A remanufactured product tracking support device including an information processing device having a processor and a memory device, wherein the memory device stores: remanufactured product information, which associates identification information of the remanufactured product with material information relating to the material of the remanufactured product; remanufacturing performance information, which associates the type of product with information relating to remanufactured materials that can be remanufactured from the type of product; material manufacturing information, which associates identification information of the remanufactured material with the type of remanufactured material and the acceptance period; and remanufactured product information relating to the remanufactured product, wherein the processor is configured to calculate material remanufacturing information, which includes the type of remanufactured material that can be remanufactured from the remanufactured product and the amount of remanufactured material that can be remanufactured, based on the identification information of the remanufactured product, the remanufactured product information, the remanufacturing performance information and the material manufacturing information; and to calculate candidate remanufactured products that can be manufactured using the remanufactured material that can be remanufactured from the remanufactured product, based on the material remanufacturing information and the remanufactured product information.

2. A remanufactured product tracking support device according to claim 1, wherein the processor is configured to output a list of candidates for the remanufactured product to a display device, and to display the list of candidates for the remanufactured product on the display device.

A remanufactured product tracking support device according to claim 1, wherein the processor is configured to display an operation screen on a display device that allows the user to set the purchase or purchase reservation of a remanufactured product selected from among the remanufactured product candidates indicated by the remanufactured product candidate information, based on the remanufactured product candidate information indicating the remanufactured product candidates, and to set the purchase or purchase reservation of the remanufactured product candidate based on the operation on the operation screen.

A remanufactured product tracking support device according to claim 2, wherein the material manufacturing information is configured to associate the identification information of input products used in the manufacture of the material with the identification information of the material, the type of the material, and the acceptance period of the material, and the processor is configured to associate the identification information of the source product as the identification information of the input product with the identification information of the material, the type of the material, and the acceptance period of the remanufactured product that corresponds to the remanufactured product for which purchase or purchase reservation has been set from the list of candidate remanufactured products.

A remanufactured product tracking support device according to claim 3, wherein the storage device stores reference information for remanufactured products, which associates the identification information of the user who provided the remanufactured product, the identification information of the remanufactured product, the identification information of the remanufactured material, the type and quantity of the remanufactured material, and the identification information of the remanufactured product, and the processor is configured to create reference information for remanufactured products that have been purchased or reserved for purchase from a list of candidate remanufactured products and store it in the storage device.

A remanufactured product tracking support device according to claim 1, wherein the storage device stores reference information for a remanufactured product, which associates the identification information of the user who provided the remanufactured product, the identification information of the remanufactured product, the identification information of the remanufactured material, the type and quantity of the remanufactured material, and the identification information of the remanufactured product, and the processor is configured to identify at least one of the remanufactured product and the type of the remanufactured material used to manufacture the remanufactured product from the reference information for the remanufactured product, based on the identification information of the remanufactured product.

7. A remanufactured product tracking support device according to claim 6, wherein the processor is configured to display a screen on a display device showing at least one of the identified remanufactured original product and the type of remanufactured material.

A remanufactured product tracking support device according to claim 4, wherein the material manufacturing information is information associated with the identification information of the user who provided the remanufactured product, the identification information of the remanufactured product, the identification information of the remanufactured material, and information indicating the type and quantity of the remanufactured material, in addition to the name of the material manufacturer and the identification information of the input product, and the processor is configured to identify the remanufactured product to be input in the material manufacturing indicated by the identification information of the remanufactured material from the material manufacturing information, based on at least one of the material identification information, the name of the material manufacturer and the material identification information and the name of the material manufacturer included in the material manufacturing information.

A remanufactured product tracking support device according to claim 1, wherein the storage device stores reference information for a remanufactured product, which associates the identification information of the user who provided the remanufactured product, the identification information of the remanufactured product, the identification information of the remanufactured material, the type and quantity of the remanufactured material, and the identification information of the remanufactured product, and the processor is configured to obtain the identification information of the user who provided the remanufactured product from the remanufactured product reference information, and to calculate information indicating the reward for providing the remanufactured product based on the obtained identification information of the user.

A method for supporting the tracking of remanufactured products using an information processing device having a processor and a memory device, wherein the memory device stores: source product information, which associates identification information of the source product with material information relating to the material of the source product; regeneration performance information, which associates the type of product with information relating to remanufactured materials that can be remanufactured from the type of product; material manufacturing information, which associates identification information of the remanufactured material with the type of remanufactured material and the acceptance period; and destination product information relating to the destination product; the processor calculates material regeneration information, which includes the type of remanufactured material that can be remanufactured from the source product and the amount of remanufactured material that can be remanufactured, based on the identification information of the source product, the source product information, the regeneration performance information and the material manufacturing information; and calculates candidate destination products that can be manufactured using the remanufactured material that can be remanufactured from the source product, based on the material regeneration information and the destination product information.
