Abstract
Claims
1. A vehicle access control device for a logistics park, comprising: a communication unit for transmitting information and control commands with a user electronic device, a vehicle positioning service server, and a license plate recognition access control system; a storage unit for storing an electronic fence coordinate system and a database, the database storing multiple license plate numbers from the vehicle positioning service server and multiple vehicle coordinates corresponding to each license plate number; and a processor electrically connected to the communication unit and the storage unit, the processor being configured to: receive a check-in message transmitted by the user electronic device, the check-in message including a check-in license plate number of a logistics vehicle; retrieve a latest vehicle coordinate system corresponding to the check-in license plate number from the database based on the check-in license plate number; determine whether the latest vehicle coordinate system has entered the electronic fence coordinate system; when it is determined that the latest vehicle coordinate system has entered the electronic fence coordinate system, store the check-in license plate number in the check-in message as a license plate number that can be allowed to pass in the storage unit; and determine whether parking space information meets an entry condition. When it is determined that the parking space information meets the entry conditions, an entry notification message is sent to the user's electronic device; a license plate number to be verified is received from the license plate recognition access control system; and it is determined whether the license plate number to be verified matches the license plate number that can be allowed to pass; if so, an opening command is sent to the license plate recognition access control system.
2. The vehicle access control device for the logistics park as described in claim 1, wherein, The license plate number that can be released is stored in a column.
3. The vehicle access control device for the logistics park as described in claim 1, wherein, When the processor determines that the latest vehicle coordinates have entered the electronic fence coordinates, the processor records the entry time and stores the license plate number of the vehicle in the reporting message into a column to become the license plate number that can be released; when the column has multiple license plate numbers that can be released, the multiple license plate numbers that can be released are sorted in chronological order.
4. The vehicle access control device for the logistics park as described in claim 1, wherein, The parking information is the difference between the number of parking spaces in a park and the number of cars that have already entered the park. The condition for entering the park is that the difference is greater than zero.
5. The vehicle access control device for the logistics park as described in claim 1, wherein, The parking information is the difference between the number of parking spaces at a pier and the number of cars already at the pier. The condition for entry is that the difference is greater than zero.
6. The vehicle access control device for the logistics park as described in claim 1, wherein, The vehicle location service server automatically generates a data packet at preset intervals and transmits the data packet to the communication unit. The processor then receives and stores the data packet in the database. The data packet is in plain text data exchange format, and the information content of the data packet includes the license plate number and vehicle coordinates.
