Abstract
Description
Ref.:
[0001] Internal measuring probe for gauge measurement of small internal thread diameters. Completely made of carbide. For thread diameters from M2 and pitch P=0.20 mm, including holder.
[0002] Previously, ruby balls were used for small internal threads. These can no longer be manufactured or are destroyed after a short period of use.
[0003] What's new is the completely manufactured from hard metal (HM) with a corresponding hemisphere. This hemisphere is inserted into the thread flank, allowing the flank diameter to be determined. List of assets with description 1. Fig. 1 T-probe for internal thread measurement made of carbide, with hemisphere diameter 0.116 mm on both sides for thread pitch P=0.20 mm. 2. Fig. 2 T-probe for internal thread measurement made of carbide, with hemisphere diameter 0.114 mm on both sides for thread pitch P=0.25 mm. 3. Fig. 3 T-probe for internal thread measurement made of carbide, with hemisphere diameter 0.173 mm on both sides for thread pitch P=0.30 mm. 4. Fig. 4 T-probe for internal thread measurement made of carbide, with ball bearings on both sides, diameter 0.230 mm for thread pitch P=0.40 mm. 5. Fig. 5 Recording button for T-button HM.
Claims
[1] The internal probes are made entirely of carbide. They are ground by hand to a specific diameter, for example 0.160 mm (see Fig. 1 to 4). These buttons are mounted in a base holder ( Fig. 5) and glued. These probes are used in an internal thread measuring device of gauge measuring machines.
