Description

Pant-type absorbent article 【0001】 The present invention relates to a pant-type absorbent article. 【0002】 Conventionally, in a pant-type absorbent article provided with an absorbent main body, a technique has been known in which an elastic member (crotch elastic member) that stretches along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body is provided to enhance the fit at the crotch portion of the absorbent main body. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique related to a pant-type disposable diaper in which a central elastic member that stretches along the longitudinal direction is provided at the center in the width direction of the absorber, and the crotch portion is easily lifted. 【0003】 Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2021-151 【0004】 As disclosed in Patent Document 2, such a crotch elastic member is often provided between a liquid-impermeable back film and an outer sheet on the non-skin side of the absorbent core. However, if a back film is interposed between the absorbent core and the crotch elastic member, it becomes difficult for the elasticity of the crotch elastic member to act on the absorbent core, and the fit may become insufficient. On the other hand, if the crotch elastic member is arranged between the absorbent core and the back film, the adhesive attaching the crotch elastic member may peel off due to contact with the excreted liquid absorbed by the absorbent core, and the crotch elastic member may come off (so-called rubber slipping may occur). 【0005】 The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a pant-type absorbent article in which the elasticity of the crotch elastic member easily acts on the absorbent core and the crotch elastic member is difficult to come off. 【0006】The main invention for achieving the above objective is a pair of pants-type absorbent articles having an absorbent body with a liquid-absorbing absorbent core having intersecting vertical, horizontal, and front-to-back directions, wherein the absorbent article comprises a skin-side sheet adjacent to the absorbent core from the skin side, a hydrophobic non-skin-side sheet adjacent to the absorbent core from the non-skin side, a breathable and liquid-impermeable back film positioned on the non-skin side of the non-skin-side sheet, and a crotch elastic member that stretches and contracts along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body, wherein in the unfolded and extended state, in a plan view, the crotch elastic member has a portion that overlaps with the absorbent core, in the thickness direction, the crotch elastic member is provided between the non-skin-side sheet and the back film, the crotch elastic member is bonded to the non-skin-side sheet and the back film by adhesive, and has a sheet joint portion that joins the skin-side sheet and the non-skin-side sheet to each other, and in the plan view, the sheet joint portion is not provided in a region inside the contour of the absorbent core. Other features of the present invention will be made clearer by description in this specification and the accompanying drawings. 【0007】 According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a pant-type absorbent article in which the elasticity of the crotch elastic member can be easily applied to the absorbent core, and in which the crotch elastic member is less likely to detach. 【0008】 This is a front view of the pant-type absorbent article 1 as seen from the ventral side. This is a plan view of the pant-type absorbent article 1 in its unfolded and stretched state as seen from the skin side. Figure 3A is a schematic cross-sectional view at the first center line CL1 of Figure 2, and Figure 3B is a schematic cross-sectional view at the second center line CC1 of Figure 2. This figure shows the cross-sectional structure of the absorbent body 110 in a conventional pant-type absorbent article 100. This is a plan view explaining the arrangement of the back film bonding area 55 and the crotch elastic member bonding area 57. This is a schematic cross-sectional view shown from the line B-B in Figure 5. This is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the state of the absorbent body 10 when the pant-type absorbent article 1 is worn. This figure explains the effect of stretching and contracting of the crotch elastic member 17. 【0009】The following matters become clear from this specification and the accompanying drawings: (Aspect 1) A pant-type absorbent article having an absorbent body with a liquid-absorbing absorbent core having intersecting vertical, horizontal, and front-to-back directions, comprising: a skin-side sheet adjacent to the absorbent core from the skin side; a hydrophobic non-skin-side sheet adjacent to the absorbent core from the non-skin side; a breathable and liquid-impermeable back film positioned on the non-skin side of the non-skin-side sheet; and a crotch elastic member that stretches and contracts along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body, wherein in an unfolded and extended state, in a plan view, the crotch elastic member has a portion that overlaps with the absorbent core; in the thickness direction, the crotch elastic member is provided between the non-skin-side sheet and the back film; the crotch elastic member is bonded to the non-skin-side sheet and the back film by adhesive; and has a sheet joint portion that joins the skin-side sheet and the non-skin sheet to each other; wherein in a plan view, the sheet joint portion is not provided in a region inside the contour of the absorbent core. 【0010】 In the pant-type absorbent article of Embodiment 1, since the crotch elastic member is provided on the skin side of the back film, the elastic force of the crotch elastic member can be easily applied to the absorbent core. Furthermore, since a hydrophobic non-skin side sheet is provided between the absorbent core and the crotch elastic member, it is difficult for the excretory fluid absorbed by the absorbent core to reach the crotch elastic member, and the crotch elastic member, which is bonded between the non-skin side sheet and the back film, to detach. In addition, even if moisture moves from the skin side sheet to the non-skin side sheet at the joint between the skin side sheet and the non-skin side sheet, this movement occurs outside the contour of the absorbent core, so it is difficult for moisture to reach the crotch elastic member. As a result, the crotch elastic member is difficult to detach from the absorbent body, and the elasticity exhibited by the crotch elastic member makes it easier to fit the absorbent core to the wearer's crotch. 【0011】(Aspect 2) The pants-type absorbent article according to Aspect 1, further comprising: an elastic member joining region in the crotch area where the adhesive is provided for joining the non-skin sheet and the back film and the elastic member in the crotch area; and a back film joining region where the adhesive is provided for joining the non-skin sheet and the back film, wherein in the left-right direction, there is a back film non-joining region between the elastic member joining region and the back film joining region where none of the non-skin sheet, the back film, and the elastic member in the crotch area are joined. 