 and hooked and attached, whereby the seat cover 18 can be attached to the base cover 15.

[0050] In this case, however, if the hook 32 is simply hooked on the opening 38 of the fixing member 33, it may be relatively easily detached. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 14, it is also possible to provide convex portions 39, 40, etc. on the hook 32 and the fixing member 33 so that it is not easily detached.

[0051] Note that the above Configuration Examples 1 to 7 may be combined. Also, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention.

[0052] (1) According to the above embodiment, the seat includes a seat body, a base cover covering the seat body, and a seat cover detachable from the base cover. The base cover and the seat cover are each provided with a hook-and-loop fastener that is detachable from each other, and the hook-and-loop fastener is provided with dot-shaped locking members that are detachable from each other for determining the mounting position of the seat cover with respect to the base cover. (2) In the above (1), a plurality of the locking members are provided on the hook-and-loop fastener. (3) In the above (2), the locking members are provided at both ends of the hook-and-loop fastener, respectively. (4) In any of the above (1) to (3), the locking members are provided on the outer peripheral portion of the seat cover. (5) In any of the above (1) to (4), the locking members are buttons. (6) In any of the above (1) to (5), the hook-and-loop fastener is provided at the central portion of the base cover so as to extend in the left-right direction. (7) In any of the above (1) to (6), hook-and-loop fasteners are provided at the front end and the rear end of the base cover of the seat cushion, and / or at the upper end and the lower end of the base cover of the seat back, respectively. (8) In the above (7), a hook-and-loop fastener is also provided at the central portion of the base cover of the seat cushion and / or the seat back. The hook-and-loop fastener at the central portion of the base cover is shorter than the hook-and-loop fasteners at the front end and the rear end of the base cover, and / or the hook-and-loop fasteners at the upper end and the lower end of the base cover. (9) In any of the above (1) to (8), the hook-and-loop fastener of the seat cover is provided on the back side of the two-layered portion provided on the seat cover.
