Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a skin care device equipped with a wire power transmission structure, and more specifically, to a skin care device equipped with a wire power transmission structure that mounts a driving force generating unit for a handpiece on a control body and transmits driving force to a handpiece through a wire. Background Technology
[0002] With the recent trend of increasing interest in skin care, various skin care devices are being developed.
[0003] Skin care devices are being proposed in various structures, including skin treatment devices using ultrasound, skin treatment devices using lasers, skin treatment devices using RF energy, skin cleansing devices for face lifting or skin tightening procedures, and cryolipolysis treatment devices.
[0004] Ultrasonic skin care devices utilize an ultrasound-generating handpiece to induce degeneration and regeneration of skin tissue at a certain depth from the skin surface by using heat generated by high-intensity focused ultrasound, thereby producing skin beautification or cosmetic effects such as wrinkle improvement.
[0005] In addition, laser-based skin treatment devices are used for various purposes such as preventing hair loss, promoting hair growth, exfoliating, skin regeneration, whitening, removing wrinkles or spots, and removing melasma, by treating the patient's skin by applying heat with the laser only to the target area to damage the skin tissue using a laser-generating handpiece to irradiate the skin with a laser of a certain size.
[0006] In addition, the skin treatment device using RF energy is used to perform the procedure by applying electric power to the RF electrode while the RF electrode is in close contact with the skin using a handpiece equipped with an RF electrode, thereby delivering RF energy to the patient's skin. It is used for various purposes such as skin remodeling / resurfacing, wrinkle removal, and treatment of sebaceous glands, follicular adipose tissue, and spider veins through the contraction or wound healing response of collagen in the lower dermis.
[0007] In addition, the skin cleansing device treats the patient's skin by discharging a cleansing solution onto the skin surface using a skin cleansing handpiece to penetrate functional cosmetic ingredients into the skin, and by polishing the skin surface.
[0008] In addition, the cryolipolysis device for cooling lipolysis procedures is used with a cooling cup mounted on a single handpiece to cool the treatment area of the patient.
[0009] Cooling cups are divided into suction types, which cool the patient's skin by suction, and non-suction types, and their performance varies depending on the type and quantity of thermoelectric elements attached to the cooling cup.
[0010] The practitioner can enhance the effectiveness of cryolipolysis by selecting the cooling cup most suitable for the patient from among various types, depending on the patient's obesity status or the treatment area.
[0011] Meanwhile, the skin care device includes a skin treatment handpiece that contacts the skin of a patient to perform a procedure that stimulates the skin, and a control body connected to the skin treatment handpiece via a cable to control the operation of an ultrasound generating handpiece.
[0012] A handpiece for skin treatment is equipped with a skin stimulation generating part that stimulates the skin, and a driving force generating part for moving or rotating the skin stimulation generating part.
[0013] In addition, the handpiece for skin treatment may be equipped with a driving force generating unit for generating vibrations for skin massage, etc.
[0014] For example, an ultrasonic generating handpiece or a laser generating handpiece is equipped with a driving motor that moves the ultrasonic generating part or the laser generating part in a straight line or rotates it by a preset radius.
[0015] In addition, the handpiece for skin cleansing is equipped with a driving motor for rotating the polishing pad.
[0016] In addition, the skin cleansing handpiece, the handpiece equipped with an RF electrode, the cooling cup, and the skin cleansing handpiece are equipped with a vibration motor, etc., for generating vibrations for skin massage.
[0017] In other words, conventional skin care devices had a problem in that the size and shape of the handpiece for skin treatment were limited because they included a circuit board equipped with a driving circuit and a sensing circuit to control the operation of the driving force generating unit, such as a drive motor or a vibration motor, located within the handpiece for skin treatment, as well as a gear structure to transmit the rotational force of the motor.
