Description

Postural positioning device for sitting and kneeling OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The invention, as the title of this descriptive document states, is a postural positioning device for kneeling while seated. It is an innovation that offers advantages previously unknown within current techniques. TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention falls within the sector of everyday needs, in the subclass of medical or veterinary sciences and hygiene, specifically in the field of devices intended for the positioning and support of the user's body for the adoption of a specific posture. Similarly, it falls under the section corresponding to orthopedic procedures or devices for the non-surgical treatment of bones, joints and associated structures, aimed at maintaining a controlled body position for therapeutic and functional relief purposes. STATE OF THE ART The present invention arises from observing that many people suffering from plantar fasciitis and heel spurs experience persistent pain even at rest, especially during recovery or after prolonged periods of activity. In the home environment, the usual methods of relief are mainly based on stretching, local cold or rest without a defined posture, which makes it difficult to constantly maintain a suitable position and limits the effectiveness of the treatment. This situation not only prolongs the discomfort, but also prevents the user from adopting a relaxed and stable posture for the time necessary to promote recovery. As a result, the invention proposes a kneeling sitting postural positioning device consisting of two cushions linked together, configured to guide and maintain a specific posture, aimed at treating plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, allowing controlled shortening of the affected structures and providing significant pain relief in a reduced period of time compared to conventional treatments. Currently, there is no known existence of any kneeling sitting postural positioning device that presents structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal or similar to those described in this descriptive report, as claimed. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is the creation of a postural positioning device for kneeling sitting that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description. The invention relates to a kneeling sitting postural positioning device comprising a first cushion and a second cushion configured to support the user's body while sitting on the heels, preferably the first cushion and the second cushion being constituted respectively by a first lower module and a second lower module, and by a first upper module and a second upper module that can be detachably coupled to each other. It also includes a textile joining element that joins the first cushion to the second cushion, generally the first lower module to the second lower module, maintaining their relative separation, and joining means for the detachable joining of the first upper module to the first lower module and of the second upper module to the second lower module, allowing the user's posture to be progressively adapted during use according to their support needs and functional evolution. The first and second lower modules are designed to have a flat base and a convex upper surface. The base provides stability on the support surface, while the convex surface positions the user's rearfoot and guides its gradual adjustment while sitting on the heels. This configuration can help maintain a specific posture for treating plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and Achilles tendon problems, promoting controlled weight distribution. Furthermore, the first and second upper modules can have a concave lower surface and a convex upper surface, and can be arranged overlapping and attachable to the corresponding first and second lower modules. This creates a geometric support structure that guides foot placement and contributes to controlled posture. Furthermore, the first and second upper modules can be used independently as ankle supports. This arrangement allows for progressive adjustment of the wearing position as the user progresses, facilitating a gradual transition towards greater flexibility and reduced discomfort. Furthermore, the connecting element maintains a consistent separation between the first and second cushions, helping to position the feet consistently and improve stability while sitting on the heels. This promotes overall relaxation of the antagonist muscles. This connecting element can be flexible, allowing relative horizontal movement between the first and second cushions. This feature absorbs the user's natural movements without compromising the overall alignment of the assembly and prevents unnecessary stress. Alternatively, the joining element is rigid, with a "C" shape so that the cushions can be positioned approximately one on top of the other. Also, the joining means may comprise hook and loop type strips arranged at the ends of the first lower module and the first upper module, and at the ends of the second lower module and the second upper module. Additionally, the first and second cushions can have a length between fifty and one hundred centimeters, a width between fifteen and twenty-five centimeters, and a height between fifteen and thirty centimeters. These dimensions facilitate ergonomic support adaptable to different users without altering the overall functionality. Similarly, the textile joining element can have a length between thirty and sixty centimeters, which facilitates the insertion of the feet and maintains a stable separation during continued use. The first lower module, the second lower module, the first upper module, and the second upper module can all be made of foamed material, such as polyurethane foam. This material provides cushioning and thermal accommodation, which promotes relaxation of the structures compared to rigid supports. Likewise, the first lower module, the second lower module, the first upper module, and the second upper module can have the same or different densities, varying according to the user's weight or sensitivity without altering the structure or the way the unit is used. This variability allows for a personalized fit while maintaining the same therapeutic posture. Also, the first lower module, the second lower module, the first upper module and the second upper module may comprise an outer covering of faux leather or equivalent material, facilitating hygiene, cleaning and prolonged use in domestic or clinical environments. Finally, the joining element can be attached to the cushions by sewing