Abstract

This disclosure is directed generally to intelligent wireless communication networks and particularly to timing and contents for reporting measurements and Artificial Intelligence (AI) prediction of network measurement objects in order to reduce reporting overhead and facilitate improvement of network resource and mobility provisioning. For example, differential reporting may be implemented for reporting network measurements or predictions of a plurality of time instances at a configurable cell set level. For a particular measurement object, a reference measurement or prediction may be identified within the cell set and other measurements or predictions in the cell set may be differentially reported relative to the reference. Further, various schemes are disclosed for determining a timing and contents for reporting the measurements and / or predictions depending on the availability of historical measurements / predictions and future predictions.