[0018] In addition, handpieces for skin procedures are heavy due to the inclusion of a motor, circuit board, and gear structure for transmitting the motor's rotational force. Furthermore, there were problems such as strain on the operator's wrist and discomfort during the procedure caused by vibrations generated during motor operation. Prior art literature

[0043] FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating an embodiment of a skin care device having a wire power transmission structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an embodiment of a skin care device having a wire power transmission structure according to the present invention.
[0044] An embodiment of a skin care device equipped with a wire power transmission structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0045] One embodiment of a skin care device having a wire power transmission structure according to the present invention includes a skin treatment handpiece (100) that comes into contact with the skin and stimulates the skin, and a control body (200) that is connected to the skin treatment handpiece (100) by a connecting cable body (210) and controls the operation of the skin treatment handpiece (100).
[0046] A handpiece (100) for skin treatment is equipped with a skin stimulation generating part (400) that stimulates the skin, and the skin stimulation generating part (400) is one of an ultrasound generating part (410) that irradiates ultrasound onto the skin, a laser generating part that irradiates a laser onto the skin, an RF electrode part that contacts the skin and transmits RF energy to the skin, a cup part that contacts the skin and alternately generates negative and positive pressure on the skin, and a skin massage part that rotates or vibrates while in contact with the skin.
[0047] It should be noted that the skin stimulation generating part (400) is known from a known skin care treatment device that stimulates the skin to perform a skin care treatment, and further detailed explanation is omitted.
[0048] That is, the skin care device equipped with a wire power transmission structure according to the present invention is exemplified as any one of known skin care treatment devices, such as a skin ultrasonic generator including a handpiece for ultrasonic treatment, a skin laser generator including a handpiece for laser treatment, a skin RF energy generator including a handpiece for RF treatment, a negative pressure generator including a hand for negative pressure treatment, and a skin beauty device including a handpiece for skin massage.
[0049] A handpiece (100) for skin treatment includes a cartridge housing (110) equipped with a skin stimulation generating part (400) that contacts and stimulates the skin, and a handpiece body casing (120) to which the cartridge housing (110) is detachably coupled.
[0050] The cartridge housing (110) is a consumable that is detachably coupled to the handpiece body casing (120) and becomes unusable for skin treatment when the skin irritation generating part (400) is used for a preset treatment time or a preset number of treatments.
[0051] As an example, the cartridge housing portion (110) is joined by sliding it to the tip of the handpiece body casing portion (120), and the joining is completed by locking it with the cartridge locking portion (120a) at the final joining position.
[0052] It should be noted that the cartridge locking part (120a) is a button-type locking part located on both sides of the handpiece body casing part (120), and a wedge part that supports the cartridge housing part (110) by hooking it onto the elastically supported button part is used, and the lock is released when the button part is pressed, and further detailed explanation is omitted.
[0053] The control body (200) is connected to the skin treatment handpiece (100) via a connecting cable body (210) including a plurality of wires or a circulation hose, and controls the operation of the skin irritation generating part (400) within the skin treatment handpiece (100) and can circulate a liquid such as cooling water or a medium within the cartridge housing part (110).
[0054] It is noted that the control body (200) can be implemented in various modified forms according to the type of skin stimulation generating part (400) in skin care devices such as a skin laser generator, a skin RF energy generator, a sound pressure generator, and a skin beauty device.
[0055] A skin stimulation generating unit (400) is movably positioned inside a skin treatment handpiece (100), that is, within a cartridge housing (110), and an embodiment of a skin care device having a wire power transmission structure according to the present invention further includes a driving force generating unit (300) mounted inside a control body (200) and generating a driving force to move the skin stimulation generating unit (400).
[0056] The driving force of the driving force generating unit (300) is transmitted to the skin stimulation generating unit (400) via a freely bendable string-shaped operating wire unit (500).
[0057] The driving force generating part (300) is a wire linear moving part that pulls or pushes the operating wire part (500), and the operating wire part (500) has a material or structure having rigidity that can push and move the skin irritation generating part (400).
[0058] The operating wire part (500) is exemplified as being a metal wire such as a steel wire.
