To provide a service providing system which allows a user to temporarily exit without increasing a usage fee.SOLUTION: A service providing system includes a management server 30, a terminal program 28 implemented on a terminal device 20, a store terminal 40 installed in each of stores, and a door locking device 50. A user captures an image of a QR code (R) disposed in a booth, according to an instruction on a temporary exit screen displayed on the terminal device 20. The terminal program 28 reads a store ID from the QR code, and transmits a temporary exit application including the store ID and a user ID stored in a memory to the management server 30 (S79). The management server 30 transmits an unlocking instruction to the store terminal 40 of the store indicated by the store ID included in the temporary exit application (S83), and registers a temporary exit time on a user management database (S87).