or adhesive, providing a strong bond that maintains the functionality of the assembly during repeated use. To use the device, the user should place the first and second cushions on a supporting surface, approximately one on top of the other, and insert their feet into the defined area between them, assuming a relaxed sitting position on their heels. The connecting element maintains the separation between the cushions during placement, facilitating a repeatable position. Next, the user should rest their body weight on the cushions, with their foot positioned between them. The support height can be adjusted using the connecting mechanisms by adding, adjusting, or removing the first and second upper modules, depending on comfort or the progress of the treatment. Optionally, the first and second upper modules can be of different dimensions (primarily height). With continued use, the user should maintain the posture for the desired time and gradually reduce the support height by removing the upper modules independently until a greater postural adaptation is achieved. Figure 1 illustrates an overview of the kneeling sitting postural positioning device. Figure 2 illustrates the kneeling sitting postural positioning device in use. Figure 3 represents a perspective view of one of the cushions with its associated upper module, as well as a side view of the cushion configuration with its lower and upper modules attached. Figure 4 shows the arrangement of the joining means at the ends of the modules. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The kneeling sitting postural positioning device represented comprises a first cushion (1) and a second cushion (2) configured for supporting the user's body while sitting on the heels, the first cushion (1) and the second cushion (2) being constituted respectively by a first lower module (1.1) and a second lower module (2.1), and by a first upper module (1.2) and a second upper module (2.2) detachably attachable to each other, comprising a textile joining element (3) that joins the first cushion (1) with the second cushion (2) maintaining their relative separation and joining means (4) for the detachable joining of the first upper module (1.2) with the first lower module (1.1) and of the second upper module (2.2) with the second lower module (2.1).This structural arrangement allows guiding the user's posture, stabilizing the position of the feet and facilitating sustained sitting on the heels. In a preferred embodiment, the first lower module (1.1) and the second lower module (2.1) have a flat base and a convex upper surface, providing a stable support surface on the ground and a progressive accommodation of the foot that favors a uniform distribution of loads. Preferably, the first upper module (1.2) and the second upper module (2.2) have a concave lower surface and a convex upper surface, arranged overlapping and attachable to the corresponding first lower module (1.1) and the corresponding second lower module (2.1), defining a geometric fit that guides the position of the rearfoot and maintains the alignment of the assembly during use. Generally, the first upper module (1.2) and the second upper module (2.2) are suitable for independent use as an ankle support element, allowing controlled progression of posture and gradual adaptation of the user during treatment. Alternatively, the connecting element (3) maintains a constant separation between the first cushion (1) and the second cushion (2), ensuring repeatable foot placement and improving the overall stability of the device. Preferably, the joining element (3) is flexible, allowing relative horizontal displacement between the first cushion (1) and the second cushion (2), absorbing the user's natural movements without loss of functional alignment. Generally, the joining means (4) comprise hook and loop type strips arranged at the ends of the first lower module (1.1) and the first upper module (1.2), and at the ends of the second lower module (2.1) and the second upper module (2.2), allowing secure fixing and independent height adjustment of each support. In another preferred embodiment, the first cushion (1) and the second cushion (2) have a length between 50 and 100 cm, a width between 15 and 25 cm and a height between 15 and 30 cm respectively, guaranteeing ergonomic support adaptable to different users. In another preferred modality, the textile joining element (3) has a length between 30 and 60 cm, facilitating the insertion of the feet and maintaining a stable functional separation. Preferably, the first lower module (1.1), the second lower module (2.1), the first upper module (1.2) and the second upper module (2.2) are made of foamed material, such as polyurethane foam, providing cushioning, thermal comfort and anatomical adaptation. Preferably, the first lower module (1.1), the second lower module (2.1), the first upper module (1.2) and the second upper module (2.2) have equal or different densities, varying according to the weight or sensitivity of the user without altering the structure or the way of using the device, allowing customization of the support. In another preferred embodiment, the first lower module (1.1), the second lower module (2.1), the first upper module (1.2) and the second upper module (2.2) comprise an outer covering of faux leather or equivalent material, facilitating hygiene, cleaning and durability of the assembly. Generally, the joining element (3) is attached to the cushions by stitching or adhesive, providing a strong and durable bond that maintains the structural functionality of the device during repeated use. Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages that derive from it, it being noted that, within its essentiality, it may be put into practice in other modes of embodiment that differ in detail from the one indicated as an example, and which will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.

1. A postural positioning device for kneeling while seated, characterized in that it comprises a first cushion (1) and a second cushion (2), positioned one above the other and joined by a connecting element (3).

2. A postural positioning device for kneeling while seated, according to claim 1, characterized in that the first cushion (1) consists of a first lower module (1.1) and a first upper module (1.2) that are detachably connectable to each other by means of connecting means (4).

3. A postural positioning device for kneeling while seated, according to claim 1, characterized in that the second cushion (2) consists of a second lower module (2.1) and a second upper module (2.2) that are detachably connectable to each other by means of connecting means (4).