[0059] The operating wire part (500) has its end side directly connected to the skin stimulation generating part (400) to push the skin stimulation generating part (400) to move it from a preset basic position to a preset movement limit position, and pull the skin stimulation generating part (400) to return it from the preset movement limit position to a preset basic position.
[0060] Alternatively, the operating wire section (500) may include a ring connecting member, which is not shown but is positioned between a plurality of metal ring members and connects the metal ring members and is made of a flexible material such as cloth or synthetic resin, thereby ensuring rigidity to transmit linear movement of the driving force generating section (300) to the metal ring members, and can be freely bent through each joint between the metal ring members by the ring connecting member.
[0061] In addition, the operating wire section (500) can be implemented in various modified forms using a known wire or hose structure having rigidity that can directly transmit the force moving in a straight line by the driving force generating section (300) to the skin stimulation generating section (400) to pull or push the skin stimulation generating section (400) and move it in a straight line.
[0062] A skin care device having a wire power transmission structure according to the present invention further includes a movement guide member (600) that is arranged lengthwise in the linear movement direction of a skin stimulation generating part (400) within a skin treatment handpiece (100) and is movably coupled to the skin stimulation generating part (400) to guide the linear movement of the skin stimulation generating part (400).
[0063] As an example, the moving guide member (600) is positioned on the upper side of the skin stimulation generating part (400) and is movably coupled through the moving body part (420) connected to the operating wire part (500) to guide the linear movement of the skin stimulation generating part (400).
[0064] The moving guide member (600) is formed in the shape of a rod or bar that penetrates the skin irritation generating part (400), that is, the moving body part (420), and guides the linear movement of the skin irritation generating part (400).
[0065] The operating wire section (500) has one end connected to the driving force generating section (300) and the other end connected to the skin stimulation generating section (400), so that it moves in a straight line forward and backward while being pulled or pushed by the driving force generating section (300), and transmits the driving force moving forward and backward to the skin stimulation generating section (400) to cause the skin stimulation generating section (400) to move in a straight line back and forth.
[0066] As an example, the operating wire section (500) passes through the interior of a connecting cable body (210) that supplies electric power to the skin stimulation generating section (400) to control the operation of the skin stimulation generating section (400), connects the skin stimulation generating section (400) and the driving force generating section (300), and moves linearly by the operation of the driving force generating section (300) to move the skin stimulation generating section (400) linearly.
[0067] The driving force generating unit (300) is connected to the main control unit (220) located within the control body (200) to control its operation, and the main control unit (220) is electrically connected to the skin stimulation generating unit (400) of the skin treatment handpiece (100) through a connecting cable (210) to control the operation of the skin stimulation generating unit (400).
[0068] The driving force generating unit (300) includes a rotary motor unit (310) that generates rotational force and a linear movement conversion unit (320) that converts the rotational force of the rotary motor unit (310) into linear movement to push or pull the operating wire unit (500).
[0069] As an example, the linear movement conversion unit (320) includes a rotating plate member (321) that is rotated by a rotating motor unit (310) and connected to an operating wire unit (500) spaced apart from the center of rotation.
[0070] The operating wire part (500) is positioned spaced apart from the rotation center of the rotating plate member (321) and moves in a circle with a preset radius by the rotation of the rotating plate member (321), and moves in a straight reciprocating motion as it is pulled or pushed.
[0071] The linear movement range of the operating wire section (500) is equal to the rotation diameter of the operating wire section (500), and can be set by adjusting the distance between the rotation center of the rotating plate member (321) and the point where the end of the operating wire section (500) is connected.
[0072] Additionally, although not shown, the linear movement conversion unit (320) may be a rack-pinion structure including a rack gear unit to which a pinion gear mounted on the motor shaft of the rotary motor unit (310) and an operating wire unit (500) are connected, and may also be implemented in various modified forms of known linear movement conversion structures that convert rotational force into linear movement.