【0012】 In the pant-type absorbent article of Embodiment 2, the presence of a non-jointed area of the back film between the crotch elastic member (crotch elastic member joining area) and the back film joining area suppresses interference of the longitudinal stretching of the crotch elastic member by the back film joining area. Furthermore, the formation of a space (non-jointed area of the back film) between the non-skin side sheet and the back film makes it easier to suppress the movement of excretory fluid from the non-skin side sheet to the back film. As a result, good elasticity of the crotch elastic member can be ensured, and the fit of the absorbent core can be improved. 【0013】 (Aspect 3) The pants-type absorbent article according to aspect 1 or 2, wherein in the crotch elastic member joining region, the adhesive is continuously provided along the vertical direction, and in the back film joining region, there are portions where the adhesive is separated in the vertical direction and the left-right direction. 【0014】 According to the pant-type absorbent article of embodiment 3, the presence of intermittently applied adhesive creates a space between the non-skin-facing sheet and the back film, and the movement of excretory fluid from the non-skin-facing sheet to the back film is suppressed even in the back film bonding region. Therefore, leakage of excretory fluid and the risk of the excretory fluid reaching the crotch elastic member bonding region and causing the adhesive of the crotch elastic member to peel off are further suppressed. 【0015】(Aspect 4) The crotch elastic member comprises a first crotch elastic member and a second crotch elastic member that are adjacent to each other with a gap in the left-right direction, and the first crotch elastic member, the back film non-joining region, the back film joining region, the back film non-joining region, and the second crotch elastic member are arranged in order from one side to the other in the left-right direction, as described in any of aspects 1 to 3. 【0016】 In the pant-type absorbent article of Embodiment 4, two non-bonded back film regions are always positioned between two adjacent crotch elastic members in the left-right direction. This reduces interference between the stretching and contracting of the crotch elastic members, thereby improving the fit in the crotch area. 【0017】 (Aspect 5) The pant-type absorbent article according to any one of aspects 1 to 4, wherein in the left-right direction, the width of the back film bonding region is greater than or equal to the width of the back film non-bonding region. 【0018】 In the pant-type absorbent article of Embodiment 5, in the area where the back film and the non-skin-facing sheet are not joined between adjacent elastic members in the crotch area in the left-right direction (back film non-joining area), the formation of excessively large wrinkles and the floating of the sheet member are suppressed. This makes it easier to suppress discomfort for the wearer and the distortion and deformation of the absorbent core. 【0019】 (Aspect 6) The non-skin side sheet is a nonwoven fabric formed by the entanglement of multiple fibers, and has at least a skin side layer, an intermediate layer, and a non-skin side layer, wherein the average inter-fiber distance in the skin side layer is greater than the average inter-fiber distance in the intermediate layer or the non-skin side layer, as described in any of aspects 1 to 5. 【0020】 According to the pant-type absorbent article of embodiment 6, the non-skin side sheet has a layer with denser fibers on the non-skin side than the skin side layer, which makes it easier to suppress the movement (leakage) of excretory fluid from the skin side to the non-skin side. Therefore, it is difficult for excretory fluid to reach the crotch elastic member adjacent to the non-skin side of the non-skin side sheet, and it is difficult for the crotch elastic member to detach. 【0021】(Aspect 7) The pant-type absorbent article according to any one of aspects 1 to 6, wherein in the left-right direction, the length of the non-skin side sheet is longer than the length of the absorbent core. 【0022】 According to the pant-type absorbent article of embodiment 7, even if excretory fluid leaks from both ends in the left-right direction of the absorbent core, the presence of a hydrophobic non-skin side sheet covering both ends from the non-skin side makes it easier to suppress lateral leakage of excretory fluid. 【0023】 (Aspect 8) A pant-type absorbent article according to any one of aspects 1 to 7, wherein in an unfolded and extended state, it has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction that intersect each other, and in the longitudinal direction, it has a front waist member joined to the front end of the absorbent body and a rear waist member joined to the rear end of the absorbent body, and in the longitudinal direction, the crotch elastic member is positioned to straddle the front end of the rear waist member. 【0024】 According to the pant-type absorbent article of embodiment 8, when the wearer grasps the rear waist member and pulls it up towards the buttocks, the crotch elastic member is also more easily pulled up towards the buttocks by being pulled up by the rear waist member. Therefore, the absorbent core is also pulled up towards the buttocks via the crotch elastic member, improving the fit of the absorbent core at the buttocks. This makes it possible to suppress leakage of excretory fluid from running down the wearer's skin to the buttocks (leakage). 【0025】 (Aspect 9) The pants-type absorbent article according to any one of aspects 1 to 8, wherein in the longitudinal direction, the front end of the rear waist member has a dry edge portion that is not joined to the absorbent body, and in the longitudinal direction, the crotch elastic member is positioned to straddle the dry edge portion. 【0026】 According to the pant-type absorbent article of embodiment 9, even if excretory fluid diffuses and moves towards the buttocks along the crotch elastic member in the absorbent core when worn, the dry edge portion helps to suppress the movement of the excretory fluid. This helps to prevent leakage of excretory fluid and soiling of the wearer's clothes. 【0027】(Aspect 10) A pant-type absorbent article according to any one of aspects 1 to 9, wherein in an unfolded and extended state, it has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction that intersect each other, the absorbent body has a pair of leak-proof wall portions located outward in the transverse direction from the absorbent core, the leak-proof wall portions have leak-proof elastic members that expand and contract in the longitudinal direction, and the skin-side sheet and the non-skin-side sheet have sheet extension portions that extend outward in the transverse direction from the outer end of the absorbent core. 