[0008] In the exporting and importing method and its software specified how to exchange goods, also, the specific route for exchange money can be determined, and users can specify the exact time and date of exportation. The method and its software can communicate between exporter and importer and translate the negotiations and discussions.
[0009] The main steps of the methos are:
[0010] Registration in the software and making profile by the user, identifying and self-declaration and informing the user about the necessary documents for export and import, uploading documents and entering product information by the user, assigning a unique code for the product by the software, connecting importer(s) and exporter(s) and conducting negotiations within the software, automatic detection the laws of the destination country regarding the goods and intelligent notification of important laws and standards to the exporter and importer, following up the import process by the importer, scoring and rating the exporter and the importer through the software by the other side.
[0011] The software described is designed to simplify and streamline both import and export processes by facilitating communication, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. It helps importers and exporters handle transactions more efficiently through several key features.
[0012] For exporters, the system allows users to specify the country of origin and destination, determine required licenses based on applicable laws, and input detailed product and transaction information. This includes product specifications, cargo details, customs declarations, and export licenses. Additionally, the system helps exporters identify buyers, manage negotiations, and finalize sales contracts. Key documents, such as certificates of origin and health standards, are uploaded into the system, where they can be verified against official records through links to issuing authorities.
[0013] For importers, the system offers intelligent features like Al-powered business letter generation for price requests, requesting catalogs and seller information, negotiating prices, and finalizing orders. Once an agreement is reached, the system generates a proforma invoice, detailing product specifications, payment terms, and transportation details. Various international payment methods aresupported, including bank transfers, letters of credit, and blockchain payments. The software tracks the entire import process with a Gantt chart, offering realtime updates on milestones, such as pre-shipment inspections, customs clearance, and payment of duties.
[0014] In both import and export scenarios, the system ensures compliance by facilitating the verification of documents like export licenses, business authorizations, and customs forms through online links to banks, customs authorities, and standards departments. It also provides a platform for importers and exporters to find trading partners, check their credentials, and communicate efficiently. The system ensures that all processes, whether completed manually or through the software, are documented and updated, allowing users to monitor the progress of their transactions.
[0015] This integrated software makes the import-export process smarter, more efficient, and transparent by combining advanced automation, real-time tracking, and seamless communicationTechnical Problem
[0016] The economy of every country is a mixed and complicated matter, consisting of the export and import of raw and non-raw materials along with a large market with the potential of export and import from all over the world, but the legal challenges facing the export, in practice, create serious obstacles in the development of export and import in some countries, such as:
[0017] Complex commercial and customs laws; multiplicity of rules, non-compliance of import and export laws of countries with each other and with international trade standards, lack of stability of laws; lack of coherent organization, exchange rate fluctuations, administrative procedures, insurance laws, tax laws and regulations, transportation laws.
[0018] The above cases, along with the lack of sufficient expertise or the lack of familiarity of the employees and managers of the export and import affairs in the institutions and organizations in charge of foreign trade, necessitate the creation of a software and system to facilitate the export and import affairs.
[0019] People who work in the field of exporting products should get the necessary information about how to export their products so that they can easily carry out the necessary steps and measures for exporting.
[0020] In addition, in some countries there are also the following problems:
[0021] Non-reimbursement of value added tax to exporters within the legal deadline, non-immediate reimbursement of input rights for raw materials used in export goods, non-payment of export subsidies and incentives and insufficient insurance services to cover the political and commercial risks of exports, impossibility of issuing bank guarantees International for the exporters of some services, such as the guarantee of participation in the tender and good work performance.
[0022] The purpose of this invention is to create a method and software that clarifies the matter of export and import and introduces exporters and importers to each other and informs software users of any changes in laws and regulations, exchange rates, customs tariffs and other changes such as changes in payment methods. In addition, it clarifies the process of export and import and specifies to the exporter and importer the rules, conditions and stages of export and import according to the type of goods.Description of Embodiments

[0107] 6-lnternational payment and selection of payment type:
[0108] Choosing the payment method agreed by the parties and implementing it is one of the basic steps of business, and the important point in this section is the sequence of money and goods transfer, which is determined in this method and software according to the laws of the countries and their commercial and political Select payment type:
[0109] Payment methods can be done by following options according to the roles of the parties:
[0110] 1 -Bank transfers,
[0111] 2-Payment by bank checks,
[0112] 3-Letters of credit,
[0113] 4-Block chains,
[0114] 5-Othes.
