A pull tab structure, a zipper, and zipper products

Abstract

The pull tab structure, zipper, and zipper product disclosed in this invention include a pull tab body, a first fastener, and a second fastener. The pull tab body is used to connect with the zipper puller and has an assembly space. The first fastener includes a first insert portion disposed within the assembly space. The second fastener has a second insert portion for fitting with the first insert portion within the assembly space and is used to connect with a cord. In actual production, the manufacturer can first assemble the pre-produced pull tab body and the first fastener into a first assembly with the zipper puller, and then use automated equipment to assemble the zipper puller onto the zipper or clothing. The second assembly, consisting of the second fastener and the cord, is not initially assembled onto the first assembly but is provided to the user as an accessory. The user can then assemble the cord and pull tab body themselves according to their needs, thus achieving the installation of the pull tab body and cord without affecting the zipper assembly efficiency.