【0028】 According to the pant-type absorbent article of embodiment 10, when worn, when a pair of leak-proof walls at both lateral ends of the absorbent core stand upright on the skin side, the sheet extension folds towards the skin side so as to be wrapped in the leak-proof walls, and the sheet extension also functions like a leak-proof wall. Therefore, a state is formed where two layers of leak-proof walls are created at both ends of the absorbent core, making it easier to suppress lateral leakage of excretory fluid. 【0029】 (Aspect 11) The pants-type absorbent article according to aspect 10, wherein the length of the sheet extension in the lateral direction is greater than the average thickness of the absorbent core. 【0030】 According to the pant-type absorbent article of embodiment 11, when the sheet extension bends toward the skin as the leak-proof wall rises, the sheet extension is more likely to rise to a position higher than the thickness of the absorbent core, thus making it easier to suppress lateral leakage of excretory fluids, etc. 【0031】 (Aspect 12) A pant-type absorbent article according to any one of aspects 1 to 11, further comprising an outer sheet positioned on the non-skin side of the back film, wherein, when viewed in the thickness direction, the portion of the outer sheet that overlaps with the crotch elastic member is recessed on the skin side than the portion that does not overlap with the crotch elastic member. 【0032】 According to the pant-type absorbent article of embodiment 12, the outer sheet becomes more visible from the outside as it indents towards the skin as the elastic member in the crotch area contracts, making it easier for the user to recall the good fit provided by the elastic member in the crotch area. 【0033】(Aspect 13) The absorbent pant-type absorbent article according to any one of aspects 1 to 12, wherein the absorbent core contains a superabsorbent polymer, and the total weight of the superabsorbent polymer is 20% or less of the total weight of the absorbent core. 【0034】 According to the pant-type absorbent article of embodiment 13, by limiting the weight ratio of superabsorbent polymer (SAP) to 20% or less, the excessive expansion of the absorbent core when absorbing excretory fluids is suppressed, and the elasticity of the crotch elastic member can be more easily applied to the absorbent core. This makes it possible to further improve the fit of the absorbent body (absorbent core) in the crotch area of the wearer. 【0035】 ===Embodiment=== The following describes the pant-type absorbent article 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The pant-type absorbent article 1 according to this embodiment is a pant-type disposable diaper, a shorts-type sanitary napkin, etc. 【0036】 <Basic Structure of Absorbent Pants 1> Figure 1 is a front view of absorbent pants 1 as seen from the ventral side. Figure 2 is a plan view of absorbent pants 1 in an unfolded and stretched state as seen from the skin side. Figure 3A is a schematic cross-sectional view at the first center line CL1 of Figure 2, and Figure 3B is a schematic cross-sectional view at the second center line CC1 of Figure 2. In the following description, absorbent pants will also be simply referred to as "absorbent articles". The first center line CL1 is a line extending horizontally from the center point that divides the product (absorbent article 1) in the vertical direction, and the second center line CC1 is a line extending vertically from the center point that divides the product in the horizontal direction. 【0037】 The unfolded state of the pant-type absorbent article 1 is the state in which the pair of side joints 2 provided on both sides of the absorbent article 1 are separated and the absorbent article 1 is opened and unfolded in a planar manner. The stretched state of the pant-type absorbent article 1 is the state in which the absorbent article 1 is stretched to the extent that wrinkles in the absorbent article 1 are no longer visible. Specifically, this is the state in which the absorbent article 1 is stretched until the dimensions of each component constituting the absorbent article 1 match or are close to the dimensions of the individual component. 【0038】As shown in Figure 1, the absorbent article 1 has mutually orthogonal vertical, horizontal, and front-to-back directions (directions that penetrate the paper in Figure 1), and has a waist opening BH and a pair of leg openings LH. The upper side in the vertical direction corresponds to the waist opening BH side, and the lower side corresponds to the crotch side. The front side in the front-to-back direction corresponds to the wearer's abdominal side, and the rear side corresponds to the wearer's back side. 【0039】 Furthermore, in the unfolded and extended state of the absorbent article 1 shown in Figure 2, the absorbent article 1 has intersecting longitudinal, transverse, and thickness directions (directions that penetrate the paper in Figure 2). Note that the transverse direction in the unfolded state of Figure 2 is the same direction as the left-right direction in the pants-type state of Figure 1. Also, the longitudinal direction in the unfolded state is the direction along the up-down direction in the pants-type state. One side of the longitudinal direction corresponds to the front (abdominal side), and the other side corresponds to the back (back side). Also, as shown in Figures 3A and 3B, the direction in which the materials constituting the absorbent article 1 are layered is defined as the thickness direction. In the thickness direction, the side that comes into contact with the wearer's skin is defined as the skin side, and the opposite side is defined as the non-skin side. 【0040】 The absorbent pants-type article 1 is a so-called three-piece type absorbent pants-type article comprising at least three components: an absorbent main body 10 that covers the wearer's abdominal area, a front waist member 20, and a rear waist member 30 that is a separate component from the front waist member 20 and covers the wearer's back. In the following description, the front waist member 20 and the rear waist member 30 will be collectively referred to as waist members 20 and 30. 【0041】As shown in Figure 2, in the unfolded state of the absorbent article 1, the front waist member 20 and the rear waist member 30 are positioned side by side with a vertical gap between them, and the absorbent body 10 is stretched vertically between them. One vertical end 10F of the absorbent body 10 is joined and fixed to the skin side of the front waist member 20, and the other vertical end 10B of the absorbent body 10 is joined and fixed to the skin side of the rear waist member 30. From this state, the absorbent body 10 is folded in half vertically, and the front waist member 20 and the rear waist member 30, which are opposite each other, are connected on both sides in the left-right direction by a pair of side joints 2, resulting in the pant-type absorbent article 1 shown in Figure 1. In other words, the front waist member 20 and the rear waist member 30 are joined in an annular manner by a pair of side joints 2. Examples of joining methods by the side joints 2 include heat welding, ultrasonic welding, and adhesive joining methods. 