Abstract

To provide a collection device and a program, which determine a communication state of a communication terminal to be distributed to distribute software.SOLUTION: A collection device of an embodiment includes a communication unit that communicates with a plurality of communication terminals through a communication path, a communication state determination unit that determines a communication state for each of the communication terminals, and a software distribution control unit that causes the communication unit to distribute software to the communication terminal determined to be communicable by the communication state determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
