The present application relates to a material property testing method and apparatus, and a device, a medium and a program product. The method comprises: acquiring first relevant parameters of an initial material structure, and on the basis of the first relevant parameters, testing the initial material structure to obtain a first test result; and transforming the initial material structure to obtain a simulated material structure, acquiring second relevant parameters of the simulated material structure, and on the basis of the second relevant parameters, testing the simulated material structure to obtain a second test result, wherein the type of the initial material structure is consistent with that of the simulated material structure. By using this method, the second relevant parameters of the simulated material structure that are closer to real physical properties can be determined more accurately, such that the simulated material structure can be tested on the basis of the more accurate second relevant parameters, and the second test result can be obtained more quickly by using fewer iteration steps.
