[0004] The present invention relates to a system which enables users to learn about their limit by performing loan inquiries without visiting bank branches or filling out lengthy forms.

[0005] Background of the Invention

[0006] Today, users have to go to bank branches and fill out lengthy forms to perform loan inquiries and learn about their credit limits. This process is time-consuming and rather tiring for users. For this reason, there is a need for a new system that will accelerate loan inquiry and limit learning processes.

[0007] The United States patent document no. US2012246061, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a system for providing loan offers. The invention subject to the said patent document analyzes the amount, term and type of loan obtained, as well as the credit score, debt burden and collateral data, if any, of the customer for the processing of the customer loan application. In this process, the server calculates a client-specific default payment probability by assessing credit risk and determines loan terms that will provide a minimum return on equity of 18%, by taking into account the capital structure and funding rates of the lender. The determined personalized loan terms include details such as annual percentage rate (APR), annual fee or loan amount and are presented to the customer. By automating these analyses and calculations, the server works with the aim of providing a real-time and accurate loan offer.

[0008] Summary of the Invention An object of the present invention is to realize a system which enables users to learn about their limit by performing loan inquiries without visiting bank branches or filling out lengthy forms.

[0019] An inventive system ( 1 ) which enables users to learn about their limit by performing loan inquiries without visiting bank branches or filling out lengthy forms comprises at least one electronic device (2) which can run at least one application thereon and can establish communication with remote servers by using any remote communication protocol; at least one application (3) which is run on the electronic device (2) and is configured to accelerate the process of users learning their limits by performing loan inquiries; at least one database (4) which is configured to keep a record of the information provided by the users for the loan inquiry process through the application (3) and the data relating to the presented loan offers; and at least one server (5) which is configured to receive the loan inquiry and limit learning request of the user through the application (3); to request the identification card to be identified to the electronic device (2) of the user after the received request; and after the identification card identification process, to enable offers to be presented to the user by calculating the loan and limit information that can be issued to the user with artificial intelligence algorithms in line with the data obtained by performing inquiries on public / govemment institutions with the information on the identity card.

[0020] The electronic device (2) included in the inventive system (1) is a device such as a smartphone, tablet computer or portable computer having a key or touch screen for data entry, at least one camera for receiving image data, at least one microphone and speaker for voice exchange, and at least one screen for displaying loan offers. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the electronic device (2) is configured to run at least one application thereon that enables the process of users learning their limits by performing loan inquiries to be accelerated. The said electronic device (2) is configured to establish connection with the server (5) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of art and to enable data exchange between the application (3) and the server (5) through this established connection. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the electronic device (2) is configured to exchange data with the server (5) by using the Internet as a data bus.

The said application (3) is a bank application where users create an account with their user information for receiving personalized loan offers and performing limit inquiries. The application (3) is configured to provide at least one interface for receiving a loan inquiry request from a user who has logged into their account with their user information. The application (3) is configured to provide at least one interface that requests to receive user identification information through the electronic device (2) via the NFC (Near Field Communication) feature or to upload identification photos through the camera of the electronic device (2) for the authentication process to be used in loan inquiry. The application (3) is configured to provide at least one interface for presenting the user with offers comprising information on the credit limit and interest rates determined for the user. The application (3) is configured to provide at least one interface for receiving, with consent, user voice data in order to determine which types of products and services the user is interested in. The application (3) is configured to provide at least one interface for presenting credit offers comprising credit limits and interest rates determined for the user, and for selecting from the presented offers.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the database (4) is configured to keep a record of user account information received through the application (3), user identification information, voice information received from the user, and loan offer information comprising credit limit and interest rates prepared specifically for the user.

