Universal shelf clip for storage system

Abstract

A shelf system comprising a series of vertical posts with cutouts, a plurality of shelf clips 24 each with a locating pin on a clip plate and a support arm 42 extending laterally from the plate and shelves which can be supported by the clips wherein the clips can be installed in at least two different orientations to acheive variable spacing between the shelves. The uprights may have keyhole openings and the shelf clips may be asymmetrical. The clips may be reversible and have directional indicators. The pins may be slidable in the clip plate or have head portions either side of the clip late. The support arm may have a locking tab which is seperated from the clip plate by first and second notches. Figure 4
