AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

When the existing power conversion circuit switches the switching frequency, the linearity between the output voltage and time is insufficient, resulting in the output voltage changing too fast or too slow, affecting the stability and flexibility of the device.

Method used

By controlling the working time when switching the switching frequency of the switch tube, the switching tube works for a shorter time when the switching frequency is large, the switching tube works for a longer time when the switching frequency is small, the switching tube works for a longer time when the switching frequency is small, and the switching frequency of the switching tube is controlled to switch from the first frequency to the second frequency, and maintain the frequency within the corresponding time.

Benefits of technology

The linearity between the output voltage and time is improved, the output voltage changes too fast or too slow, and the stability and flexibility of the power conversion device are enhanced.

Abstract

Provided in the present application are a power conversion apparatus and a control module. The power conversion apparatus comprises a DC / DC conversion circuit and a control module. The DC / DC conversion circuit comprises an inverter circuit, a resonant unit and a rectifier circuit, wherein the inverter circuit comprises a plurality of bridge arms, and each bridge arm comprises a plurality of switching tubes. The control module is used for controlling the plurality of switching tubes to work for a first duration with a first frequency as a switching frequency, and then controlling the switching frequency to be switched to a second frequency; and controlling the plurality of switching tubes to work for a second duration with the second frequency as the switching frequency, wherein the first frequency is greater than the second frequency, and the first duration is shorter than the second duration. In the present application, a switching tube is made to work for a short duration when the switching frequency is large and to work for a long duration when the switching frequency is small, such that an output voltage can be prevented from changing overly fast or slow, thereby improving the flexibility and stability of a power conversion apparatus during use.
