Reflectarray

Abstract

This reflectarray comprises: a plurality of liquid crystal reflection plates having reflection regions in which reflection elements each having a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between a pair of electrodes are arranged; and a plurality of dielectric substrates that are arranged on the radio wave incident surface side of the respective liquid crystal reflection plates so as to overlap with the reflection regions. Each of the dielectric substrates has a size equal to or larger than the size of a corresponding one of the reflection regions in a plan view, and is smaller in size than each of the liquid crystal reflection plates. The liquid crystal reflection plates are arranged adjacent to each other.
