Hyperbranched polyethyleneimine is modified with alkoxy ether dendronized elements with excellent temperature-sensitive characteristics, and dendronized hyperbranched polymers with different grafting rates are prepared by changing the ratio of polyethyleneimine to alkoxy ether. The polymer prepared by the invention has excellent temperature and pH dual-response behaviors and excellent biocompatibility, can realize envelope control of guest molecules as a novel intelligent molecular container, and has potential application in the fields of drug controlled release, sensors and the like.