[0073] The operating wire section (500) moves in a straight reciprocating motion as the rotating plate member (321) rotates by the operation of the rotating motor section, and the skin stimulation generating section (400) is directly connected to the operating wire section (500) and moves in a straight reciprocating motion forward and backward together with the straight movement of the operating wire section (500).
[0074] The skin irritation generating part (400) includes a movable body part (420) to which an operating wire part (500) is connected and a movable guide member (600) is positioned through.
[0075] At the end side of the operating wire part (500), a driving force transmission coupling part (510) is provided that is detachably connected to the moving body part (420), that is, the skin stimulation generating part (400).
[0076] One example of a driving force transmission coupling part (510) is that it includes a magnetic part that is attached to the skin stimulation generating part (400) by magnetic force.
[0077] The driving force transmission coupling part (510) includes a magnetic part provided on one side of the skin stimulation generating part (400) and the driving force transmission coupling part (510), and a magnetic body provided on the other side of the skin stimulation generating part (400) and the driving force transmission coupling part (510) and attached to the magnetic part by magnetic force.
[0078] Furthermore, the magnetic material may be another magnet facing the magnetic part with a different polarity, or it may be implemented in various modified forms using known materials capable of being attached to the magnet by magnetic force, so a further detailed explanation is omitted.
[0079] The driving force transmission coupling part (510) is detachably coupled to the skin stimulation generating part (400) by the magnetic force of the magnetic part, so that when the cartridge housing part (110) is separated from the handpiece body casing part (120), the skin stimulation generating part (400) is separated from the operating wire part (500).
[0080] And, when the new cartridge housing part (110) is coupled to the handpiece body casing part (120), the driving force transmission coupling part (510) is attached to the skin irritation generating part (400) by the magnetic force of the magnetic part, and the skin irritation generating part (400) can be moved by the operation of the operating wire part (500).
[0081] That is, the cartridge housing part (110) is a replacement part that is replaced when the lifespan of the skin irritation generating part (400) is exhausted, and is replaced by being separated from the handpiece body casing part (120). At this time, the operating wire part (500) can be separated from or connected to the skin irritation generating part (400) through the driving force transmission coupling part.
[0082] The driving force transmission coupling part (510) can be easily separated from the skin stimulation generating part (400) by the magnetic force of the magnetic part through the movement of the operating wire part (500) when the cartridge housing part (110) is replaced.
[0083] The driving force transmission coupling part (510) can be implemented in various modified ways using a known coupling structure that can be simply coupled by the movement of the operating wire part (500) in addition to the magnet part.
[0084] Additionally, the handpiece (100) for skin treatment further includes a coupling movement guide (700) that connects one side of the skin stimulation generating part (400) and the inner surface of the cartridge housing part (110), has a length-adjustable structure, and has a coupling part (510) for transmitting driving force inserted into it to guide the movement of the coupling part (510) for transmitting driving force.
[0085] The driving force transmission coupling part (510) is positioned to protrude from the coupling surface where the cartridge housing part (110) is coupled to the handpiece body casing part (120), and when the cartridge housing part (110) is coupled to the handpiece body casing part (120), it is inserted and positioned into the coupling movement guide part (700).
[0086] The coupling movement guide (700) is provided with a movement passage that is exposed so that a coupling part (510) for transmitting driving force can be inserted through one side of the cartridge housing part (110), and when the cartridge housing part (110) is coupled to the handpiece body casing part (120), the coupling part (510) for transmitting driving force is inserted into the movement passage.
[0087] The combined movement guide (700) has a length-adjustable structure, so that when the skin irritation generating part (400) moves, its length decreases or increases, thereby maintaining the space within the movement passage and allowing the skin irritation generating part (400) to move smoothly.
[0088] The connecting cable body (210) is fixed on the coupling surface of the handpiece body casing (120) to guide the linear movement of the operating wire (500), thereby minimizing the loss of driving force of the operating wire (500) caused by the operation of the driving force generating part (300).
[0089] And, the driving force transmission coupling part (510) is positioned to protrude on the coupling surface of the handpiece body casing part (120), so that when the cartridge housing part (110) is coupled to the handpiece body casing part (120), the driving force transmission coupling part (510) is inserted into the movement passage.