【0042】 (Absorbent body 10) The absorbent body 10 includes an absorbent core 11 that absorbs and retains excretory fluids such as urine, a liquid-permeable surface sheet 12 (e.g., nonwoven fabric or perforated film) positioned on the skin side of the absorbent core 11, a liquid-impermeable back film 13 (e.g., resin film) positioned on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11, and an outer sheet 14 (e.g., hydrophobic nonwoven fabric). The outer sheet 14 is positioned on the non-skin side of the back film 13 and forms a leak-proof wall portion 3, which will be described later. The outer surface of the absorbent core 11 is covered by the skin-side sheet 15f and the non-skin-side sheet 15b. 【0043】The absorbent core 11 is a molded body obtained by molding a predetermined liquid-absorbent material into a rectangular shape in plan view as an example of a predetermined shape (see FIG. 2). Examples of the liquid-absorbent material include water-retentive fibers and liquid-absorbent granular materials such as superabsorbent polymers (so-called SAP). The water-retentive fibers are not particularly limited as long as they have the property of absorbing and retaining moisture, and examples thereof include cellulose-based fibers (e.g., pulp fibers, non-wood-based fibers such as cotton and hemp, and regenerated fibers such as rayon). However, the shape of the absorbent core 11 is not limited to the rectangular shape shown in FIG. 2. For example, it may be an absorbent core 11 having a substantially hourglass shape with a narrow width in the left-right direction between one end (front side) and the other end (rear side) in the longitudinal direction. 【0044】 In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3A, a skin-side sheet 15f adjacent to the absorbent core 11 is provided from the skin side in the thickness direction of the absorbent core 11, and a non-skin-side sheet 15b adjacent to the absorbent core 11 is provided from the non-skin side in the thickness direction of the absorbent core 11. The skin-side sheet 15f is composed of a sheet member such as tissue paper or a hydrophilic non-woven fabric, and an adhesive (15fa) such as a hot-melt adhesive is applied over substantially the entire non-skin-side surface thereof. On the other hand, the non-skin-side sheet 15b is composed of a sheet member such as a hydrophobic SMS non-woven fabric, and an adhesive (15ba) such as a hot-melt adhesive is applied over substantially the entire skin-side surface thereof. Then, the absorbent core 11 is covered so as to be sandwiched from both sides in the thickness direction by the skin-side sheet 15f and the non-skin-side sheet 15b, whereby the above-described shape of the absorbent core 11 is stably maintained. 【0045】Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2 and 3A, a pair of leak-proof walls 3 are provided on both sides of the absorbent body 10 in the left-right (lateral) direction, along the vertical direction of the absorbent body 10. These pair of leak-proof walls 3 are integrally formed with the absorbent body 10 by folding the outer sheet 14 that constitutes the outer casing of the absorbent body 10. Specifically, the outer sheet 14 covers the non-skin side of the back film 13, and portions extending outward in the left-right direction are folded at multiple points to be provided on both sides of the skin side of the surface sheet 12 in the left-right direction, thereby forming the leak-proof walls 3. A leak-proof elastic member 16 (for example, elastic thread) is attached to the leak-proof walls 3 in a stretched state along the vertical direction. When the absorbent article 1 is worn, the leak-proof walls 3 stand up on the skin side of the wearer based on the elasticity of the leak-proof elastic member 16 in the vertical direction. By having these leak-proof walls 3 on both sides of the absorbent body 10 stand upright on the skin side, so-called "lateral leakage," where excretory fluid absorbed by the absorbent core 11 leaks outwards in the left-right direction, is more easily suppressed. 【0046】 Furthermore, the absorbent body 10 has a crotch elastic member 17 (for example, elastic thread) that is stretchable in the vertical direction, located in the center in the left-right direction and on the non-skin side in the thickness direction relative to the absorbent core 11. Specifically, the crotch elastic member 17 in this embodiment is joined to a non-skin side sheet 15b that covers the absorbent core 11 from the non-skin side, and a back film 13 that is located on the non-skin side in the thickness direction relative to the non-skin side sheet 15b, via an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive. Multiple crotch elastic members 17 (three in Figure 2) are provided at intervals in the left-right direction (horizontal direction) when stretched along the vertical direction, and the elasticity exhibited by the crotch elastic member 17 exerts a force that pushes the absorbent core 11 from the non-skin side towards the skin side. This improves the fit of the absorbent body 10 (absorbent core 11) in the crotch area of the wearer and makes it less likely for excretory fluids such as urine to leak. Note that Figure 2 shows only the portion of each crotch elastic member 17 that exhibits elasticity (the so-called "effective length" portion). 【0047】(Waist Circumference Members 20, 30) The front waist circumference member 20 includes a waist circumference skin side sheet 21, a waist circumference non-skin side sheet 22 (e.g., non-woven fabric) laminated on the non-skin side of the waist circumference skin side sheet 21, and a plurality of front waist circumference elastic members 23 (e.g., thread rubber) that expand and contract in the left-right direction. Similarly, the rear waist circumference member 30 includes a waist circumference skin side sheet 31, a waist circumference non-skin side sheet 32 (e.g., non-woven fabric) laminated on the non-skin side of the waist circumference skin side sheet 31, and a plurality of rear waist circumference elastic members 33 (e.g., thread rubber) that expand and contract in the left-right direction. The plurality of front (rear) waist circumference elastic members 23 (33) are arranged side by side in the up-down direction (vertical direction) between the waist circumference skin side sheet 21 (waist circumference skin side sheet 31) and the waist circumference non-skin side sheet 22 (waist circumference non-skin side sheet 32), and are attached in a state of being stretched in the left-right direction. Due to the elasticity of the front and rear waist circumference elastic members 23, 33, the front waist circumference member 20 and the rear waist circumference member 30 fit around the wearer's waist. 