Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to CSI report. In one aspect, a UE may receive, from a base station, first information related to a CSI report comprising at least one of the following: a reporting quantity for reporting at least one of at least one compressed PMI, an RI, a CQI, or a CRI, an ID for model pairing, a codebook type for the at least one compressed PMI, at least one payload configuration for determining at least one payload size of the at least one compressed PMI, or at least one quantization configuration for quantifying the at least one compressed PMI. The UE may transmit, to the base station, the CSI report based on the first information. With the solution, a new configuration for reporting CSI corresponding to AI / ML CSI compression is provided.
