[0041] The features and exemplary embodiments of various aspects of the present application will be described in detail below. In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. [0042] It should be noted that, in this document, relational terms such as first and second, etc., are used only to distinguish one entity or operation from another entity or operation, and do not necessarily require or imply any actual relationship or order between these entities or operations. Moreover, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variations thereof are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusion, so that a process, method, article, or device comprising a series of elements includes not only those elements, but also other elements not explicitly listed, or elements inherent to such process, method, article, or device. In the absence of further limitations, an element defined by the phrase "comprising..." does not exclude the presence of additional identical elements in the process, method, article, or device comprising the element.
[0043] The acquisition, storage, use, and processing of data (including but not limited to the features and information herein) in the technical solution of this application comply with the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations.
[0044] In related technologies, the test system of a resource transfer management platform generally includes a test service module and a corresponding test control module. Upon receiving a request from a client, the test service module assembles a response message based on service logic and sends it to the corresponding test control module, which modifies the response message. After the test control module modifies the response message, it then feeds the modified response message back to the test service module, which then returns it to the client via the simulation service module.
[0045] However, the aforementioned test business logic is highly coupled with the test control logic. While the test business module should only simulate the business logic of the real system, the aforementioned test system requires additional logic for interacting with the test control module and the test business module. Furthermore, to complete a transaction, the user end often needs to interact with data from different platforms, necessitating the configuration of multiple test business modules. According to the aforementioned test system configuration logic, a test control module is required for each test business module. This results in duplication of test code, wastes computing resources, and reduces testing efficiency.
[0046] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, embodiments of the present application provide a data processing system, method, apparatus, computer device and storage medium.
[0047] First, a data processing system is provided in detail with reference to FIG1 .
[0048] As shown in FIG. 1 , a data processing system 10 includes a system under test 101 and a test system 102 .
[0049] The test system 102 includes a test control module 1021 and a test service module 1022. The test service module 1022 includes N service modules. The test control module 1021 is provided between the system under test 101 and the test service module 1022, where N is an integer greater than 1.
[0050] The test control module 1021 is used to intercept the request message sent by the system under test 101 to the test business module 1022; determine the target business module (such as business module 1 and business module 2) from the N business modules according to the request message; and send the request message to the target business module;
[0051] The target service module is used to output a response message according to the request message;
[0052] The test control module 1021 is further configured to intercept a response message output by the target service module; adjust the response message based on the test case, and send the adjusted response message to the system under test 101 .
[0053] Among them, the data processing system 10 in the embodiment of the present application combines the aspect-oriented programming algorithm (Spring Aspect Oriented Programing, springAop) provided by the Spring framework, the full-duplex communication protocol (websocket) based on the transmission control protocol and aspect interception to provide test control functions.
[0054] Therefore, as shown in Figure 1, the business of the system under test and the test business module are closely related, and the test control module is the key to the entire data processing system. Since the test control module 1021 is located between the system under test 101 (such as a real user terminal or a simulated user terminal) and the test business module 1022, compared to the traditional structure in which the test business module is located between the user terminal and the test control module, and the test business module and the test control module have a one-to-one correspondence, the test control module in the data processing system 10 in the embodiment of the present application can be uniformly connected to multiple business modules, so that the test control logic is highly decoupled from the business logic of the simulated business module, there is no need to repeatedly build the test control module, and the redundancy of the test system architecture is avoided, and zero intrusion into the test business module code is achieved, which saves computing resources and improves test efficiency.
[0055] The above system is described in detail below, as shown below.
[0056] The test control module 1021 in the embodiment of the present application can specifically include five modules, as shown in Figure 2, namely, a parameter configuration module 10211, a case maintenance module 10212, a message interception processing module 10213, a test result display module 10214 and a report output module 10215, which are explained below respectively.
[0057] In one or more possible embodiments, the test control module includes a parameter configuration module; wherein, as shown in FIG2 , the parameter configuration module 10211 can be used to call basic data of the data processing system operation from an embedded database during the operation of the data processing system, so as to provide basic data of the data processing system operation for the operation of the test system 102, wherein the basic data includes business signature credentials of the system under test, link information between the test control module and the business module, and other data required for the operation of the test system.
[0058] It should be noted that the configuration parameters and called basic data of the parameter configuration module 10211 in the embodiment of the present application are stored in the embedded database, and are no longer configuration files. This ensures that the latest data can be read from the embedded database each time the data processing system is run, thereby ensuring that the basic data or the basic data added or modified by the user can take effect in real time.
[0059] In one or more other possible embodiments, the case maintenance module 10212 can generate and store test cases. Test cases can be based on interfaces and can include two types of test cases: system exception cases and business exception cases. Test case generation in the case maintenance module 10212 is primarily automated, supplemented by manual intervention. This significantly reduces the complexity of test case maintenance. This is described in detail below with reference to FIG3 .
