Abstract

A compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof can selectively induce ferroptosis in cancer cells, and a pharmaceutical composition containing such a compound or salt can be used for the treatment or prevention of proliferative diseases. In formula (I), R1, R2, Ｒ3 and R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like.
