Manufacturing method for release binder having main agent and curing agent integrally packaged therein, and manufacturing device for same

Abstract

The aim of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method for a release binder having a main agent and a curing agent integrally packaged therein, and a manufacturing device for same, the method comprising the steps of: covering a wrapping sheet made of a film material on the surface of a curing agent extruded in a rod shape; covering a wrapping sheet made of a film material on the surface of a main agent extruded in a rod shape to cover the wrapping sheet of the curing agent; tying the wrapping sheets of the main agent and the curing agent into one; and manufacturing a release binder of a fixed length in which the main agent and the curing agent are integrally packaged, by cutting a tied knot part. The present invention provides: the manufacturing method for a release binder having a main agent and a curing agent integrally packaged therein by dividing the main agent and the curing agent in a lengthwise direction; and the manufacturing device for same, wherein a release binder manufactured thereby is a very useful invention which enables work using a conventional spray gun and, thus, can be conveniently used in a compatible manner, and which improves workability by being easy to carry, store, and handle.
