Autonomous vehicle interior with customizable privacy pods

Abstract

An autonomous vehicle interior assembly is disclosed. The interior assembly is a modular system installable within an autonomous vehicle and includes a floor, a longitudinal partition, and multiple transverse partitions defining a plurality of individual passenger privacy pods. Each pod includes a reclining passenger seat, a control screen, a retractable tray, individually controllable lighting and ventilation assemblies, and a dedicated luggage compartment positioned outside the pod. The longitudinal partition includes movable opaque privacy windows selectively openable to enable communication between adjacent pods. The interior assembly is configured for installation in autonomous vehicles operable in one or both travel directions while maintaining a fixed interior orientation and consistent passenger privacy.
