Abstract

The present invention specifically relates to the field of intraocular lenses, and disclosed is a large-optical-zone intraocular lens based on edge phase technology. The intraocular lens comprises an intraocular lens body and plate-shaped haptics. The intraocular lens body comprises a lens optical zone for providing light field modulation, the plate-shaped haptics are arranged at edges of the lens optical zone, and a certain included angle is formed between the plane in which the plate-shaped haptics are located and the plane in which the intraocular lens body is located. The lens optical zone comprises a plano-concave lens composed of two optical surfaces; after being implanted into an eye, an anterior surface of the plano-concave lens close to the iris is a flat surface; and, after being implanted into an eye, the surface of the plano-concave lens close to the natural crystalline lens is a posterior surface. The posterior surface is a phase lens having a light field modulation capability, and a light field passes through the lens for imaging at the retinal position. The present invention has the effect of improving visual quality in a dim visual field.