【0048】 Also, a cover sheet (not shown) may be provided so as to cover the upper end portion of the absorbent body 10 (the front end portion and the rear end portion in the vertical direction in FIG. 3B) from the skin side. By providing the cover sheet, it is possible to prevent the upper end edge of the absorbent body 10 from digging into the wearer's skin and to suppress the opening of the absorbent body 10. 【0049】 Also, as shown in the plan view of FIG. 2, the planar shapes of the front waist circumference member 20 and the rear waist circumference member 30 in the deployed and stretched state are different. The front waist circumference member 20 has a length in the up-down direction that is approximately the same as that of the side joint portion 2 and is a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction. On the other hand, the rear waist circumference member 30 has a rectangular waist side portion 30A that overlaps with the front waist circumference member 20, and further has a waist extension portion 30B whose width in the left-right direction becomes narrower from the upper side to the lower side in the up-down direction (from the other side to the one side in the vertical direction) below the side joint portion 2 (from one end of the side joint portion 2 in the vertical direction to one side). This waist extension portion 30B functions as a hip cover that covers the wearer's hips at the rear (back side) when the absorbent article 1 is worn. 【0050】Furthermore, the waist extension portion 30B is provided with rear extension elastic members 35 (for example, elastic threads) that run in the left-right direction. Multiple rear extension elastic members 35 are provided in the waist extension portion 30B at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction (up and down direction), as shown in Figure 2. The rear extension elastic members 35 are also attached in an extended state between the torso skin-side sheet 31 and the torso non-skin-side sheet 32. The elasticity of the rear extension elastic members 35 makes it easier for the waist extension portion 30B of the rear torso member 30 to fit the wearer's buttocks and prevents it from rolling up from the buttocks. In Figure 2, three elastic threads are shown as an example of rear extension elastic members 35, but the number of elastic threads is not particularly limited. 【0051】 The basic configuration of absorbent article 1 has been described above, but the configuration of absorbent article 1 described above is just an example and is not limited thereto. For example, a liquid-permeable intermediate sheet (second sheet) may be provided between the surface sheet 12 and the skin-side sheet 15f. Also, the rear waist member 30 may not have a waist extension portion 30B or a rear extension portion elastic member 35, and may have the same planar shape as the front waist member 20, or the front waist member 20 may have a portion that extends to the crotch side. Furthermore, thread-like front and rear waist elastic members 23 and 33 may be provided at the upper ends (waist portions) of the waist members 20 and 30 to provide a secure fit, and below that, an elastic sheet may be provided instead of the thread-like waist elastic members 23 and 33. By placing an elastic sheet between the torso skin-side sheet 21 (torso skin-side sheet 31) and the torso non-skin-side sheet 22 (torso non-skin-side sheet 32), and intermittently joining the laminated sheets, the torso members 20 and 30 exhibit elasticity and softly fit the wearer's torso over a wide surface. 【0052】 <Regarding the fit of the pant-type absorbent article 1> Next, the fit of the pant-type absorbent article 1 of this embodiment will be specifically explained using a comparative example. Figure 4 is a diagram showing the cross-sectional structure of the absorbent body 110 in a conventional pant-type absorbent article 100 as a comparative example. The comparative example pant-type absorbent article 100 shown in Figure 4 has substantially the same configuration as the pant-type absorbent article 1 of this embodiment, but the structure of the absorbent body is slightly different. 【0053】 First, in the comparative example absorbent body 110, a core wrap sheet 115 is provided as a sheet member that covers the absorbent core 111. The core wrap sheet 115 is made of hydrophilic tissue paper or the like, and is folded so as to wrap the absorbent core 111 with a single sheet. The ends of the core wrap sheet 115 are joined to each other at the overlapping portion by a core wrap sheet joint 115a. The core wrap sheet joint 115a is made of an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive, and is provided in a position where at least a part of it overlaps with the absorbent core 111 when the absorbent body 110 is viewed in the thickness direction (plan view). Covering with the core wrap sheet 115 makes it easier to maintain the shape of the absorbent core 11 stably. 【0054】 In contrast, as shown in Figure 3A, in the pant-type absorbent article 1 of this embodiment, the absorbent core 11 is covered by two different sheet members. Specifically, the absorbent core 11 is covered by a skin-side sheet 15f that covers the absorbent core 11 from the skin side in the thickness direction, and a non-skin-side sheet 15b that covers the absorbent core 11 from the non-skin side in the thickness direction. The skin-side sheet 15f is joined to the skin side of the absorbent core 11 by a skin-side sheet joint 15fa, which consists of an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive applied to its non-skin side. Similarly, the non-skin-side sheet 15b is joined to the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11 by a non-skin-side sheet joint 15ba, which consists of an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive applied to its skin side. The skin-side sheet 15f and the non-skin-side sheet 15b are joined to each other by the skin-side sheet joining portion 15fa and the non-skin-side sheet joining portion 15ba in the portion outside the contour of the absorbent core 11 (the portion indicated by 15ex on both the left and right outer sides in Figure 3A). 【0055】 Next, in the comparative example absorbent body 110, a crotch elastic member 117 is provided between the back film 113 and the outer sheet 114 in the thickness direction. That is, the back film 113 is interposed between the absorbent core 111 and the crotch elastic member 117 in the thickness direction. 【0056】In contrast, in the pant-type absorbent article 1 of this embodiment, a crotch elastic member 17 is provided between the non-skin side sheet 15b and the back film 13 in the thickness direction (see Figure 3A). That is, the back film 13 is not interposed between the absorbent core 11 and the crotch elastic member 17 in the thickness direction. 