Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present application relates to a locking device, a locking structure, a child carrier, and a seat for a child carrier. [Background technology]
[0002] Child carriers, such as strollers, make it easy to carry small children outdoors. Child carriers are generally designed to be foldable for easy storage and portability. To further reduce the volume of the folded child carrier, some child carriers have removable frames and seats. When mounting the child carrier, the seat is inserted into the mounting section of the frame, and the seat and frame are locked via a locking device, preventing relative movement between the seat and frame and ensuring stable support of the seat on the frame. To remove the child carrier, a user must press the unlock button on the locking device with one hand to keep the locking device unlocked, while simultaneously using the other hand to pull up the seat and remove it from the frame. This cumbersome and inconvenient process impacts the user's experience. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0003] The present invention aims to provide a locking device that is easy to unlock so that the locking device and connector can be easily removed. The present invention also aims to provide a locking device, a child carrier, and a child carrier seat. [Means for solving the problem]
[0004] In one aspect, the present invention provides a locking device including a housing, an unlocking button disposed on the housing, a locking member, and a first elastic member, the locking member configured to lock into and mate with a locking hole of a connector, the first elastic member configured to maintain the locking member in a locked state, and the unlocking button, when pressed, driving the locking member to an unlocked state. Here, the locking device further includes a retaining member and a second elastic member disposed on the housing, the retaining member configured to engage with the unlocking button to retain the unlocking button in a pressed position where the locking member is unlocked, and the second elastic member configured to retain the retaining member in an engaged position where the retaining member engages with the unlocking button.
[0005] In the locking device according to the present invention, the engagement between the retaining member and the unlock button holds the unlock button in the pressed position, thereby holding the locking member connected to the connector in an unlocked state. In this way, the user does not necessarily have to constantly press the unlock button when unlocking the connector locked by the locking device, and can easily attach and detach the locking device from the connector.
[0006] Furthermore, the housing includes an attachment channel that fits onto the connector, and the retaining member has an abutting portion that extends into the attachment channel, and when the locking device and the connector are attached or detached, the abutting portion is pressed by the connector to disengage the retaining member from the unlocking button and return the unlocking button to its initial position. Because the retaining member has an abutting portion that is adapted to be pressed by the connector during disassembly of the connector, the retaining member can disengage from the unlocking button and return to its initial position, thereby not affecting the next locking of the locking member.
[0007] Furthermore, since the direction of movement of the unlocking button is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the holding member, the structure of the locking device can be made more compact.
[0008] Furthermore, the mounting channel includes a first chute configured to fit into a first slide rail on the connector, the abutment portion extending into the first chute and capable of fitting into a positioning recess of the first slide rail, and during attachment or detachment of the locking device to or from the connector, the abutment portion can be pressed by the first slide rail of the connector to disengage the retaining member from the unlocking button. In this way, a user does not need to directly operate the unlocking button, and the unlocking button can automatically return to its initial position by the action of the first elastic member.
[0009] Furthermore, the first chute has a first end which is an open end and a second end which is a closed end, and the locking member has a tongue portion configured to fit into the locking hole of the connector, and the tongue portion cooperates with the second end of the first chute to limit movement of the first slide rail of the connector relative to the first chute, preventing the locking device and the attached connector from sliding relative to each other.
[0010] Furthermore, the mounting channel further includes a second chute parallel to the first chute, the second chute being configured to fit onto a second slide rail on the connector, and the locking member being disposed between the first chute and the second chute, thereby making the assembly of the locking device and the connector more stable and reliable.
[0011] Furthermore, the second chute has a first end which is an open end and a second end which is a closed end, and the locking member has a tongue portion configured to fit into the locking hole of the connector, and the tongue portion cooperates with the second end of the second chute to limit movement of the second slide rail of the connector relative to the second chute, preventing the locking device and the attached connector from sliding relative to each other.
[0012] Furthermore, the abutting portion includes a protruding top extending into the first chute, a first pushing slope facing the pull-out direction of the first slide rail, and a second pushing slope facing the insertion direction of the first slide rail, or the abutting portion is arc-shaped. In this way, whether the first slide rail is inserted into or pulled out of the first chute, the abutting portion can be pressed to easily remove the first slide rail from the first chute, and the retaining member can be disengaged from the unlock button without affecting the movement of the first slide rail.
