2026205076 29 Jun 2026CLAIMS DEFINING THE INVENTION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. A pressure testing system, comprising:a plurality of pressure sensors, each pressure sensor comprising:a housing mountable to an item the pressure of which is to be measured;a pressure transducer arranged in the housing to measure pressure and convert the measured pressure to pressure data;a sensor storage module arranged in the housing, the sensor storage module containing a unique identifier of the pressure sensor;a sensor communications module in communication with the pressure transducer for wirelessly transmitting identifier data and the pressure data; anda representation of the unique identifier carried on an external surface of the housing to be visible to a user; anda user interface, comprising:an interface storage module for containing a library of unique identifiers of the pressure sensors associated with the user interface by the user;an interface communications module which communicates wirelessly with the sensor communications module of each pressure sensor for receiving the wirelessly transmitted identifier data and pressure data from a selected pressure sensor, the selected pressure sensor being one of the pressure sensors of the pressure testing system that is selected for use; anda controller which communicates with each pressure sensor via the interface communications module and the sensor communications module of the selected pressure sensor for identifying the selected pressure sensor and confirming that the selected pressure sensor is associated with the user interface;wherein the user interface is configured to:receive a manual selection of which of the pressure sensors to use based on the respective representation of the unique identifier seen by the user, andstore the unique identifier of each manually selected pressure sensor in the library of the interface storage module.2026205076 29 Jun 20262. The system according to claim 1, wherein each pressure sensor furthercomprises a sensor controller for controlling operation of the sensor communications module to send the pressure data after a connection has been established with the interface communications module.

The system according to claim 2, wherein the sensor communications moduleis operable, by the sensor controller, to provide access to the unique identifier of the sensor storage module for the interface communications module to read the unique identifier for determining that the unique identifier of the selected pressure sensor matches one of the unique identifiers stored in the interface storage module to establish the connection with the sensor communications module.
4. The system according to claim 3, wherein the controller of the user interface isconfigured to operate the interface communications module to read the unique identifier of the sensor storage module of the selected pressure sensor to determine that the unique identifier of the selected pressure sensor matches one of the unique identifiers stored in the interface storage module to establish the connection with the sensor communications module.
5. The system according to claim 3 or claim 4, wherein each pressure sensorfurther comprises an annunciator controlled by the sensor controller for indicating operational status of the pressure sensor.
6. The system according to any one of the preceding claims, which uses aBluetooth protocol as a communications protocol between the each sensor communications module of each pressure sensor and the user interface, the sensor communications module thus being a Bluetooth module and the interface communications module also being a Bluetooth module.
7. The system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the userinterface further comprises a display on which information is displayed to the user.2026205076 29 Jun 20268. The system according to any one of the preceding claims which includes acarrier defining a plurality of receptacles for receiving the pressure sensors and the user interface, each pressure sensor and the user interface being received in their respective receptacles.

The system according to claim 8 in which the carrier houses a store ofelectrical power and in which each receptacle has an electrical terminal associated with it for supplying electrical power to each pressure sensor and the user interface when the pressure sensors and the user interface are contained in their respective receptacles.
10. The system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein thecontroller of the user interface is configured to identify the selected pressure sensor by operating the interface communications module to read the unique identifier that is: stored in the sensor storage module of the selected pressure sensor, and transmitted wirelessly as identifier data by the sensor communications module of the selected pressure sensor to the interface communications module.
11. The system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein thecontroller of the user interface is configured to confirm that the selected pressure sensor is associated with the user interface by determining if the unique identifier read by the interface communications module matches with one of the unique identifiers stored in the library.
12. The system according to claim 11, wherein if the unique identifier read by theinterface communications module matches one of the unique identifiers stored in the library, the controller of the user interface is configured to operate the interface communications module to obtain pressure data from the selected pressure sensor.
13. A pressure testing system, comprising:a plurality of pressure sensors, each pressure sensor comprising:a housing mountable to an item the pressure of which is to be measured;2026205076 29 Jun 2026a pressure transducer arranged in the housing to measure pressure and convert the measured pressure to pressure data;a sensor storage module arranged in the housing, the sensor storage module containing a unique identifier of the pressure sensor; anda sensor communications module in communication with the pressure transducer for wirelessly transmitting identifier data and the pressure data; and a user interface, comprising:an interface storage module containing a library of unique identifiers of the pressure sensors associated with the user interface;an interface communications module configured to communicate wirelessly with the sensor communications module of each pressure sensor; anda controller configured to identify a selected pressure sensor from the plurality of pressure sensors and confirm that the selected pressure sensor is associated with the user interface based on the unique identifier of the selected pressure sensor;wherein, after a communication link is established between the user interface and the selected pressure sensor, the sensor communications module is configured to transmit to the user interface, in a data packet:current pressure data representing a current measured pressure of the selected pressure sensor; andhistorical pressure data representing one or more previously measured pressures of the selected pressure sensor;wherein the controller is configured, when a data packet is lost, to use the historical pressure data in a subsequently received data packet to recover the pressure data from the lost data packet.
14. The pressure testing system of claim 13, wherein the data packet contains acurrent pressure reading and a plurality of previous pressure readings of the selected pressure sensor.
15. The pressure testing system of claim 13 or 14, wherein the selected pressuresensor is configured to transmit calibration data stored in the sensor storage module to2026205076 29 Jun 2026the user interface, and the controller is configured to calibrate transmitted pressure measurement values at the user interface using the calibration data.
16. The pressure testing system of claim 15, wherein the calibration datacomprises a plurality of calibration pressure values stored in the sensor storage module.
17. The pressure testing system of any one of claims 13 to 16, wherein eachpressure sensor further comprises a representation of the unique identifier carried on an external surface of the housing to be visible to a user.
18. The pressure testing system of claim 17, wherein the user interface isconfigured to:receive a manual selection of which of the pressure sensors to use based on the respective representation of the unique identifier seen by the user, andstore the unique identifier of each manually selected pressure sensor in the library of the interface storage module.