【0057】 Thus, compared to the comparative example of the pants-type absorbent article 100, the pants-type absorbent article 1 of this embodiment has less material between the crotch elastic member 17 and the absorbent core 11 (there is no back film 13). Therefore, the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17 acts more efficiently on the absorbent core 11. As a result, the absorbent core 11 is more easily pushed up toward the wearer's skin based on the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17, improving the fit in the crotch area. 【0058】 On the other hand, in the pant-type absorbent article 1 of this embodiment, since there is no sheet member like the back film 113 of the comparative example interposed between the crotch elastic member 17 and the absorbent core 11, there is a risk that the excretory fluid (liquid) absorbed by the absorbent core 11 may easily reach the crotch elastic member 17. If the excretory fluid comes into contact with the crotch elastic member 17, the adhesive applied to the crotch elastic member 17 may peel off, causing the joint between the crotch elastic member 17 and the non-skin side sheet 15b and the back film 13 to detach, resulting in what is known as "elastic detachment." In this case, the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17 may be impaired, and the fit of the absorbent core in the crotch area may deteriorate. 【0059】 However, in this embodiment, since the non-skin side sheet 15b provided between the absorbent core 11 and the crotch elastic member 17 is hydrophobic (SMS nonwoven fabric, etc.), the movement of excretory fluid (liquid) from the absorbent core 11 to the crotch elastic member 17 is suppressed. Therefore, the crotch elastic member 17 is less likely to detach from the non-skin side sheet 15b and the back film 13 (elastic detachment), and the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17 is less likely to be impaired. As a result, it is easier to maintain a good fit of the absorbent core 11 in the crotch area. 【0060】Furthermore, in the comparative example, since the absorbent core 111 is covered by a single core wrap sheet 115, the core wrap sheet 115 is made of a hydrophilic sheet material (for example, tissue paper) in order to ensure the water absorption of the absorbent core 111. In this case, there is a possibility that the excretory fluid absorbed by the core wrap sheet 115 will travel along the core wrap sheet 115 from the skin side to the non-skin side of the absorbent core 111 and reach the crotch elastic member 117. Therefore, in the comparative example, it becomes necessary to position the crotch elastic member 117 on the non-skin side of the back film 113, which may make it difficult for the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 117 to act efficiently on the absorbent core 111, potentially resulting in an insufficient fit. 【0061】 On the other hand, in this embodiment, unlike the comparative example, different sheets are provided on the skin side and the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11. In particular, since the non-skin side sheet 15b is hydrophobic, the movement of excretory fluid from the skin side sheet 15f to the non-skin side sheet 15b is unlikely to occur, and the excretory fluid absorbed on the skin side is prevented from spreading to the non-skin side. Even if the movement of excretory fluid from the skin side sheet 15f to the non-skin side sheet 15b occurs, as described above, the joint between the two (15fa, 15ba) is located outside the contour of the absorbent core 11 in a plan view, so the excretory fluid is unlikely to reach inside the contour of the absorbent core 11. Therefore, it is easier to prevent the excretory fluid from coming into contact with the crotch elastic member 17, which is arranged in overlap with the absorbent core 11. 【0062】 With these configurations, in the pant-type absorbent article 1 of this embodiment, the crotch elastic member 17 is less likely to detach from the absorbent body 10, and the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17 makes it easier to fit the absorbent core 11 to the wearer's crotch area. 【0063】Furthermore, in the absorbent body 10 of this embodiment, the non-skin side sheet 15b and the back film 13 are joined in the thickness direction by an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive. Hereinafter, the region where the adhesive that joins the non-skin side sheet 15b and the back film 13 in the thickness direction is provided will be referred to as the back film joining region 55. Similarly, the non-skin side sheet 15b and the back film 13 are joined to each other by an adhesive applied to the surface of the crotch elastic member 17. Hereinafter, the region where the adhesive applied to the surface of the crotch elastic member 17 is provided will be referred to as the crotch elastic member joining region 57. 【0064】 Figure 5 is a plan view illustrating the arrangement of the back film bonding region 55 and the crotch elastic member bonding region 57. Figure 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line B-B in Figure 5. As shown in Figure 5, the back film bonding region 55 is a region where adhesive is applied along the longitudinal direction in an Ω shape or spiral shape. On the other hand, the crotch elastic member bonding region 57 is a region where adhesive is applied to the surface of the crotch elastic member 17. That is, the crotch elastic member bonding region 57 is a band-shaped region along the longitudinal direction within the range where the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17 is exhibited. Also, in Figures 5 and 6, the three crotch elastic members 17 provided on the absorbent body 10 are designated as the first crotch elastic member 17A, the second crotch elastic member 17B, and the third crotch elastic member 17C, in order from left to right in the left-right direction. 【0065】As shown in Figures 5 and 6, in the left-right direction, there is a portion between the crotch elastic member joining region 57 and the back film joining region 55 where no adhesive is provided. For example, in Figure 6, between the crotch elastic member joining region 57 formed around the first crotch elastic member 17A and the back film joining regions 55 provided on both sides of the first crotch elastic member 17A in the left-right direction, there is a back film non-joining region bna where no adhesive is provided. The presence of the back film non-joining region bna between the crotch elastic member joining region 57 and the back film joining region 55 suppresses interference between the longitudinal expansion and contraction of the crotch elastic member 17 and the back film joining region 55. Furthermore, when viewed in the thickness direction (plan view), the formation of a space (back film non-joining region bna) between the non-skin side sheet 15b and the back film 13 makes it easier to suppress the movement of excretory fluid from the non-skin side sheet 15b to the back film 13. This ensures good elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17 and improves the fit of the absorbent core 11. 