The server (5) is configured to connect to the external server (D) with the received identification data and to automatically perform KRS (Credit Risk System) notifications, Memis (Central Civil Registration System) information, Revenue Administration (RA) queries, blacklist queries and lien queries on e-govemment through the external server (D) and to access all financial data of the user. The server (5) is configured to evaluate the credit score and payment capacity of the user by using the collected information and artificial intelligence algorithms. The server (5) is configured to instantly calculate a credit score by examining the historical payment behavior, current debt status, blacklist queries and customer profile data of the user. The server (5) is configured to determine the credit limit and interest rates of the user based on the calculated score. The server (5) is configured to perform an accurate risk analysis based on the payment history and demographic characteristics of the user by using machine learning algorithms. The server (5) is configured to use voice recognition technologies to better understand the needs of the user. The server (5) is configured to perform a needs analysis from the conversations and understand what types of products and services the user is interested in with the consent of the user to the application (3) to audio listening. The server (5) is configured to also perform an artificial intelligence analysis based on the recent searches and online interactions of the user. The server (5) is configured to present the most suitable products for the needs of the user and the most economical and reliable delivery methods as a pop-up notification as a result of the analysis. The server (5) is configured to create personalized offers by calculating credit limits and interest rates specific to the recommended products based on the credit score and payment history of the user with artificial intelligence algorithms. The server (5) is configured to receive the request made by the user for the most suitable offer among the offers presented through the application (3) and, if the user wishes, the request to apply for different loan options. The server (5) is configured to send the request for approval by performing the request directly through the application (3), if the user wishes to request a limit specific to his / her needs. The server (5) is configured to re-evaluate the received request and to present a profitable offer to the user by calculating its eligibility. The server (5) is configured to automatically deactivate this option if the credit score of the user is not adequate as a result of the examination. The server (5) is configured to increase customer loyalty by offering discount campaigns on interest rates if the user wishes to purchase the institution's own products. The server (5) is configured to perform user segmentation and demographic analysis in real time through data science and artificial intelligence algorithms, and to prepare the most suitable loan offer to be presented to the user by determining the segment of each user according to their payment history, region of residence, income status and spending habits. The server (5) is configured to continuously update the data collected regarding the user and to perform credit risk analysis with machine learning algorithms in order to make the loan offers that will be presented continuously more successful.

[0024] Industrial Application of the Invention

[0025] By means of the inventive system (1), delays, customer dissatisfaction and time losses experienced in loan application processes will be minimized. Users will be able to perform their loan transactions both quickly and easily with an end-to-end digital experience and find the most suitable loan options forthemselves.

[0026] Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “Fast and Personalized Loan Inquiry System (1)”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.

Claims

CLAIMS1. A system (1) which enables users to learn about their limit by performing loan inquiries without visiting bank branches or filling out lengthy forms; characterized by at least one electronic device (2) which can run at least one application thereon and can establish communication with remote servers by using any remote communication protocol; at least one application (3) which is run on the electronic device (2) and is configured to accelerate the process of users learning their limits by performing loan inquiries; at least one database (4) which is configured to keep a record of the information provided by the users for the loan inquiry process through the application (3) and the data relating to the presented loan offers; and at least one server (5) which is configured to receive the loan inquiry and limit learning request of the user through the application (3); to request the identification card to be identified to the electronic device (2) of the user after the received request; and after the identification card identification process, to enable offers to be presented to the user by calculating the loan and limit information that can be issued to the user with artificial intelligence algorithms in line with the data obtained by performing inquiries on public / govemment institutions with the information on the identity card.

A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is a device such as a smartphone, tablet computer or portable computer having a key or touch screen for data entry, at least one camera for receiving image data, at least one microphone and speaker for voice exchange, and at least one screen for displaying loan offers.

3. A system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to run at least one application thereon that enables the process of users learning their limits by performing loan inquiries to be accelerated.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to establish connection with the server (5) by using any remote communication protocol and to enable data exchange between the application (3) and the server (5) through this established connection.

5. A system (1) according to Claim 4; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to exchange data with the server (5) by using the Internet as a data bus.

6. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is run on the electronic device (2) and is configured to exchange data with the server (5) through the communication established between the electronic device (2) and the server (5).

7. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is a bank application where users create an account with their user information for receiving personalized loan offers and performing limit inquiries.

8. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is configured to provide at least one interface for receiving a loan inquiry request from a user who has logged into their account with their user information.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is configured to provide at least one interface that requests to receive user identification information through the electronic device (2) via theNFC feature or to upload identification photos through the camera of the electronic device (2) for the authentication process to be used in loan inquiry.

10. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is configured to provide at least one interface for presenting the user with offers comprising information on the credit limit and interest rates determined for the user.

11. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is configured to provide at least one interface for receiving, with consent, user voice data in order to determine which types of products and services the user is interested in.

12. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (3) which is configured to provide at least one interface for presenting credit offers comprising credit limits and interest rates determined for the user, and for selecting from the presented offers.

13. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (4) which is in communication with the server (5) and is configured to be managed by the server (5).

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (4) which is configured to keep a record of user account information received through the application (3), user identification information, voice information received from the user, and loan offer information comprising credit limit and interest rates prepared specifically for the user.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol and to exchange data withthe application (3) run on the electronic device (2) through this established communication.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to manage the database (4) through operations in the form of registering new data in the database (4), deleting data stored in the database (4) or modifying data stored in the database (4) and updating data stored in the database (4).

17. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to enable the request for loan inquiry created by the user after logging in to the application (3) to be received.

18. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to initiate the authentication process on behalf of the user in order to respond to the request.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to request the user to share his / her identification details by means of NFC or, if his / her electronic device (2) does not have NFC capability, to capture and upload his / her identification photo by means of the camera, to be used in the authentication process.
