Abstract
To provide a pouring-out spout capable of increasing a pouring-out amount of a content and a container with the same.SOLUTION: A pouring-out spout 10 comprises: a spout body 20; and an outer movable member 30. A pouring-out cylindrical part 22 includes a cylindrical wall 22a and a stopper projection 22f. A body flow path 23 of the spout body 20 has a tip opening 23b opened at a tip of the cylindrical wall 22a. The outer movable member 30 includes an outer sleeve 31, a base end abutment member 32, and an arched operation piece 33. The outer sleeve 31 has a main cylindrical part 31a and a closing part 31d. A guide hole into which the stopper projection 22f is inserted is formed in the main cylindrical part 31a. The outer sleeve 31 can switch opening and closing of the tip opening 23b by the closing part 31d by adjusting pressing force applied to the arched operation piece 33.
