A concealed hinge and a hinge-hidden door panel comprising the same

Abstract

The application discloses a concealed hinge and a hinge-hidden door plate comprising the same. The hinge comprises an upper hinge, a lower hinge and a hinge shaft. The upper hinge adopts a square block, the square block is provided with a shaft through hole for the hinge shaft to pass through in the horizontal direction, and the square block is provided with a concealed fixing through hole intersecting with the shaft through hole in the vertical direction. The concealed fixing through hole adopts a counterbore structure with a lower part thick and an upper part thin, and the step structure of the counterbore structure is located on the upper part of the shaft through hole. The concealed fixing through hole is used for fixing the upper hinge on the upper hinge plate through a fixing screw. The hinge is improved, especially the concealed fixing through hole of the upper hinge is improved, the connecting mode of the traditional hinge is completely changed, the design is novel and unique, the size of the hinge can be greatly reduced, and the hinge is completely hidden between two hinged door plates. The door plate using the hinge not only improves the appearance of the door plate as a whole, but also is simple and convenient to install, high in installation efficiency, smooth in operation, low in noise and low in cost.