[0115] According to the capabilities of the importer and the agreement with the exporter, any of the above transfer methods that were chosen, the process is specified in the application, and the application can perform the appropriate method such as bank transfer if possible. If the transfer is not done through the software, the software will provide the necessary and brief guidance to the user through its database.
[0116] All import processes can be registered in the system so that the importer can see the progress of the process in the process gannt chart and milestones, and in case of delay (compared to the usual time), a warning message or alarm is sent to the importer in the system.
[0117] Some of the import processes that can be registered in the software and to be followed are:
[0118] -Pre-shipment inspection,
[0119] -Inspection during production,
[0120] -Price confirmation inspection,
[0121] -Mandatory standard inspection,
[0122] -Coordination of international transportation,

[0128] By performing each of the above steps and specifying the completion of the step (for example, by ticking the step in the process flowchart); The user is informed about the general process of importing his goods. Each of the above steps can be done in a traditional way and only its completion is indicated in the application.
[0129] One of the other features of this software is communication. In this software, exporters and importers are linked together by registering their information and specifying what goods they have the ability to import or export, and very easily through a simple search, the users or applicants can find the exporter and importer of the desired product and check the credit of the person through the information registered in the software and rank of the user. The said credit is verified through the specifications uploaded by the person into the software, such as bank account authorizations, export and import licenses, etc. before registering the goods, approvals must be uploaded. In addition to the communication between the importer and the exporter, this software can also be linked with the customs and standards department, banks and other departments to verifying the authenticity of documents and licenses online.
[0130] The system performs with input data in terms of hardware such as databases and information processing as follows:
[0131] The client application communicates with the server application using a network protocol such as HTTP or TCP / IP. The client application sends requeststo the server application and receives responses from it. The requests and responses can be encoded in a format such as JSON or XML.
[0132] The server application processes the requests from the client application and performs the necessary operations such as validating the user credentials, registering the user profile, registering the goods profile, checking the availability of the goods, checking the legal requirements for exporting or importing the goods, etc. The server application can also access external sources such as governmental websites or other official resources to obtain or update the information related to the laws of each country.
[0133] The server application stores and retrieves the data related to the users, the goods, and the laws in a database system such as MySQL or MongoDB. The database system can be hosted on a cloud platform such as AWS or Azure, or on a local server. The database system can have different layers of data storage such as tables, collections, documents, records, fields, etc. depending on the type of database system. The server application can use a query language such as SQL or NoSQL to access and manipulate the data in the database system.
[0134] The system can validate user credentials using different methods, depending on the level of security and convenience required. Some of the common methods are:
[0135] Basic authentication: This method involves sending the username and password as plain text in the HTTP request header. The server compares the credentials with the stored values in the database and returns a response accordingly.
[0136] Token-based authentication: This method involves generating a unique and encrypted token for each user after they provide their credentials. The token is then sent with every subsequent request as a header or a parameter. The server verifies the token and grants access to the requested resource.
[0137] OAuth2: This method involves delegating the authentication process to a third-party service, such as Google or Facebook. The user logs in with their existing account on the service, and the service returns an authorization code to the client application. The client application then exchanges the code for anaccess token from the service, and uses the token to access the protected resources on the server.
[0138] Market Analysis Tools: The software could include a module that provides market analysis, trends, and predictions based on historical data and current market conditions. This would help exporters and importers make informed decisions about when to sell or buy.
[0139] Financial Services Integration: Integration with financial services to facilitate payments, currency conversion, and credit checks. This could include secure transaction processing and options for trade financing.
[0140] Compliance T racking: A compliance tracking feature that monitors and updates users on changes in international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
[0141] Logistics Coordination: A logistics module that helps users coordinate shipping, including options for freight booking, tracking, and delivery scheduling.
[0142] Customs Clearance Automation: Automated preparation and submission of customs documentation to streamline the clearance process.
[0143] Interactive Dashboard: An interactive dashboard that provides a visual representation of trade activities, including current transactions, pending actions, and performance metrics.
[0144] Other Embodiments:
[0145] Virtual Assistant: A virtual assistant powered by Al to guide users through the export / import process, offering step-by-step assistance and answering questions in real-time.
