MWW-type molecular sieve, and preparation method therefor and use thereof

By using MWW-type molecular sieve with a specific ratio of skeleton tungsten to non-skeleton aluminum, and introducing stabilizers during the preparation process to control the aluminum distribution, the problem of insufficient catalytic performance of the existing MCM-22 molecular sieve was solved, and the conversion rate of polycyclohexylbenzene and the selectivity of cyclohexylbenzene was significantly improved.

AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

The existing MCM-22 molecular sieve has insufficient catalytic performance in catalyzing the transfer reaction of polycyclohexylbenzene and benzene alkyl, especially the conversion rate of polycyclohexylbenzene and the selectivity of cyclohexylbenzene.

Method used

The MWW molecular sieve with a specific weight ratio of 5.0 to 16.0:1 between the framework aluminum and non-frame aluminum is used as a catalyst, and the aluminum distribution is controlled by introducing a stabilizer during the preparation of the molecular sieve, thereby improving the performance of the catalyst.

Benefits of technology

The conversion of polycyclohexylbenzene and the selectivity of cyclohexylbenzene are significantly improved, and especially good catalytic properties are shown in the alkyl transfer reaction of polycyclohexylbenzene and benzene.

Abstract

Disclosed are an MWW-type molecular sieve, and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The weight ratio of framework aluminum (Al[F]) to extra-framework aluminum (Al[EF]) of the molecular sieve is 5.0-16.0:1. The present invention provides a novel MWW-type molecular sieve. When the catalyst prepared by using the molecular sieve of the present invention is used in a reaction for preparing cyclohexylbenzene by means of transalkylation of polycyclohexylbenzene and benzene, the conversion rate of polycyclohexylbenzene and the selectivity of a cyclohexylbenzene product can be improved.