[0013] Furthermore, the housing has an inner cavity, a first end of the unlock button is an end that receives force, a second end of the unlock button is located in the inner cavity, the retaining member is located in the inner cavity, one of the unlock button and the retaining member has a slot and the other has an engaging protrusion, the slot and the engaging protrusion engage with each other to hold the unlock button in the pressed position. In this way, a simple engagement structure is provided for the unlock button and the retaining member.
[0014] Furthermore, while the release button is being pressed and before the engaging protrusion engages with the slot, the release button presses the retaining member via an inclined pressing surface provided on at least one of the release button and the retaining member, causing the retaining member to move out of the movement path of the release button. In this way, the retaining member does not obstruct the downward movement of the release button.
[0015] The holding member further includes a bottom portion, a first extension portion, and a second extension portion. The first extension portion and the second extension portion extend from the bottom portion and face each other, and the first chute passes between the first extension portion and the second extension portion. The abutment portion is located on the first extension portion, and the engagement protrusion is located on the second extension portion and deviates from the engagement protrusion, thereby providing a holding member with a simple structure.
[0016] Furthermore, the second elastic member is a spring, a mounting groove is provided in the bottom of the holding member, a first end of the second elastic member is accommodated in the mounting groove, and a second end of the second elastic member extends in a direction away from the unlock button. Having at least a portion of the second elastic member accommodated in the mounting groove contributes to a more compact structure of the locking device.
[0017] Furthermore, a first end of the locking member is operably connected to an unlocking button within the inner cavity, and a second end of the locking member is adapted to extend from the inner cavity. The inner cavity includes a first guide structure, a second guide structure, and a third guide structure. The unlocking button is in sliding fit with the first guide structure, the locking member is in sliding fit with the second guide structure, and the retaining member is in sliding fit with the third guide structure. The directions of movement of the unlocking button, the locking member, and the retaining member are perpendicular to each other. This layout contributes to a compact structure of the locking device.
[0018] The unlocking button further includes a pressing portion, a first arm, and a second arm, the first arm and the second arm extending from the pressing portion and facing each other, and the locking member is located between the first arm and the second arm. The first arm is adjacent to the holding member and has a slot formed therein. Thus, a simple structure of the unlocking button is provided.
[0019] Furthermore, each of the first arm and the second arm has a third inclined surface for contacting the locking member, and / or the locking member has a fourth inclined surface for contacting the first arm and the second arm, respectively. The first elastic member is a spring, and the first elastic member abuts against the locking member. In this way, a connection mode that is operable with a simple structure is provided between the unlock button and the locking member.
[0020] In another aspect, the present application further provides a locking structure including the above-described locking device and a connector configured to mate with the locking device, the connector having a locking hole that mates with the locking member of the locking device.
[0021] In yet another aspect, the present application further provides a child carrier including a seat, a frame, and the locking structure described above, wherein a locking device is attached to one of the seat and the frame, and a connector is attached to the other of the seat and the frame.
[0022] In a further aspect, the present application further provides a child carrier seat including the locking device described above. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0024] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the structure of a seat 8 of a child carrier 200 (see FIG. 3) according to an embodiment of the present invention. The seat 8 is provided with a locking device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the structure of a frame 9 of the child carrier 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The frame 9 is provided with a connector 7 configured to be lockable with the locking device 100, and is fitted into the locking device 100. FIGS. 3 to 8 show the structure of the child carrier 200 assembled with the seat 8 and frame 9. As can be seen from the figures, the child carrier 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention is illustrated as a stroller. It should be understood that the type of child carrier 200 is not limited to a stroller. For example, in other embodiments, the child carrier 200 may be a high chair, a baby hammock, or the like. Furthermore, the application scope of the locking device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the child carrier 200. The locking device 100 may be applied to any appropriate product.
[0025] Referring to Figures 1 and 7 together, the locking device 100 may include a housing 1, and an unlocking button 2 attached to the housing 1, a locking member 3, a first elastic member 4, a retaining member 5, and a second elastic member 6.