[0146] Blockchain Technology: Use of blockchain technology for secure and transparent record-keeping of transactions and documentation.
[0147] Smart Contracts: Implementation of smart contracts to automatically execute agreements upon meeting predefined conditions, reducing the need for intermediaries.
[0148] Predictive Analytics: Predictive analytics to forecast demand and supply trends, helping users to plan their export / import activities more effectively.
[0149] Augmented Reality (AR): An AR feature that allows users to visualize products in a real-world setting, aiding in the decision-making process for buyers.
[0150] Social Media Integration: Social media integration to allow users to promote their goods on various platforms directly from the software.
[0151] These additional features and embodiments aim to enhance the functionality of the software, making it a comprehensive solution for the complexities of international trade. They are designed to provide users with a more efficient, secure, and user-friendly experience.
[0152] To design an efficient database structure for the import-export software, the data can be stored in a multi-layered structure, ensuring that different types of users (exporters, importers, and managers) can access data according to their roles and permissions. This structure should emphasize data integrity, security, and efficiency, especially considering the wide variety of documents, transactions, and real-time communications involved.
[0153] The necessary hardware components for the software described in the present document comprise databases, handheld devices, servers, internet infrastructure, and other related hardware for ensuring smooth data processing, communication, and verification.
[0154] Data Input: Devices like handheld instruments, PCs, and scanners allow users to input, upload, or scan documents into the software.
[0155] Data Processing & Storage: Servers and databases process, store, and retrieve data for real-time access.
[0156] Communication & Verification: Internet connectivity and external hardware (banks, customs, standards departments) provide secure connections for data verification and communication between all parties.
[0157] -Payment & Transaction Handling: Bank servers and payment gateways ensure secure financial transactions, managed within the software.
[0158] Real-Time Alerts: Notification systems keep users updated on transaction progress, delays, and key actions required.
[0159] By integrating these hardware components, the software becomes a comprehensive tool for managing the entire import-export process efficiently.

[0202] Manager: Full access to system logs for oversight and troubleshooting.
[0203] Access Control (Different Roles: Exporter, Importer, Manager)
[0204] Role-based Access Control (RBAC) is crucial for security, ensuring that different types of users can only access data that pertains to their role. The access can be managed through a permissions table that maps user roles to data layers and specific actions they can perform.
[0205] 1 . Exporter & Importer Access:
[0206] Read-Write Permissions:
[0207] Exporters and importers should have full access to their own data within Layers 1 , 2, 3, and 4.

[0215] Special Permissions: Can resolve conflicts, initiate verification processes, manage user roles, and address system errors.
[0216] Multi-Layered Data Structure
[0217] By structuring the database in layers, data can be accessed securely and efficiently. Each layer serves a specific function, ensuring separation of concerns (e.g., separating sensitive financial data from product and document data). The system should use API gateways to manage communication between layers, allowing only the necessary data to flow between different modules of the software.
[0218] Layer 1 : User Data acts as the core authentication layer, ensuring that users can only access their own data.
[0219] Layer 2: Transaction and Product Data allows tracking of goods and transactions, while limiting access to only the relevant parties (exporter / importer).
[0220] Layer 3: Document and License Data stores all regulatory and legal documents in a secure, verifiable manner.
[0221] Layer 4: Financial Data ensures secure transaction handling, with access limited to authorized parties.
[0222] Layer 5: System Logs and Management gives managers oversight to maintain system health and security.
[0223] Data Access Methods
[0224] Role-Based Access (RBAC):
[0225] Each user is assigned a role (exporter, importer, manager) when they register in the system.
[0226] The database’s permissions table defines the scope of actions each role can perform (e.g., uploading documents, accessing certain tables).
[0227] APIs and Authentication Tokens:
[0228] External stakeholders, like customs or banks, can access specific portions of the data via APIs. Authentication tokens should be used to ensure secure and authorized access.
[0229] Exporters and importers use tokens to securely access their own data from the handheld devices, desktops, or any other connected device.
[0230] Real-Time Data Synchronization:
[0231] When exporters or importers update data (e.g., upload a document), the system synchronizes it across the relevant layers and automatically sends alerts to managers or other stakeholders.
[0232] Search and Filtering Mechanisms:
