Abstract

Embodiments of the present application disclose a data processing method and device, a terminal device and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: displaying an approval process template selection interface, the approval process template selection interface comprising template names of a plurality of approval templates, each approval template comprising an approval process template, and each approval template being a created approval template subordinate to an organization; when a template name of a first approval template is selected, displaying a first approval process template of the first approval template, the first approval template belonging to the plurality of approval templates; and when there is an editing operation on the first approval process template, displaying the first approval process template after the editing operation, the first approval process template after the editing operation being used to generate a target approval template, and the target approval template being a created approval template subordinate to the organization. Through the method, the editing efficiency of the approval template can be improved.

[0002] To facilitate efficient management across enterprises, approval processes are an essential tool. Administrators can set up approval templates for various business processes, making it convenient for employees and allowing leaders to understand the company's situation. Currently, administrators set up approval processes sequentially according to the node order, which reduces the efficiency of creating or modifying approval templates.

The salesperson generates a settlement statement and submits it to the approver node. Relevant approvers approve sequentially or simultaneously according to the approval process. After approval, the settlement statement is transferred to the finance cashier for payment.

When an administrator creates or modifies an approval template, they edit the approval process template. This method allows administrators to quickly copy an existing approval process template into the currently edited template, eliminating the need for manual addition of approvers and copy recipients according to the enterprise's needs. For larger enterprises with numerous conditional approval nodes, manually adding nodes cannot guarantee accuracy and requires individual checking, wasting considerable time. This application overcomes this problem by copying existing approval process templates to create or modify new ones, thereby improving the efficiency of approval template editing.
