Method of forming a wind turbine hub

Abstract

This application provides a method for forming a wind turbine hub. The method includes: pre-forming multiple mounting rings of the wind turbine hub; setting a frame connecting structure between adjacent mounting rings to connect the multiple mounting rings into a whole; and performing a skinning process on the surface of the frame connecting structure to obtain the wind turbine hub. The wind turbine hub forming method of this application can effectively achieve the goals of hub lightweighting and good structural rigidity.