[0026] 7 and 8 , in some embodiments, the housing 1 may include a first housing portion 1a and a second housing portion 1b that define an internal cavity 10. The housing 1 may include a first opening 101 and a second opening 102. The first opening 101 may be jointly defined, for example, by a sidewall of the first housing portion 1a and a sidewall of the second housing portion 1b. The second opening 102 may be disposed, for example, in an end wall of the second housing portion 1b that faces the connector 7. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2 , the housing 1 may further include an attachment channel 120 that is fitted into the connector 7. In some embodiments, the attachment channel 120 may include, for example, a first chute 11 and a second chute 12 that are arranged in parallel. The second opening 102 may be disposed between the first chute 11 and the second chute 12. The connector 7 may include a first slide rail 71 that slidably fits with the first chute 11, and a second slide rail 72 that slidably fits with the second chute 12. The connector 7 further includes a lock hole 70 that faces the second opening 102. The lock hole 70 is disposed between the first slide rail 71 and the second slide rail 72.
[0027] 3, the first end 201 of the unlock button 2 is the end that receives force. When the unlock button 2 is in its initial position (a position where the unlock button is not pressed), the first end 201 of the unlock button 2 is located, for example, outside the housing 1. The second end 202 of the unlock button 2 extends into the inner cavity 10 through the first opening 101.
[0028] 6 , the first end 31 of the locking member 3 is operably connected to the unlocking button 2 in the inner cavity 10, and the second end 32 of the locking member 3 extends from the second opening 102 to be locked and fitted into the locking hole 70 of the connector 7. It can be seen that the locking member 3 has a locked state in which its second end 32 extends from the second opening 102, and an unlocked state in which the second end is retracted from the second opening 102. When the locking member 3 is in the locked state, the connector 7 and the locking device 100 are locked to prevent relative movement between the connector 7 and the locking device 100.
[0029] In some embodiments, relative movement between the connector 7 and the locking device 100 can be prevented only by cooperation between the locking member 3 and the locking hole 70. In some other embodiments, referring to FIGS. 1, 6, and 7, the first end 111 of the first chute 11 can be an open end, and the second end 112 of the first chute 11 can be a closed end. The first end 121 of the second chute 12 can be an open end, and the second end 122 of the second chute 12 can be a closed end. The second end 32 of the locking member 3 has a tongue portion. It will be understood that in a specific embodiment, the tongue portion has a wedge-shaped surface. When the locking device 100 is attached to the connector 7, the first slide rail 71 and the second slide rail 72 of the connector 7 are inserted into the first chute 11 from the first end 111 and into the second chute 12 from the first end 121, respectively. When the first slide rail 71 and the second slide rail 72 move to abut against the second end 112 of the first chute 11 and the second end 122 of the second chute 12, respectively, the tongue portion of the locking member 3 extends into the locking hole 70 of the connector 7. In this case, the second end 112 of the first chute 11 and the second end 122 of the second chute 12 cooperate with the tongue portion to prevent relative movement between the connector 7 and the locking device 100, thereby restricting the relative movement of the first slide rail 71 and the second slide rail 72 of the connector 7 with respect to the first chute 11 and the second chute 12.
[0030] It should be noted that in this embodiment, the mounting channel 120 may include the first chute 11 and the second chute 12. It may be understood that in some embodiments, the mounting channel 120 may not include the second chute 12 depending on the rational arrangement of the positions of the first chute 11, the second opening 102, and the locking member 3. Therefore, the connector 7 may not include the second slide rail 72. Furthermore, the second end 112 of the first chute 11 and the second end 122 of the second chute 12 may not be closed ends. For example, in some embodiments, position limiting protrusions may be disposed near the second end 112 of the first chute 11 and the second end 122 of the second chute 12, respectively. The movement of the first slide rail 71 and the second slide rail 72 is stopped via such position limiting protrusions.
