Apparatus, method and system for stabilizing and loading transporting bags

Abstract

An apparatus (1) for the loading of transporting bags (2) of a conveying unit (75) in an overhead conveyor system (100), in particular a rail-guided overhead conveyor system, comprises at least one conveying unit (75) having a carriage (72) with a carrying hook (73) and a transporting bag (2, 2', 2'', 2''') with a suspension hook (26), wherein the transporting bag is suspended by way of the suspension hook in the carrying hook of the carriage; a running rail (71), which defines a conveying path along which the carriage (72) of the at least one conveying unit (75) can be conveyed in a conveying direction (74); and a filling apparatus (4) for the loading of the transporting bag (2'') of the at least one conveying unit (75) with product units (6). The transporting bag (2, 2', 2'', 2''') has a first bag wall (21), a second bag wall (22) and a bag opening (23, 23a). The transporting bag (2, 2', 2'', 2''') can be transferred from a conveying orientation (31) into a loading orientation (32), wherein, in the conveying orientation (31), the bag opening (23, 23a) of the transporting bag is oriented substantially transversely in relation to the conveying direction (74) and, in the loading orientation (32), the bag opening (23, 23a) of the transporting bag is oriented substantially parallel to the conveying direction (74). The filling apparatus (4) can be displaced transversely in relation to the conveying direction (74).
