Description

[0001] The invention relates to a glove pair holding system for detachably connecting a first and a second glove of a glove pair to a first holding element of a holding device, such as a belt, by means of holding elements which the gloves have, wherein the first glove has a second holding element and the second glove has a third and a fourth holding element, wherein the holding elements are designed such that both the gloves can be detachably connected to each other as well as to a glove or the pair of gloves to the first holding element.

[0002] DE 20 2020 001 930 U1 describes a protective glove with a connecting part for a fastener, via which a connection to a holding device in the form of a garment can be established. The fastener can be a friction-fit connection.

[0003] DE 20 2017 106 593 U1 describes a glove pair holding system in which a pair of gloves is arranged on a holding device in the form of an apron by means of a releasable closure that can be resealed upon approach or pressure.

[0004] CH 708 529 A2 relates to a clothing accessory comprising a belt to which a pair of gloves can be magnetically attached.

[0005] US Patent 6,079,049 A, which discloses the preamble of claim 1, describes a glove pair retention system of the type mentioned above. The retention elements 1 are designed as hook and loop fasteners.

[0006] For safety reasons alone, it is often necessary to wear gloves while working. Depending on the type of work, it may be necessary to temporarily remove one or both gloves to perform tasks requiring tactile perception. In such cases, it frequently happens that gloves are misplaced or a necessary storage place is not available.

[0007] The present invention is based on the objective of further developing a glove pair holding system of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way as to ensure that the unused glove or pair of gloves can be placed by the user in such a way that it can be safely found again and thus reused.

[0008] To solve the problem, it is essentially proposed that the first holding element and the second holding element are designed to act in the same way such that holding between them is excluded, and that the third and fourth holding elements are designed to act in the same way such that holding on both the first holding element and the second holding element is possible, or that the first holding element and the third or fourth holding element are designed to act in the same way such that holding between them is excluded, and that the second holding element and the fourth or third holding element are designed to act in the same way such that holding of the second holding element on both the first holding element and the third or fourth holding element is possible.

[0009] According to the invention, one glove of the pair has two retaining elements and one glove has one retaining element, wherein the retaining elements are designed such that the gloves can be connected to one another and, in particular, the pair of gloves is detachably connected to the retaining element extending from the retaining device, such as a belt, thus providing compatible retaining elements that ensure a secure connection. The gloves are therefore always readily available, so that tasks can be performed with or without gloves, depending on the work to be carried out.

[0010] It is specifically provided that the first retaining element and the second retaining element are designed to act in the same way so that holding against each other is excluded, and that the third and fourth retaining elements are designed to act in the same way so that holding on both the first retaining element and the second retaining element is possible.

[0011] This achieves the advantage that the first glove, with its single retaining element, can only be connected to one of the two retaining elements of the second glove. Isolated coupling of the first glove to the retaining element of the holding device is thus prevented.

[0012] However, it is also possible that the first and third or fourth retaining elements are designed to act in the same way, so that holding them together is excluded, and that the second and fourth or third retaining elements are designed to act in the same way, so that holding the second retaining element on both the first and the third or fourth retaining element is possible.

[0013] The latter offers the possibility that each individual glove can be connected to the holding device by means of the first holding element, while at the same time the gloves are also held together.

[0014] In particular, it is provided that the first and second retaining elements are each a receptacle and the third and fourth retaining elements are each a projection adapted to the receptacle, or vice versa.

[0015] It is possible that the holding elements are held together magnetically or exclusively by magnetic forces.

[0016] The retaining elements can be made of or contain a magnetic material.

[0017] In particular, it is intended that the projection will interact with the receiver using magnetic support.

[0018] It is also possible that the recording has an entry opening that gives it a lead.

[0019] In order to enable the secure insertion of the retaining element designed as a projection into the retaining element designed as a receptacle, it is provided that the receptacle is designed in such a way that the projection can be secured in the receptacle, such as by locking or latching.

[0020] Further training stipulates that the intake is designed in such a way that the projection in this is coupled, as if locked or latched.

[0021] To allow the gloves to be separated from each other or from the first retaining element, if holding is supported by coupling, such as locking or latching, decoupling, such as unlocking or unlatching, can be enabled, e.g. via a lever, so that the glove(s) can be removed.

[0022] In particular, the opening of the camera transitions into a channel-like section to allow the projection to slide into the camera with the aid of gravity.

