Abstract

The present invention relates to a pet entry management system comprising: an image acquisition unit installed to photograph the face of a pet entering or exiting a designated place or area; a registration confirmation unit that acquires facial recognition information from an image acquired by the image acquisition unit, confirms whether the pet is registered in a pet registration system, acquires registered information if the pet is registered, and performs a registration procedure if the pet is not registered; a memory unit that stores the information acquired by the registration confirmation unit for each pet; an entry confirmation unit that receives facial recognition information of a pet entering or exiting the place or area through the registration confirmation unit, identifies the pet entering or exiting the place or area, and confirms the pet remaining in the place or area; and a result providing unit that provides the result confirmed in real time by the entry confirmation unit and the registered information of the pet corresponding to the result to a display unit or a designated terminal. According to the present invention, by making it easy to manage the entry of pets into specific places such as public facilities as well as private facilities such as playgrounds, cafes, restaurants, campsites, and hotels, as well as specific areas such as islands or administrative districts, it is possible to prevent abandonment and loss of pets and to ensure a rapid follow-up response.