[0060] In one example, a case maintenance module is used to scan code annotations of a test system framework and obtain a first target interface for processing a Post request and a Get request from a control class; wherein a Post request is a request to send data to a server, and a Get request is a request to obtain data from a server;
[0061] Obtaining the interface name of the first target interface according to the annotation corresponding to the first target interface;
[0062] A system exception case is generated based on the first target interface and the interface name of the first target interface.
[0063] Exemplarily, as shown in Figure 3, the cases of the general control class are completely derived from automatic generation. After the data processing system is started, the case maintenance module obtains the class of the control class and the first target interface for processing Post requests and Get requests within the class from the container context by scanning the code annotations of the test system framework (specifically, the spring framework). According to the annotation corresponding to the first target interface, the interface name of the first target interface is obtained, and based on the first target interface and the interface name of the first target interface, a system exception case is generated. At this time, the test case can be matched with the interface name as the key.
[0064] Here, the system exception cases in the embodiments of the present application may include three types: regular cases, delayed return cases, and timeout return cases. These three types of cases do not involve changing the fields of specific messages. Therefore, test cases corresponding to various scenarios can be conveniently constructed in the above manner.
[0065] In another example, the case maintenance module is used to scan code annotations of a framework of a test system, obtain class attributes and a preset interface name from a request object response class, and the preset interface name corresponds to a second target interface;
[0066] Generate template message based on class attributes and preset interface name;
[0067] Retrieving the template message via Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP);
[0068] Displaying the template message on the third front-end page, the third front-end page is used to prompt the user to adjust the template message;
[0069] When the template message modified by the user in the third front-end page is obtained, the template message modified by the user is determined as the case message corresponding to the second target interface;
[0070] A service exception case is generated based on the second target interface and the case message corresponding to the second target interface.
[0071] For example, referring to FIG4 , a business exception case may include a replacement case, which is usually generated by manually modifying the template message automatically generated by the case maintenance module by the tester. Here, the case maintenance module can provide two custom annotations, one at the class level for marking the request and response object class, and the other at the class attribute level for marking the attributes of the request and response object class. Based on this, the case maintenance module scans the code annotations of the test system framework (specifically, the Spring framework) and obtains the classes and class attributes annotated with the above two annotations from the container context. Based on the above two annotated classes and class attributes, the class attributes and preset interface name are obtained from the request object response class. Since the preset interface name corresponds to the second target interface, a template message can be generated based on the class attributes and the preset interface name. At this time, each field of the template message is a default value. Then, the template message is retrieved via the Hypertext Transfer Protocol and displayed on a third front-end page. The third front-end page is used to prompt the user to adjust the template message. At this time, the tester can modify the template message through the third front-end page to obtain a replacement case for a personalized scenario. In this way, when this replacement case is selected, the case message constructed by it will be directly returned to the system under test as a response message.
[0072] It should be noted that the test cases in the embodiments of the present application can be individual cases or case sets consisting of multiple cases. As mentioned above, when the test cases are individual cases, the test cases can be based on interfaces. When the test cases are based on case sets consisting of multiple cases, the case sets can be based on scenarios. In this case, multiple case sets can be constructed based on the business scenario needs, but only one case set is active at a time. Switching between scenarios requires simply switching the activation state of the case set with a single click. This eliminates the need for the tester to adjust the control strategy for each case one by one, significantly reducing testing complexity and the error rate caused by modifying the test control logic. For example, business A involves three interfaces, a, b, and c. Scenario 1 requires interface a to return normally, interface b to return a personalized message, and interface c to return after a timeout. The tester can then construct Case Set 1, where the states of each interface are as described above. Scenario 2 requires the three interfaces to be in a different state, so Case Set 2 can be constructed. When switching from Scenario 1 to Scenario 2, only Case Set 2 needs to be activated. At this point, Case Set 1 will automatically enter the pending activation state. It should be noted that the above interfaces a, b, and c may be from the same service module or from different service modules, including but not limited to the location of the interfaces.
[0073] In one or more possible embodiments, the message interception processing module in the embodiment of the present application includes (1) a message interception unit, (2) a case retrieval unit, (3) a message processing unit and (4) a message recording unit. The above-mentioned units are described in detail below in conjunction with Figure 4.
[0074] (1) Message interception unit
[0075] In one embodiment, the test control module includes a message interception processing module; the message interception processing module includes a message interception unit; wherein,
[0076] The message interception unit is used to obtain the first interface of the test service module for receiving the request message sent by the system under test according to the aspect configuration information of the test system framework;
[0077] The first interface is configured with surround enhancement logic information by using a switching-oriented technology. The surround enhancement logic information is used to intercept a request message sent by the system under test to the test service module.