[0090] When replacing the cartridge housing (110), the coupling part (510) for transmitting driving force is inserted into the passage and positioned apart from the skin stimulation generating part (400), and can be moved forward toward the skin stimulation generating part (400) by the operation of the driving force generating part (300) and attached to one side of the skin stimulation generating part (400) by magnetic force.
[0091] Additionally, the operating wire part (500) allows the end side fixed to the driving force transmission coupling part (510) to move linearly within the coupling movement guide part (700), thereby smoothly moving the skin irritation generating part (400) forward and backward.
[0092] One example of the combined movement guide (700) is that one end is fixed to the skin irritation generating part (400) and the other end is fixed to one side of the cartridge housing part (110), and is a bellows part (710) that includes a plurality of folds that can be folded and unfolded.
[0093] The bellows section (710) is open to one side of the cartridge housing section (110) and forms a passage for the movement of the driving force transmission coupling section (510), and guides the movement of the driving force transmission coupling section (510) inside.
[0094] Accordingly, the drive force transmission coupling part (510) can be stably attached to one side of the skin stimulation generating part (400) by magnetic force while smoothly moving toward the skin stimulation generating part (400) by being pushed by the operating wire part (500) while the cartridge housing part (110) is coupled to the coupling surface of the handpiece body casing part (120) and inserted into the interior of the bellows part (710) and separated from the skin stimulation generating part (400).
[0096] Meanwhile, the skin care device equipped with a wire power transmission structure according to the present invention is described in more detail below as an example of a skin ultrasonic generator in which the skin stimulation generating unit (400) includes an ultrasonic generator (410) and generates High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) to the ultrasonic generator (410). It should also be noted that it may be any one of other skin care devices, such as a skin laser generator, a skin RF energy generator, a sound pressure generator, and a skin beauty device.
[0097] The cartridge housing (110) is provided with a window (110a) on its lower surface through which ultrasonic waves generated by an ultrasonic generating unit (410) pass so as to be movable inside.
[0098] It should be noted that the window portion (110a) is manufactured from a transparent or translucent film material and is a known structure manufactured from a film material through which ultrasound can pass, so further detailed description is omitted.
[0099] The ultrasonic generating unit (410) is movably positioned in the cartridge housing (110) and can improve skin wrinkles and increase skin elasticity by generating heat through an ultrasonic transducer that generates High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) and irradiating High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) onto the skin muscle layer.
[0100] The ultrasonic generating unit (410) is connected to the movable body unit (420) on the upper side and moves in a straight reciprocating motion together within the cartridge housing unit (110) by the straight movement of the movable body unit (420).
[0101] The window portion (110a) is formed with a length longer than the movement range of the ultrasonic generating portion (410), so that the ultrasonic waves generated from the ultrasonic generating portion (410) that moves back and forth in a straight line can be stably transmitted.
[0102] A liquid medium for transmitting ultrasound is filled inside the cartridge housing (110), and a bellows section (710), i.e., a coupling movement guide section (700), is positioned to connect one side of the moving body section (420) and one side of the cartridge housing (110), so that an operating wire section (500) is coupled to the moving body section (420) inside to form a movement passage that allows for smooth movement.
[0103] The bellows section (710) forms a sealed space that is isolated from the liquid medium inside through an internal movement passage, thereby isolating the operating wire section (500) located inside from the medium so that it can move smoothly in a straight line to the driving force generating section (300), and prevents the liquid medium from leaking to the outside when the cartridge housing section (110) is separated from the handpiece body casing section (120) at the shaft coupling part of the screw member (521a), that is, at the shaft adapter section (530).
[0105] Meanwhile, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating another embodiment of a skin care device having a wire power transmission structure according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3, the driving force generating unit (300) may include a linear actuator (330) to which the operating wire unit (500) is connected to pull or push the operating wire unit (500) to move it in a straight line.