[0023] The retaining elements extending from the gloves can be attached to them, for example, by gluing, insertion into a pocket-like recess, riveting, or screwing. They can also be connected to a base element extending from or integrated into the glove, for example, by sliding them together, using a swivel joint, or a bayonet fitting. Alternatively, snap fasteners or hook-and-loop fasteners can be used to allow the retaining element to be attached to a new glove after the old one has worn out.

[0024] The holding elements of one type of action are identically designed with respect to the area that allows interaction with the holding element of the other type of action, i.e. in the case of projections and recesses, the projections and the recesses are identical.

[0025] According to the invention, a glove pair holding system is proposed for both the detachable connection of the glove pair to a holding element, preferably extending from a belt as a holding device and having a first receptacle, and for the detachable connection of the gloves to each other, wherein a holding element with a second receptacle extends from one of the gloves and a holding element with a first projection and a holding element with a second projection extends from the other glove, wherein both the first and the second projection are identical and the first and second receptacles are identical, and the receptacles and the projections are designed such that they interlock, preferably with magnetic support, and are optionally connectable, such as lockable or latchable.

[0026] It is also proposed to use a glove pair holding system for both the detachable connection of the glove pair to a holding element, preferably extending from a belt as a holding device and having a first receptacle, and for the detachable connection of the gloves to each other, wherein a holding element with a first projection extends from one of the gloves and a holding element with a second projection and a holding element with a second receptacle extends from the other glove, wherein both the first and second projections are identical and the first and second receptacles are identical, and the receptacles and projections are designed such that they interlock, preferably with magnetic support, and are optionally connectable, such as lockable or latchable.

[0027] Further details, advantages and features of the invention will become apparent not only from the claims and the features to be derived therefrom - individually and / or in combination - but also from the following description of a preferred embodiment.

[0028] They show: Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a pair of gloves and Fig. 2 shows a holding device in the form of a belt.

[0029] The invention is explained below using a holding device in the form of a belt 10 as an example, without this being intended to be a limitation. Rather, the holding device can also be, for example, a piece of clothing or a storage device such as a shelf in which work gloves are to be stored or displayed.

[0030] The pair of gloves 12 consists of a left glove 14 and a right glove 16.

[0031] A first holding element 18 is attached to the belt 10 forming a holding device, which has a receptacle 20 with an opening that may transition into a section in which translational movement is enabled.

[0032] In the exemplary embodiment, a second retaining element 22 extends from the left glove 14, with a receptacle that is identical to the receptacle of the first retaining element 18.

[0033] From the cuff of the right glove 16 extend a third and fourth retaining element 24, 26, which are identical in design and, in particular, have projections that are compatible with the receptacles of the first and second retaining elements 18, 22, with the result that the left glove 14 can be connected to one of the retaining elements 24, 26 of the right glove 16, which in turn can be connected to the retaining element 18 of the retaining device 10. The projections can optionally be moved translationally within the receptacles and preferably coupled, such as locked or latched.

[0034] One option is to first connect the left glove 14 to the right glove 16 by inserting the retaining element 22 into one of the retaining elements 24, 26 of the right glove 16. The unused retaining element of the right glove 16 is then inserted into the receptacle 20 of the retaining element 18. The holding of the assembled retaining elements can be magnetically assisted. Alternatively, the projection in the receptacle can be coupled, such as locked or latched.

[0035] In the exemplary embodiment, if the retaining element 22 of the left glove 14 has a retaining element with a receptacle, it is of course also possible that a retaining element with a projection extends from the left glove, so that consequently the right glove 16 has a retaining element with a receptacle and a retaining element with a projection. This makes it possible to continue working with one glove while the other glove is held in place by the first retaining element 18.

[0036] The retaining elements 22, 24, 26 extending from the gloves 14, 16 can be permanently attached to them by gluing, riveting, or screwing, or detachably attached, for example, by loops, hook-and-loop fasteners, screw connections, swivel connections, or bayonet fittings. It is also possible that the gloves 14, 16, particularly in the cuff area, have pocket-shaped recesses into which the retaining elements 22, 24, 26 can be inserted interchangeably. The detachable connection or interchangeability offers the advantage that if a glove 14, 16 becomes unusable, a new glove can be fitted with one of the retaining elements 22, 24, 26.

[0037] If the retaining elements 22, 24, 26 are preferably located on the outside of the gloves, preferably in the shaft area, the invention does not, of course, preclude the possibility that the retaining elements are attached to the inside of the glove or alternately to the inside and outside.