[0078] In another embodiment, the message interception unit is further configured to parse the request message to obtain a second interface corresponding to the request message;
[0079] The service module corresponding to the second interface among the N service modules is determined as the target service module.
[0080] It should be noted that the target business module in the embodiment of the present application can be one or more, and the number of target business modules is not limited here.
[0081] In yet another embodiment, the message interception unit is further configured to intercept the response message output by the target service module through a wrap-around enhancement mechanism based on the interface name of the second interface.
[0082] For example, as shown in FIG4 , after the test system is started, the control class interfaces of each test business module will be automatically scanned according to the aspect configuration information of the test system framework (such as the spring framework). The scanned interface is woven with surround enhancement logic information using the aspect-oriented programming (AOP) algorithm to intercept the request response. When the tester initiates a request message through the system under test to call an interface of a business module in the test business module, the request message will first be intercepted by the message interception unit in the aforementioned manner. At this time, the message interception unit will cache the request message and parse out the second interface it wants to request, wherein the interface name of the second interface can be used as the key value for test case retrieval. Similarly, for the response message output by the intercepted target business module, the second interface can also be called through the surround enhancement mechanism to intercept the response message.
[0083] Therefore, the embodiment of the present application provides a test control process based on switching technology, which can flexibly construct various abnormal scenarios, conveniently view test messages, and quickly expand simulation business modules, providing test support for fast, high-level, and high-quality research and development. Compared with traditional test systems, the test control module of the embodiment of the present application is arranged between the test system and the test business module, and adopts an aspect-oriented interception method of request messages and response messages to achieve a high degree of decoupling of the control logic of the test control module and the business logic of the test business module.
[0084] (2) Case retrieval unit
[0085] In one embodiment, the test control module further includes a case maintenance module; the message interception processing module further includes a case retrieval unit and a message processing unit; wherein,
[0086] A case retrieval unit, configured to obtain a test case matching the interface name of the second interface from the case maintenance module;
[0087] Based on the test case, obtain the test control strategy corresponding to the test case from the case maintenance module;
[0088] The test case and the test control policy are sent to the message processing unit, so that the message processing unit adjusts the response message based on the test case and the test control policy.
[0089] Exemplarily, as shown in Figure 4, since there is only one set of test case sets in the embodiment of the present application that is active at the same time, after receiving the response message returned by the target business module, the case retrieval unit will obtain the test case set in the case maintenance module that is in the active state, and then match it with the interface name of the second interface provided by the message interception unit, that is, the key, and obtain the matched test case set, and based on the matched test case set, obtain the corresponding test control policy from the case maintenance module, and then send the test case set and the test control policy to the message processing unit so that the message processing unit adjusts the response message based on the test case set and the test control policy.
[0090] (3) Message processing unit
[0091] As shown in Figure 4, the message processing unit is used to adjust the response message based on the test case and the test control strategy. At this time, the test case may include two types, namely, the test case includes a system exception case and a business exception case; wherein, the system exception case includes a regular case, a delayed return case and a timeout return case; the business exception case includes a modification case and a replacement case; the test control strategy corresponding to the system exception case is to adjust the time for sending the response message to the system under test; the test control strategy corresponding to the business exception case is to adjust the content of the response message.
[0092] Based on this, in one embodiment, when the system abnormality case is a normal case, the message processing unit acts as a forwarding unit, does not process the intercepted response message, and directly forwards it to the system under test.
[0093] In another embodiment, the message processing unit is specifically used to obtain the length of time the response message stays in the test control module when the system abnormality case is a delayed return case; and send a response message to the system under test when the length of time is greater than a first preset threshold and less than a second preset threshold.
[0094] For example, if the delay time is set to be within 5-10 seconds, the duration of the response message remaining in the test control module is detected. If the duration is within 5-10 seconds, the response message may be sent to the system under test. If the duration is less than 5 seconds, no response message is sent to the system under test.
[0095] In yet another embodiment, the message processing unit is specifically configured to send a response message to the system under test when the system abnormality case is a timeout return case and the first dwell time is greater than a second preset threshold.
[0096] For example, still taking the above dwell time as an example, if the timeout is set to 10 seconds, then a response message is sent to the system under test only when the dwell time exceeds 10 seconds. If the dwell time is less than 10 seconds, no response message is sent to the system under test.
[0097] In yet another embodiment, the message processing unit is specifically configured to, when the system exception case is a modification case, push the response message to the first front-end page through a full-duplex communication protocol based on the transmission control protocol, wherein the first front-end page is configured to display the response message to the user and prompt the user to modify the response message;
[0098] In the case of obtaining the response message modified by the user in the first front-end page, the response message modified by the user is used as the adjusted response message.
