The ornamental design for an air pump with display screen showing transitional graphical user interface [GUI] as shown and described; the back view, left view, right view, bottom view, and top view of design 3 are omitted because they are the same as the back view, left view, right view, bottom view, and top view of design 2; the enlarged interface of the front view displays inflation status, wireless connection status, and child-lock status; short-press three buttons from left to right on the front view to enter states shown in variation state views 1-3, which respectively indicate hard, medium and soft comfort level, long-press the leftmost button in states shown by variation state views 1–3 to enter the corresponding child-lock modes shown in variation state views 4-6; long-pressing the rightmost button on the front view may unlock the child-lock modes; short-pressing the rightmost button may enter the deflation mode shown in variation state view 7.