[0031] Referring to FIG. 6 , the first elastic member 4 is configured to maintain the locking member 3 in the locked state, and when the unlock button 2 is pressed, it applies an unlocking force to the locking member 3, so that the locking member 3 can overcome the force of the first elastic member 4 and retract from the second opening 102 until the second end 32 of the locking member 3 moves to an unlocked state where it is disengaged from the locking hole 70, thereby releasing the lock of the connector 7 by the locking device 100.
[0032] As can be known in combination with the related art, the unlock button 2 can be operably connected to the locking member 3 via any appropriate structure, provided that the unlock button 2 and the locking member 3 satisfy the following relationship: When the unlock button 2 is in its initial position (not pressed), the second end 32 of the locking member 3 extends and engages with the locking hole 70 of the connector 7. When the second end 32 of the locking member 3 needs to be disengaged from the locking hole 70 of the connector 7, the unlock button 2 is pressed along the direction indicated by arrow P in FIG. 3 , and the unlock button 2 biases and moves the locking member 3, thereby disengaging the second end 32 of the locking member 3 from the locking hole 70 of the connector 7. In some embodiments, the movement direction of the unlocking button 2 is perpendicular to the movement direction of the locking member 3. For example, referring to FIGS. 3 and 4 , in this embodiment, the movement direction of the unlocking button 2 is radial, and the movement direction of the locking member 3 is axial. According to the prior art locking device, when the user stops pressing the unlocking button 2, the locking member 3 returns directly to the locked state, and the unlocking button 2 returns directly to its initial position due to the action of the first elastic member 4.
[0033] 4, 7, and 8, the retaining member 5 may be accommodated in the inner cavity 10. When the unlock button 2 moves from the initial position to the pressed position, the retaining member 5 can engage with the unlock button 2, thereby retaining the unlock button 2 in the pressed position where the lock member 3 is unlocked. In some embodiments, the unlock button 2 may be provided with a slot 210, and the retaining member 5 may be provided with an engagement protrusion 521. The slot 210 and the engagement protrusion 521 engage with each other when the unlock button 2 is in the pressed position. That is, the engagement between the slot 210 and the engagement protrusion 521 retains the unlock button 2 in the pressed position. It will be understood that the manner in which the retaining member 5 and the unlock button 2 engage with each other is not limited to the above example. For example, in some embodiments, the unlock button 2 may be provided with an engagement protrusion, and the retaining member 5 may be provided with a slot that engages with the engagement protrusion.
[0034] 4, the second elastic member 6 is configured to hold the retaining member 5 in an engagement position where the retaining member 5 engages with the unlocking button 2. In this way, when it is necessary to release the lock of the connector 7 by the locking device 100 and separate the connector 7 and the locking device 100, the user does not necessarily have to press the unlocking button 2 all the time.
[0035] 1 and 3, the retaining member 5 has an abutment portion 511 that extends into the mounting channel 120. When attaching the connector 7 to the locking device 100 or when detaching the connector 7 from the locking device 100, the abutment portion 511 can be pressed by the connector 7 so that the locking member 5 overcomes the force of the second elastic member 6 and disengages from the unlocking button 2. In this way, the user does not need to directly operate the unlocking button 2, and the unlocking button 2 can automatically return to its initial position due to the action of the first elastic member 4.
[0036] In combination with the above, it can be understood that after the unlock button 2 returns to its initial position, the holding member 5 returns to the moving path of the unlock button 2 under the action of the second elastic member 6 (see FIG. 3 ). When the unlock button 2 is pressed again to move downward, the holding member 5 drives the holding member 5, and before the slot 210 engages with the engaging protrusion 521, the holding member 5 overcomes the force of the second elastic member 6 and can retract. In this way, the holding member 5 moves out of the moving path of the unlock button 2 and no longer obstructs the downward movement of the unlock button 2. After the unlock button 2 reaches the pressed position, the holding member 5 is biased by the second elastic member 6 to extend and engage with the unlock button 2 through the engagement between the engaging protrusion 521 and the slot 210. Referring to FIG. 3 , in some embodiments, the unlock button 2 may have a first inclined pressing surface 212 and the holding member 5 may have a second inclined pressing surface 5212. When the unlock button 2 is pressed, the first inclined pressing surface 212 and the second inclined pressing surface 5212 come into contact with each other, and the unlock button 2 can press the holding member 5 out of the movement path of the unlock button 2 .
