Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and discloses a communication method and apparatus, a storage medium, and a program product. The method comprises: an access network device sends first information to a terminal device, wherein the first information indicates a first-type frequency domain resource; and the terminal device performs SRS transmission on the first-type frequency domain resource and a second-type frequency domain resource, wherein the first-type frequency domain resource and the second-type frequency domain resource are separated by at least a number of frequency domain units equal to the number of frequency domain units comprised in the first-type frequency domain resource. The terminal device performs SRS transmission on the first-type frequency domain resource and the second-type frequency domain resource that are separated by at least a number of frequency domain units equal to the number of frequency domain units comprised in the first-type frequency domain resource, so that the access network device can estimate a channel of the remaining frequency domain resources of a sub-band or a full band on the basis of an SRS received on the first-type frequency domain resource and the second-type frequency domain resource, thereby improving accuracy of channel estimation.
