Abstract

To suppress deterioration in detection accuracy of an object to be detected due to an influence of change in emitted light when detecting the object to be detected by detecting reflected light of light emitted to the object to be detected from a light-emitting element array including a plurality of light-emitting elements, as compared with a case where the change in the emitted light is not considered.SOLUTION: A detection apparatus comprises: a light-emitting element array including a plurality of light-emitting elements; a light-receiving element array including a plurality of light-receiving elements that receive reflected light of light emitted from the light-emitting element array to an object to be detected; a drive section that drives the light-emitting elements; and a detection section that detects the object to be detected by controlling at least one of drive control of the light-emitting elements to emit light and light-receiving control of the light-receiving elements according to changing emitted light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