[0037] 1 to 3 , in some embodiments, the abutment portion 511 may extend into the first chute 11 of the mounting channel 120. Furthermore, the first slide rail 71 of the connector 7 may include a positioning recess 710. When the connector 7 and the locking device 100 are attached together, the abutment portion 511 is fitted into the positioning recess 710 so as not to affect the engagement between the locking member 5 and the unlocking button 2. When the connector 7 is attached to or removed from the locking device 100, the first slide rail 71 moves relative to the first chute 11, and the first slide rail 71 presses against the abutment portion 511, causing the engagement protrusion 521 of the holding member 5 to disengage from the slot 210 of the unlocking button 2.
[0038] 3, the abutment portion 511 may be substantially trapezoidal, including a protruding apex 5110 (see FIG. 11) extending into the first chute 11, a first pressing slope 5111 facing the direction in which the first slide rail 71 is pulled out, and a second pressing slope 5112 facing the direction in which the first slide rail 71 is inserted. Therefore, the positioning recess 710 of the first slide rail 71 may have a trapezoidal shape that matches the shape of the abutment portion 511. In some embodiments, the abutment portion 511 may be, for example, arc-shaped. In this case, the positioning recess 710 of the first slide rail 71 also has a corresponding arc-shaped shape.
[0039] 7 and 8 , in some embodiments, the movement direction M1 of the unlock button 2 is approximately perpendicular to the movement direction M3 of the holding member 5. Preferably, the movement direction M1 of the unlock button 2, the movement direction M2 of the locking member 3, and the movement direction M3 of the holding member 5 are approximately perpendicular to each other. Such a layout contributes to a compact structure of the locking device 100. For example, the inner cavity 10 of the housing 1 may include a first guide structure 103, a second guide structure 104, and a third guide structure 105. The unlock button 2 is slidably fitted with the first guide structure 103, the locking member 3 is slidably fitted with the second guide structure 104, and the holding member 5 is slidably fitted with the third guide structure 105.
[0040] 7, 8, and 11, a preferred embodiment of the retaining member 5 is shown in this embodiment. The retaining member 5 may include a bottom portion 53, a first extension portion 51, and a second extension portion 52. The first extension portion 51 and the second extension portion 52 extend from the bottom portion 53 and face each other. The first chute 11 passes between the first extension portion 51 and the second extension portion 52. The abutment portion 511 is located on the first extension portion 51, and the engagement protrusion 521 is located on the second extension portion 52 and extends away from the first chute 11. The second elastic member 6 may be a spring, and the bottom portion 53 of the retaining member 5 may be provided with a mounting groove 530. The first end of the second elastic member 6 is received in the mounting groove 530, and the second end 62 of the second elastic member 6 extends in a direction away from the unlock button 2. The second end 62 of the second elastic member 6 abuts against, for example, the cavity wall of the inner cavity 10 .
[0041] 7 to 10 , preferred embodiments of the unlocking button 2 and the locking member 3 are further shown in this embodiment. The unlocking button 2 may include a pressing portion 23, a first arm 21, and a second arm 22. The first arm 21 and the second arm 22 extend from the pressing portion 23 and face each other. The pressing portion 23 is located at a first end 201 of the unlocking button 2, and the tail ends of the first arm 21 and the second arm 22 form a second end 202 of the unlocking button 2. The locking member 3 is disposed between the first arm 21 and the second arm 22. The first arm 21 may be disposed close to the holding member 5 and may include a slot 210, and the second arm 22 may be disposed away from the holding member 5. Each of the first arm 21 and the second arm 22 includes a third inclined surface 25 for contacting the locking member 3, and the locking member 3 includes a fourth inclined surface 36 for contacting the first arm 21 and the second arm 22, respectively. In this embodiment, the third inclined surface 25 and the fourth inclined surface 36 are slidingly engaged with each other. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the third inclined surfaces 25 and the fourth inclined surfaces 36 may be alternately arranged, which also achieves an operable connection between the unlock button 2 and the locking member 3. The first elastic member 4 may be a spring. For example, one end of the first elastic member 4 is pressed against the locking member 3, and the other end is in contact with the cavity wall of the inner cavity 10.
