Claims

1. An air purifier comprising: a case having an air intake surface provided on one side of a predetermined direction intersecting the vertical direction, an air outlet, and a ventilation passage through which air drawn in from the intake surface and discharged from the outlet flows; a filter disposed in the ventilation passage; and a fan disposed in the ventilation passage to generate an airflow from the intake surface to the outlet, wherein the intake surface has an intake opening formed to be at least large enough to insert a cigarette and capable of drawing in outside air, and the case has a cigarette insertion space extending from the intake opening toward the other side of the predetermined direction.

2. The air purifier according to claim 1, characterized in that the suction surface is formed in a concave shape that is recessed from one side to the other side, and the suction port is formed at the bottom of the other side of the concave suction surface.

3. The air purifier according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the intake surface portion has a plurality of small intake ports that are smaller in size than the intake port.

4. The air purifier according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the filter is disposed on the other side of the cigarette insertion space, and the case has a filter guard disposed between the cigarette insertion space and the filter to protect the filter from cigarettes.

5. The air purifier according to claim 4, wherein the surface of the filter on one side has a first region covered by the filter guard from the one side and a second region not covered by the filter guard, and the filter guard has an inclined surface that slopes from the top side protruding toward the one side toward the other side toward the second region, and is formed in a convex shape protruding toward the one side.