【0066】 Furthermore, in the crotch elastic member bonding region 57, adhesive is continuously applied along the vertical direction (up and down direction), resulting in a strong bond to the crotch elastic member 17. On the other hand, in the back film bonding region 55, since the fibrous hot melt adhesive is applied in a spiral or omega shape, there are portions that are spaced apart in the vertical (up and down direction) and horizontal (left and right direction) directions (see Figure 5). In other words, in at least a part of the back film bonding region 55, the adhesive is applied intermittently. The presence of portions where the adhesive is applied intermittently makes it easier to form a space between the non-skin side sheet 15b and the back film 13, and the movement of excretory fluid from the non-skin side sheet 15b to the back film 13 is suppressed in the back film bonding region 55 as well. Therefore, leakage of excretory fluid from the skin side to the non-skin side in the thickness direction, and excretory fluid that has leaked through reaching the crotch elastic member bonding region 57 and causing the adhesive to peel off are more easily suppressed. This makes it easier to maintain the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17, and improves the fit of the absorbent body 10 (absorbent core 11) in the crotch area of the wearer. 【0067】 Furthermore, between two adjacent crotch elastic members 17 in the lateral direction (left-right direction), a back film non-jointed area bna, a back film joined area 55, and a back film non-jointed area bna are arranged in that order. For example, in Figure 6, from left to right in the lateral direction, the first crotch elastic member 17A (crotch elastic member joined area 57), back film non-jointed area bna, back film joined area 55, back film non-jointed area bna, and the second crotch elastic member 17B (crotch elastic member joined area 57) are arranged in that order. In other words, there are always two back film non-jointed areas nba between two adjacent crotch elastic members 17 (first crotch elastic member 17A and second crotch elastic member 17B) in the lateral direction. This makes it less likely for the stretching and contracting of adjacent crotch elastic members 17 to interfere with each other, and further improves the fit in the crotch area. 【0068】 In this case, it is preferable that the width W55 of the back film bonding region 55 in the lateral direction (left-right direction) is greater than or equal to the width Wbna of the back film non-bonding region bna (W55 ≥ Wbna). If the width Wbna of the back film non-bonding region bna is narrower than the width W55 of the back film bonding region 55, it is possible to suppress the formation of excessively large wrinkles or the lifting of the sheet member in the portion where the back film 13 and the non-skin side sheet 15b are not bonded between adjacent crotch elastic members 17 in the left-right direction (for example, the first crotch elastic member 17A and the second crotch elastic member 17B). This makes it easier to suppress discomfort for the wearer and the distortion and deformation of the absorbent core 11. 【0069】Furthermore, the non-skin side sheet 15b is a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric made up of multiple intertwined fibers, and has a structure in which at least a skin side layer located on the skin side in the thickness direction, a non-skin side layer located on the non-skin side, and an intermediate layer located between the skin side layer and the non-skin side layer are laminated. In this case, it is preferable that the average inter-fiber distance of the fibers constituting the skin side layer is greater than the average inter-fiber distance of the fibers constituting the intermediate layer or the non-skin side layer. In this embodiment, it has been explained that SMS nonwoven fabric can be used as an example of the non-skin side sheet 15b, but normally, in SMS nonwoven fabric, the fiber density in the intermediate layer (meltblown layer) is greater than the fiber density of the skin side layer (spunbond layer) and the non-skin side layer (spunbond layer). That is, the average inter-fiber distance in the skin side layer is greater than the average inter-fiber distance in the intermediate layer. In this way, by providing a layer with denser fibers on the non-skin side than the skin side layer, the movement of excretory fluid from the skin side to the non-skin side (leakage) is more easily suppressed. Therefore, it is difficult for the excretory fluid to reach the crotch elastic member 17 adjacent to the non-skin side of the non-skin side sheet 15b, and the crotch elastic member 17 can be made more difficult to detach. 【0070】 The inter-fiber distance of nonwoven fabrics can be measured, for example, as follows: First, the layer to be measured from the nonwoven fabric is separated and a sample of a predetermined size is prepared. Then, using the 3D image stitching function of a microscope (KEYENCE VHX-2000, lens VH-Z20W, aperture wide open), a magnified image is obtained in focus from the surface of the sample to a depth of 100 μm, and the area outside the fibers in focus is extracted based on this magnified image. The surface formed there is defined as the fiber space. The diameter of the largest inscribed circle of that fiber space is defined as the fiber space distance, and the average value of 100 locations in the fiber space is defined as the average inter-fiber distance (Dp). 【0071】Furthermore, in the absorbent body 10 of this embodiment, the length (width) of the non-skin side sheet 15b is longer than the length (width) of the absorbent core 11 in the lateral direction (left-right direction) (see Figure 3). As a result, even if the excretory fluid absorbed by the absorbent core 11 diffuses inside the absorbent core 11 and moves to the ends of the absorbent core 11 in the left-right direction, lateral leakage of the excretory fluid becomes less likely. In other words, even if excretory fluid leaks from both ends of the absorbent core 11 in the left-right direction, the hydrophobic non-skin side sheet 15b is widely provided to cover both ends from below, thereby suppressing leakage of excretory fluid from both ends of the absorbent core 11 to the non-skin side. 【0072】 Furthermore, in the longitudinal direction of the unfolded and extended pant-type absorbent article 1, the crotch elastic member 17 is positioned to straddle the front end 30ef of the rear waist member 30 (see Figure 2). In other words, the crotch elastic member 17 is positioned so that its rear end 17eb in the longitudinal direction overlaps with the rear waist member 30, while its front end 17ef in the longitudinal direction does not overlap with the rear waist member 30. With this configuration, when the wearer grasps the rear waist member 30 and pulls it towards the buttocks when wearing the pant-type absorbent article 1, the crotch elastic member 17 is also easily pulled up towards the buttocks by being pulled up by the rear waist member 30. Therefore, the absorbent core 11 is also pulled up towards the buttocks via the crotch elastic member 17, improving the fit of the absorbent core 11 at the buttocks. This makes it possible to suppress the leakage of excretory fluid from the wearer's skin to the buttocks (leakage). 