Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a cargo transfer apparatus and a cargo container. The cargo transfer apparatus is used for transferring a cargo packaging structure to a pickup mount. The cargo packaging structure is provided with a loading body and a mounting part located at the top of the loading body. The cargo transfer apparatus comprises a conveying member and a bearing member. The bearing member comprises a bearing body connected to the conveying member and a limiting part located on the bearing body. The limiting part is used for bearing the cargo packaging structure, and is configured such that the mounting part is displaced away from the bearing member relative to the loading body. Accordingly, when the bearing member and the pickup mount move relative to each other in a vertical direction, the mounting part can contact the pickup mount and be hooked onto the pickup mount, so as to separate the cargo packaging structure from the bearing member.