[0099] Exemplarily, the message processing unit can push the intercepted response message to the front-end page using a full-duplex communication protocol (webSocket) based on the transmission control protocol, and at the same time start the message modification monitoring mechanism. After the tester makes the modification, he clicks Done and saves the modified response message into the database. When the monitoring mechanism detects that the modification is completed, it will retrieve the modified response message and return the user-modified response message as an adjusted response message to the system under test.
[0100] In yet another embodiment, the message processing unit is specifically configured to, when the system abnormality case is a replacement case, obtain a case message corresponding to the replacement case;
[0101] The case message is used as the adjusted response message.
[0102] Illustratively, the message processing unit may obtain a case message preset in the case maintenance module. At this time, the intercepted response message may be replaced with the case message as an adjusted response message and returned to the system under test.
[0103] (4) Message recording unit
[0104] In one embodiment, the message interception processing module further includes a message recording unit; wherein,
[0105] A message recording unit, configured to store message information in a preset data format; wherein the message information includes a request message, a response message, a time when the test system receives the request message, and a time when the test system sends the response message;
[0106] And, when the test case is a business exception case, the message information also includes an adjusted response message; wherein the adjusted response message includes the response message modified by the user and the case message corresponding to the replacement case.
[0107] For example, as shown in Figure 4, for different test cases, the message recording unit can record the request message, the response message, the time the test system receives the request message, the time the test system sends the response message, the response message modified by the user, and the case message corresponding to the replacement case. Specifically, when recording, corresponding records can be made according to different types of test cases, such as the delayed return case - request message, response message, the time the test system receives the request message, and the time the test system sends the response message; the replacement case - request message, response message, the time the test system receives the request message, the time the test system sends the response message, and the case message, etc.
[0108] In another embodiment, the message recording unit may be further configured to, after sending the adjusted response message to the system under test, uniformly record the request response message in the database according to the preset data format.
[0109] This makes it easier for testers to browse the test data generated by the above test process, so as to quickly and conveniently verify the correctness of the function.
[0110] In one or more possible embodiments, the test control module further includes a test result display module; wherein,
[0111] The test result display module is used to push the message information stored in the message recording unit and the test cases corresponding to the message information to the second front-end page through a full-duplex communication protocol based on the transmission control protocol. The second front-end page is used to display the message information and the test cases corresponding to the message information to the user.
[0112] It should be noted that the test result display module can provide two functions: real-time message display and historical message query, and each function can be implemented through the above steps.
[0113] Regarding the real-time message display process, for example, during testing, after the message recording unit records the relevant message in the database, it will push the message to the second front-end page in real time via WebSocket technology. The display elements include the business process number, case description, request direction, request message, request time, response message, and response time, making it convenient for testers to view real-time messages. In this way, the case description is derived from the explanatory text of the selected case, allowing testers to quickly locate the test scenario.
[0114] Regarding the process of historical message query, for example, after the message recording unit records the relevant message into the database, the test result display module can detect whether the tester triggers the display of the historical query interface. If it is detected that the tester triggers the display of the historical query interface, the message information stored in the message recording unit and the test cases corresponding to the message information can be filtered based on the start time, end time and business process number selected by the tester. When the data required by the user is filtered out, the test result display module can push the data required by the user to the second front-end page.
[0115] Therefore, the test result display module can display message information in real time, realize message information visualization, reduce the difficulty of message inspection, and provide data support for the generation of complete test reports.
[0116] In one or more possible embodiments, the test control module further includes a report output module; wherein,
[0117] The report output module is used to convert the message information and the test cases corresponding to the message information into report data in a preset format according to user input.
[0118] For example, the tester can export the data of the test result display module (such as message information and test cases corresponding to the message information) into report data in a preset format (such as word or pdf) through the report output module to facilitate the interpretation and preservation of the test results.
[0119] In summary, the data processing system provided by the embodiment of the present application can eliminate the high coupling between the business logic and the test control logic of the test business module in the traditional test system, so that the test business module only needs to focus on the simulated business logic; and the test control module can uniformly connect to multiple business modules, and no longer requires each simulated business module to have a set of test control logic, avoiding redundancy in the test system architecture and saving computing resources; and it can record request messages, response messages, and adjusted response messages in real time, record test cases, and cooperate with the front-end page to quickly and conveniently check the interface messages, and provide data support for the generation of complete test reports; and, through the case maintenance module, the system exception cases are automatically generated, and the user's new personalized message only needs to be modified based on the template message to obtain the business exception case that the user wants to test, effectively reducing manual participation and greatly reducing the complexity of case maintenance.
[0120] Secondly, based on the above-mentioned data processing system, the data processing method, device, computer equipment and storage medium of the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below in combination with Figure 5.
