Description
Title of the invention: arrangement of a device for assisting in loading the trunk of a motor vehicle.
[0001] The invention relates to an arrangement of a loading aid device in a motor vehicle trunk delimited by a floor, side walls, a front wall formed by backs of a row of seats and a rear opening movable between an open position and a closed position, the opening having an upper part formed by a frame, inside which is mounted a glazed panel, the upper transverse strip of the frame being rotatably mounted around a rear edge of a roof of the vehicle and a lower part of which a lower edge comes to rest in the vicinity of the floor in the closed position.
[0002] It is often difficult for users loading their trunk to visually estimate whether the door will close easily without being hindered by the contents, such as luggage for example. The user must then place the luggage in the trunk, close the door to check that it closes, then reopen it if necessary and modify the arrangement of the luggage. The user must then repeat these operations as many times as necessary until satisfactory loading is obtained.
[0003] In order to overcome these drawbacks, the invention relates to an arrangement of a device for assisting in loading a trunk which is practical, effective and of simple design.
[0004] To this end, the invention proposes an arrangement of the type cited above, characterized in that the opening comprises at least two lighting means each capable of emitting a light beam when the opening is in the open position, the beams being oriented so that their intersection corresponds to a point included in the connection zone of the upper part and the lower part of the opening in the closed position.

[0006] A first lighting means is carried by an interior trim element of the upper strip of the frame of the opening and a second lighting means is carried by an interior trim element of the lower part of the opening.

[0029] As described in Figures 1 to 10, a vehicle 10 comprises a loading area 12, also called a trunk, delimited by a roof 14, side walls (not shown), backrests 16 of a row of seats 18, a floor 20 of which a rear transverse edge comprises a threshold bar 21 and a rear opening 22.
[0030] The opening 22 comprises an upper part 24 and a lower part 25.
[0031] The upper part 24 has a frame 26, forming the structure of the opening 22, inside which is arranged a glazed panel 28. The frame 26 has an upper horizontal strip 260, a lower strip 262 and two lateral uprights 264.
[0032] The lower part 25 is a solid panel whose plane forms an acute angle with the plane of the upper part 24, the acute angle being directed towards the interior of the vehicle 10. The upper part 24 and the lower part 25 are joined by a connecting zone 27.

[0038] In the first embodiment described in [Fig.2], the first lighting means E1 is carried by an interior trim element 34 of the upper strip 260 of the frame 26 and the second lighting means E2 is carried by an interior trim element 36 of the lower part 25 of the opening 22.
[0039] When the opening 22 is in the open position, the beam F1 emitted by the first lighting means E1 is directed downwards and towards the outside of the vehicle, out of the trunk 12, while the beam F2 of the second lighting means E2 is directed downwards and towards the inside of the trunk 12. Thus, the beams F1 and F2 intersect at a point A, located in space at a point corresponding to the junction zone 27 of the opening 22 when the opening 22 is closed.
[0040] Thus, when a user places luggage inside the trunk 12, if he observes the projection of a first point PI and the projection of a second point P2 on the luggage, this means that the intersection point A is located at the location of the luggage. The user can therefore quickly realize that the luggage is incorrectly positioned and risks preventing the correct closing of the opening 22. The user can then also estimate the extent of the luggage overhang.

Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) in a trunk (12) of a motor vehicle (10) delimited by a floor (20), side walls, a front wall formed by backrests (16) of a row of seats (18) and a rear opening (22) movable between an open position and a closed position, the opening (22) having an upper part (24) formed by a frame (26), inside which is mounted a glazed panel (28), an upper transverse strip (260) of the frame (26) being rotatably mounted around a rear edge (140) of a roof (14) of the vehicle (10) and a lower part (25) of which a lower edge (250) comes to rest in the vicinity of the floor (20) in the closed position, characterized in that the opening (22) comprises at least two lighting means (E1, E2, E3) each capable of emitting a light beam (Fl, F2, F3) when the opening (22) is in the open position, the beams (Fl, F2,F3) being oriented so that their intersection corresponds to a point included in a connection zone (27) of the upper part (24) and the lower part (25) of the opening (22) in the closed position.,

Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) according to claim 1, characterized in that a first lighting means (El) is carried by an interior trim element (34) of the upper strip (260) of the frame (26) of the opening (22) and in that a second lighting means (E2) is carried by an interior trim element (36) of the lower part (25) of the opening (22).
3. Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) according to claim 1, characterized in that first and second lighting means (El, E2) are carried by ends of an interior trim element (34) of the upper strip (260) of the frame (26) of the opening (22).
4. Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) according to claim 1, characterized in that first and second lighting means (El, E2) are carried by a covering element (37) of the edge (140) of the roof (14).

Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) according to claim 1, characterized in that first and second lighting means (El, E2) are carried by a covering element (37) of the edge (140) of the roof (14) and in that a third lighting means (E3) is carried by a threshold bar (21) located on the floor (20).
6. Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lighting means (El, E2, E3) are laser pointers capable of being received in orifices provided in trim elements.
7. Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the orientation of the beam (F1, F2, F3) of the lighting means (El, E2, E3) is achieved by the inclination of the plane of the covering element in which the orifices are provided.
8. Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) according to claim 6, characterized in that the orientation of the beam (F1, F2, F3) of the lighting means (El, E2, E3) is achieved by means of an asymmetrical ring (52) making it possible to orient the axis of the pointer.
9. Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the lighting means (E1, E2, E3) comprise a single light source (58) illuminating a network of optical fibers (64) opening into orifices (50) provided in the covering elements.

Arrangement of a loading assistance device (32) according to claim 9, characterized in that the light source (58) is a laser generator arranged on the back of the covering element, in that the fibers (64) are glued to the back of the covering element and open into supports (72A, 72B) arranged in orifices (69A, 69B).