【0073】Furthermore, in the absorbent article 1, near the front end 30ef of the rear waist member 30, there is a portion where the rear waist member 30 and the absorbent body 10 are not joined to each other (a non-jointed portion at the front end of the rear waist member). That is, the front edge portion in the longitudinal direction of the rear waist member 30 (the lower edge portion in the vertical direction) is a dry edge portion where no adhesive is provided. Therefore, the crotch elastic member 17 is positioned to straddle the dry edge portion (the non-jointed portion at the front end of the rear waist member) in the longitudinal direction. With this configuration, when the absorbent article 1 is worn, even if excretory fluid spreads and moves towards the buttocks side via the crotch elastic member 17 in the absorbent core 11 which fits to the wearer's buttocks based on the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17, the movement of the excretory fluid is more easily suppressed by the dry edge portion. At the very least, the movement of excretory fluid from the absorbent body 10 to the rear waist member 30 is restricted, thus preventing leakage of excretory fluid from the rear waist member 30 and soiling of the wearer's clothing. 【0074】 Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3A, in the left-right direction (lateral direction) of the absorbent body 10, the widths of the skin-side sheet 15f and the non-skin-side sheet 15b are longer than the width of the absorbent core 11. In other words, the outer edges of the skin-side sheet 15f and the non-skin-side sheet 15b in the left-right direction (lateral direction) are located outside the outer edges of the absorbent core 11 in the left-right direction (lateral direction). Hereinafter, the portion of the skin-side sheet 15f and the non-skin-side sheet 15b that extends outward beyond the outer edges of the absorbent core 11 in the left-right direction (lateral direction) will be referred to as the sheet extension portion 15ex. 【0075】Figure 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the state of the absorbent body 10 when the pant-type absorbent item 1 is worn. As described above, when the pant-type absorbent item 1 is worn, the pair of leak-proof walls 3, 3 provided on both sides in the left-right direction (lateral direction) of the absorbent body 10 stand up on the skin side. At this time, of the skin-side sheet 15f and the non-skin-side sheet 15b, the sheet extension portion 15ex that is outside the absorbent core 11 in the left-right direction (lateral direction) bends towards the skin side as if being wrapped by the leak-proof walls 3 that stand up on the skin side, and deforms to cover both ends of the absorbent core 11 as shown in Figure 7. In other words, the sheet extension portion 15ex stands up on the skin side and functions like a leak-proof wall. Therefore, at both ends in the left-right direction of the absorbent core 11, a double layer of leak-proof walls is formed, making it easier to suppress leakage of excretory fluids and other moisture to the outside in the left-right direction (lateral leakage). 【0076】 Furthermore, in the unfolded and extended state, it is preferable that the length of the sheet extension portion 15ex in the left-right direction is greater than the average thickness of the absorbent core 11 (see Figure 3A). With this configuration, when the sheet extension portion 15ex bends toward the skin side as the leak-proof wall portion 3 stands up, the sheet extension portion 15ex is more likely to stand up to a position higher than the absorbent core 11 (see Figure 7), thus making it easier to suppress lateral leakage of excretory fluids, etc. 【0077】Figure 8 illustrates the effect of expansion and contraction of the crotch elastic member 17. In this embodiment, when the crotch elastic member 17 contracts, a force acts to push the absorbent core 11 from the non-skin side to the skin side. In the area where the crotch elastic member 17 is located, the non-skin side sheet 15b, back film 13, and outer sheet 14 are also pushed upward toward the skin side in the thickness direction as the crotch elastic member 17 contracts. As a result, irregularities are formed on the surface (non-skin side) of the outer sheet 14 as shown in Figure 8. In particular, in this embodiment, the back film 13 (outer sheet 14) and the non-skin side sheet 15b are integrally joined by the crotch elastic member joining region 57, whereas in the back film non-joining regions bna adjacent to both sides of the crotch elastic member joining region 57, the back film 13 (outer sheet 14) and the non-skin side sheet 15b are not joined. Therefore, in the portion of the outer sheet 14 that overlaps with the crotch elastic member bonding region 57, the outer sheet 14 is significantly indented towards the skin, whereas in the portion that overlaps with the back film non-bonding region bna, the outer sheet 14 is less likely to indent towards the skin. In other words, when viewed in the thickness direction (plan view), the portion of the outer sheet 14 that overlaps with the crotch elastic member 17 is more likely to indent towards the skin than the portion that does not overlap with the crotch elastic member 17. Consequently, the irregularities shown in Figure 8 become more noticeable on the surface of the outer sheet 14. Thus, in this embodiment, the indentation of the outer sheet 14 towards the skin due to the contraction of the crotch elastic member 17 is more easily visible from the outside, making it easier for the user to recall the good fit provided by the crotch elastic member 17. 【0078】 ===Other=== The above embodiments are provided to facilitate understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the interpretation of the present invention. The present invention can be modified and improved without departing from its spirit, and it goes without saying that the present invention includes equivalents thereof. 【0079】In the above embodiment, it was explained that the absorbent core 11 contains a superabsorbent polymer (SAP). The total weight of the superabsorbent polymer (SAP) contained in the absorbent core 11 should be 20% or less of the total weight of the absorbent core 11. By limiting the weight ratio of the superabsorbent polymer (SAP) to 20% or less, it becomes easier to suppress the large expansion of the absorbent core 11 when it absorbs moisture such as excretory fluid. In this way, the elasticity of the crotch elastic member 17 can be more easily applied to the absorbent core 11, and the fit of the absorbent body 10 (absorbent core 11) in the crotch area of the wearer can be further improved when wearing the pants-type absorbent article 1. 【0080】 1.
