AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Existing cosmetic and similar application systems face issues with product protection when the container is opened, as the product can dry out, gas out, or leak due to the absence of a closure cap during application.
Method used
An applicator unit with a closure system that includes a translationally displaceable closure plate with a spring mechanism, allowing the closure plate to automatically return to a blocking position once the applicator is removed, thereby sealing the container.
Benefits of technology
The solution effectively protects the product inside the container by ensuring it remains sealed even when the container is opened for application, preventing drying, gas release, or leakage.
