The invention relates to a method and device for analysing user experience, which comprises obtaining a user experience index by means of the following formula: UX INDEX = AI * EI, wherein: AI is an index of the visual attention paid by users to stimuli to which they are subjected, which is obtained using the following formula (I): EI is an index of the emotional level of users in the presence of the stimuli, which is obtained by means of the following formula (II): with the particularity that the values of RR, FC, DPT, JY, CNF, ANG, CNT, DGT, FR, SDN, ENG, ARS and STR come from a monitoring means, as a result of monitoring user responses to the stimuli to which they are subjected.
