The ornamental design of transitional graphical user interface for electronic devices for order management, e.g., for order management of healthcare agents, is shown and described; click the third icon from the top in the navigation bar in reproduction 1.1 to enter reproduction 1.2 and display information management units in the form of card modules; click the third icon from the top in the navigation bar in reproduction 2.1 to enter reproduction 2.2 and display information management units in the form of card modules; click one of the card modules in reproduction 1.2 to enter reproduction 1.3 and display a part of the detailed information of the information management unit represented by the clicked card module; click one of the card modules in reproduction 2.2 to enter reproduction 2.3 and display a part of the detailed information of the information management unit represented by the clicked card module; click the button at the top-right side of the detailed information display box occupying the middle-lower portion in reproduction 1.3 to enter reproduction 1.4 and display another part of the detailed information of the information management unit represented by the above-mentioned card module; click the button at the top-right side of the detailed information display box occupying the middle-lower portion in reproduction 2.3 to enter reproduction 2.4 and display another part of the detailed information of the information management unit represented by the above-mentioned card module; click the button at the top-left side of the detailed information display box occupying the middle-lower portion in reproduction 1.4 to enter reproduction 1.3; click the button at the top-left side of the detailed information display box occupying the middle-lower portion in reproduction 2.4 to enter reproduction 2.3; the displayed page in reproduction 1.2 can be scrolled downwardly; the displayed page in reproduction 2.2 can be scrolled downwardly and the displayed page in the detailed information display box in reproduction 2.4 can be scrolled downwardly; the colors shown on each reproduction form no part of the claimed design; the portion covered by the translucent mask in each reproduction forms no part of the claimed design, which can be set freely by the user through uploading a picture.
