AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Existing electrode sorting equipment is prone to misselection when positive and negative electrodes are stacked on each other, resulting in a high error rate.
Method used
A transmission device is used to throw the electrodes along a set path, an identification device is used to identify the stacking order of the electrodes, and a sorting device is used to drive the electrodes to move along the separation path. The positive and negative electrodes are collected separately in combination with a collection device to reduce the possibility of wrong selection.
Benefits of technology
Effectively separate the positive and negative electrodes and reduce the error rate of electrode sorting equipment.

Abstract
An electrode sheet sorting device and method. The sorting device comprises a conveying apparatus (310), an identification apparatus (320), a sorting apparatus (330) and a collecting apparatus (340). The conveying apparatus (310) conveys electrode sheets from a starting end to an ending end, so that the electrode sheets are thrown out from the ending end along a set path (S). The identification apparatus (320) identifies a first stack structure (30) among the electrode sheets, the first stack structure (30) comprising a first electrode sheet (10) and a second electrode sheet (20) which are stacked; and the identification device (320) identifies the stacking sequence of the first electrode sheet (10) and the second electrode sheet (20). On the basis of the stacking sequence, the sorting apparatus (330) drives the first electrode sheet (10) in the first stack structure (30) to move along a separation path, the separation path deviating from the set path (S). The collecting apparatus (340) comprises a first collecting member (341) and a second collecting member (342); the first collecting member (341) is provided in the separation path, and receives the first electrode sheet (10); and the second collecting member (342) is provided in the set path (S), and receives the second electrode sheet (20).
