Abstract
This network node communicates with a base station in a satellite network, and comprises a control unit that sets, in the network node, parameters relating to a weather information acquisition interval, a weather information distribution destination list, a weather information importance level, and weather conditions, and a mapping table that associates the importance level and the weather conditions with a radio control parameter, a transmitting unit that transmits a message requesting weather information to at least one other network node indicated by the distribution destination list, and a receiving unit that receives the weather information from the at least one other network node at each acquisition interval, wherein: the control unit generates a radio control command including a radio control parameter determined using the mapping table and the weather information received from the at least one other network node; and the transmitting unit transmits the generated radio control command to the base station.
