Abstract
[Problem] There is a need for a good optical system using a composite optical element. [Solution] An optical system L0 has a composite optical element HB in which resin lenses are respectively joined to the object side and the image side of a glass lens. At least one among the object-side resin lens and the image-side resin lens has an aspherical surface. The focal distance of the optical system is defined as f, while the air conversion distance on the optical axis from the most image-side lens surface of the optical system to the image plane while focused on an infinite-distance object is defined as bf. At such time, the condition 0.00 < bf / f ≤ 1.25 is satisfied.
