Abstract

The design relates to features of shape and / or configuration of the product, aside from the width of the product as indicated by the pair of parallel long dash-short dash break lines in the representations, and not to other visual features of the product. Newness and distinctiveness are claimed to reside in those features shown in unbroken lines in the representations and not in those shown in broken lines comprising equal or substantially equal length dashes, and noting that the lighter weight lines represent surface contours and not surface ornamentation and that the long dash-double short dash lines represent seams in which newness and distinctiveness are not claimed to reside.