[0042] An embodiment of the present invention further provides a locking device 100. The locking device includes a housing 1, and further includes an unlocking button 2, a locking member 3, and a first elastic member 4 arranged on the housing 1. The locking member 3 is configured to be locked and fitted into a locking hole 70 of the connector 7. The first elastic member 4 is configured to maintain the locking member 3 in a locked state. The unlocking button 2 drives the locking member 3 to an unlocked state when pressed. The locking device 100 further includes a retaining member 5 and a second elastic member 6 arranged on the housing 1. The retaining member 5 is configured to engage with the unlocking button 2 to hold the unlocking button 2 in a pressed position where the locking member 3 is unlocked, and the second elastic member 6 is configured to hold the retaining member 5 in an engaged position where the retaining member 5 engages with the unlocking button 2.
[0043] An embodiment of the present invention further provides a locking structure. This locking structure includes the above-described locking device 100 and the above-described connector 7. After the slide rails of the connector 7 (e.g., including the first slide rail 71 and the second slide rail 72) are inserted into the mounting grooves 120 of the locking device 100 (e.g., including the first chute 11 and the second chute 12), the locking members 3 of the locking device 100 are inserted into the locking holes 70 of the connector 7, and the locking device 100 is securely connected to the connector 7.
[0044] An embodiment of the present invention further provides a child carrier 200. The child carrier 200 includes a seat 8, a frame 9, and the locking structure described above. A locking device 100 is attached to one of the seat 8 and the frame 9, and a connector 7 is attached to the other.
[0045] The disassembly and assembly process of the seat 8 and frame 9 in the child carrier 200 equipped with the lock structure according to this embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS.
[0046] During assembly, the seat 8 and the frame 9 are aligned with each other, and the first slide rail 71 and the second slide rail 72 are inserted into the first chute 11 and the second chute 12 until the locking member 3 is inserted into the locking hole 70. Referring to FIG. 3 , in this case, the unlock button 2 is in the initial position, the second end of the locking member 3 is inserted into the locking hole 70, and the abutment portion 511 extends into the positioning recess 710.
[0047] 4, during disassembly, the unlock button 2 is pressed downward, which pushes the lock member 3 backward so that the lock member 3 comes out of the lock hole 70. At the same time, the unlock button 2 pushes the holding member 5 to retract it. When the unlock button 2 moves to the pressed position where the slot 210 and the engaging protrusion 521 of the holding member 5 are aligned, the action of the second elastic member 6 causes the engaging protrusion 521 of the holding member 5 to be inserted into the slot 210, so that the unlock button 2 is held in the pressed position and the lock member 3 is held in an unlocked state where it is disengaged from the lock hole 70. In this case, the seat 8 can be removed from the frame 9 by lifting the seat 8. During removal of the seat 8, the first slide rail 71 pushes against the first pressing inclined surface 5111 and moves, causing the engagement protrusion 521 to retract from the slot 210 and disengage, and the unlock button 2 returns to its initial position due to the action of the first elastic member 4 (in this case, the second end 32 of the locking member 3 has disengaged from the lock hole 70, and even if the second end 32 of the locking member 3 protrudes outward again after the unlock button 2 returns, the second end 32 of the locking member 3 cannot engage with the lock hole 70, so there is no effect on removal of the seat 8). After the seat 8 is removed from the frame 9, the unlock button 2 and the holding member 5 return to the positions shown in FIG. 8.
[0048] After the seat 8 is removed from the frame 9, the unlock button 2 may be accidentally pressed, causing the lock member 3 to be held in the pressed position by the holding member 5 and unlocked. However, when the seat 8 is to be attached to the frame 9 again, when the first slide rail 71 is inserted into the first chute 11, the first slide rail 71 drives and moves the second pressing inclined surface 5112 of the holding member 5, causing the engaging protrusion 521 to retract from the slot 210 and release the engagement, and the unlock button 2 returns to its initial position, preventing any interference with the next pressing operation of the unlock button 2.
