AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Conventional wireless communication systems using HF-IP and WTRA experience increased token exchanges and overhead due to changing network configurations, and use the same modulation method for tokens and data, limiting communication efficiency.

Method used

A wireless communication system that generates relay tokens to manage token transmission timing, separates token and data frames with different modulation schemes, and selects optimal modulation based on reception quality, reducing token exchanges and improving efficiency.

🎯Benefits of technology

The system reduces overhead and enhances communication efficiency by minimizing token transmissions and allowing faster data communication speeds through separate modulation and intelligent modulation scheme selection.

Abstract

[Problem] To provide a wireless communication system related to wireless communication by HF-IP, particularly a wireless communication system with which it is possible to improve the efficiency of communication when using WTRA. [Solution] A wireless communication system comprising a plurality of communication stations as mobile stations that are each provided with a communication control device 1 for performing control so as to transmit and receive data and normal tokens in accordance with a set sequence, with WTRA tokens being used as the normal tokens, wherein: upon receipt of a normal token, the communication control device 1 of a communication station that performs relaying among the plurality of communication stations generates and transmits a relay token 22 instead of the normal token, said relay token including information pertaining to a transmission destination, a transmission time, and a next transmission destination; upon receipt of the relay token 22, the communication control device 1 of the communication station that is the transmission destination transmits the normal token to the communication station that is the next transmission destination within the transmission time; and, upon receipt of the relay token, the communication control device of the communication station that is the next transmission destination transmits the normal token in accordance with the sequence after the transmission time has elapsed.
